本发明公开了一种耐磨煤截齿,包括齿头和齿柄,齿头和齿柄一体成型,齿头包括齿头本体,齿头本体上堆焊有合金材料层,所述合金材料层包括如下以重量百分比计的成分:碳0.8~1.2%,钴0.6~0.72%,钨0.06~0.12%,钛0.2~0.45%,钒0.1~0.15%,铬0.8~1.35%,钽0.08~0.15%,硼5.8~6.2%,镍6.5~6.82%余量为铁和不可避免的杂质。本发明的硬质合金截齿强度、硬度、耐磨性得到了显著提高,使用寿命大大延长,降低了采煤成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属材料,尤其涉及一种煤截齿。
背景技术
截齿是煤炭行业中采煤机、掘进机、刨煤机等采煤装置上用来破岩落煤、截割煤岩、碎煤用的刀具。截齿通常安装固定在截齿座上,采煤装置的旋转机构带动截齿一并旋转,旋转的截齿直接截割煤岩,将煤岩切割打碎成小块后,通过运输装置向矿外运出煤炭。由于截齿在破碎煤矿中会反复直接受到煤矿的冲击和摩擦,磨损严重,使用寿命往往较短,需要经常更换磨损的截齿,而通常采煤装置的旋转机构上配置有较多截齿,所以每次更换截齿均需花费太多时间,影响了采煤装置的工作效率,增加了煤炭的生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种耐磨煤截齿,该截齿强度、硬度耐磨性、耐蚀性大大提高,使用寿命更长,可减少更换次数,降低采煤成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种耐磨煤截齿,包括齿头和齿柄,齿头和齿柄一体成型,齿头包括齿头本体,齿头本体上堆焊有合金材料层,其特征在于:所述合金材料层包括如下以重量百分比计的成分:
碳0.8~1.2%
钴0.6~0.72%
钨0.06~0.12%
钛0.2~0.45%
钒0.1~0.15%
铬0.8~1.35%
钽0.08~0.15%
硼5.8~6.2%
镍6.5~6.82%
余量为铁和不可避免的杂质。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中的钛可以起到细化硬质合金的铸造组织和焊缝组织的作用;钒可以提到金属材料的硬度,铬可以提高金属材料的强度、硬度和耐磨性;镍能够起到耐热、防腐的作用;钴能够提高合金材料的耐热性和防腐性和硬度,钨能提高材料的硬度和耐蚀性,钽能够提高合金材料的耐蚀性。
本发明提供的硬质合金截齿中各元素相互配合、协同发挥作用,具有优异的机械性能、耐磨性、耐蚀性、耐热性,其硬度和强度完全能够达到截齿的要求,并且具有优异的韧性、刚度和耐磨性,另外所述金属材料质地紧密,品质高。
本发明提供的一种硬质合金截齿,耐磨性好,硬度高,磨损速率低,而且其能够有效抵抗煤炭的冲击,不易脆断。基于以上优点,该硬质合金截齿的使用寿命长,相应的维护周期也较长,避免频繁更换硬质合金截齿而停机,影响煤炭的正常生产。
