Abstract
The invention relates to a primary feeding crushing shaft used on a straw crusher, which aims to solve the problem that the primary feeding crushing shaft used on the traditional straw crusher utilizes a cutter to complete cutting and stirring actions, so that feeding and cutting speeds are low, and the straw crushing effect is affected. The invention comprises a main shaft, an input belt pulley, two bearing seats, three cutter disc shafts, six poking claws, a plurality of discs and a plurality of cutters, wherein two ends of the main shaft are supported in the bearing seats, the input belt pulley is fixedly arranged on the input end of the main shaft, the plurality of discs are positioned between the two bearing seats and fixedly arranged on the main shaft, the three cutter disc shafts are uniformly distributed along the same circumference of the discs, each cutter disc shaft penetrates through the plurality of discs and is fixedly arranged on the discs, the cutters or poking claws are respectively arranged on each cutter disc shaft and at intervals between every two adjacent discs, and the lower ends of the middle poking claw and the two side poking claws are provided with horizontal planes. The invention is used for the straw pulverizer.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a straw pulverizer, in particular to a primary feeding pulverizing shaft used on the straw pulverizer.
Background
The primary feeding crushing shaft on the existing straw crusher consists of a main shaft, three cutter shafts and a plurality of cutters, and as shown in fig. 5, the cutters are used for finishing cutting, and the cutters are used for finishing cutting and stirring at the same time; this clearly results in a slow feed rate, resulting in a slow cutting rate and thus an impact on the straw crushing effect.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
