技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属材料,尤其涉及一种硬质合金截齿。
背景技术
截齿是煤炭行业中采煤机、掘进机、刨煤机等采煤装置上用来破岩落煤、截割煤岩、碎煤用的刀具。截齿通常安装固定在截齿座上,采煤装置的旋转机构带动截齿一并旋转,旋转的截齿直接截割煤岩,将煤岩切割打碎成小块后,通过运输装置向矿外运出煤炭。由于截齿在破碎煤矿中会反复直接受到煤矿的冲击和摩擦,磨损严重,使用寿命往往较短,需要经常更换磨损的截齿,而通常采煤装置的旋转机构上配置有较多截齿,所以每次更换截齿均需花费太多时间,影响了采煤装置的工作效率,增加了煤炭的生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种硬质合金截齿,硬质合金截齿机械性能、耐磨性、耐蚀性大大提高,使用寿命更长,可减少更换次数,降低采煤成本。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中的钛可以起到细化硬质合金的铸造组织和焊缝组织的作用;钒可以提到金属材料的硬度,铬可以提高金属材料的强度、硬度和耐磨性;镍能够起到耐热、防腐的作用;锰可以提高材料的韧性、强度、硬度和耐磨性、淬透性,改善金属材料的热加工性能;硅可提高材料的耐高温性和韧性;铋提高了材料的抗拉强度和硬度,减小了金属材料晶粒的平均尺寸,起到一定细化晶粒的作用;稀土金属钪和铈可以显著的提高金属材料的韧性、耐磨性、抗腐蚀性,并且还能改善金属材料的焊接能力和低温性能。
本发明提供的硬质合金截齿中各元素相互配合、协同发挥作用,具有优异的机械性能、耐磨性、耐蚀性、耐热性,其硬度和强度完全能够达到截齿的要求,并且具有优异的韧性、刚度和耐磨性,另外所述金属材料质地紧密,品质高。
本发明提供的一种硬质合金截齿,耐磨性好,硬度高,磨损速率低,而且其能够有效抵抗煤炭的冲击,不易脆断。基于以上优点,该硬质合金截齿的使用寿命长,相应的维护周期也较长,避免频繁更换硬质合金截齿而停机,影响煤炭的正常生产。
