Abstract

一种平屋面无钢筋自防水水泥砂浆,水泥的减水 剂采用木质素磺酸钙,膨胀剂采用石灰,集料是以碳 酸钙为主要成分的石灰石。用本发明的水泥砂浆作 平屋面防水层处理时,完全符合刚性自防水材料对防 水及刚性的要求,28天龄期抗渗力大于2.0MPa,而 造价成本仅为三毡四油防水层的2/3,亦低于其它 防水剂。

Description

本发明属自防水水泥砂浆领域。
普通水泥砂浆在水泥水化硬化过程中,会由于水泥中水份的蒸发而干缩,在材料内部出现毛细微孔,水份会沿着毛细微孔渗透,造成渗漏。在水泥砂浆中加入如硅酸钠、脂肪酸皂或三氯化铁、硫酸铝等外加剂,可以部分防止或减轻渗漏,但有的效果不够理想,有的工艺较复杂,成本也高。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有足够抗渗能力的自防水水泥砂浆,使用这种水泥砂浆作平屋面防水层时,施工工序简单,成本低,防渗效果好。
本发明以如下方式实现其目的:水泥的减水剂采用木质素磺酸钙,膨胀剂采用石灰,集料是以碳酸钙为主要成份的石灰石。木质素磺酸钙和石灰的加入量分别为水泥重量的0.8~1%和1.5~2.0%。
以下进一步详细说明本发明的自防水水泥砂浆的防渗机理、各组分的成份、配比、施工方法和实施例:
本发明所用的减水剂木质素磺酸钙即为磺化纸浆废液提取物,将其掺入水泥熟料中共同粉磨后,在水泥砂浆水化时起到减少需水量的作用,从而减少了水泥砂浆的干缩。在粉磨熟料过程中同时还加入以氧化钙为主要成份的石灰作膨胀剂,此膨胀剂的水化硬化过程能与水泥的水化硬化过程相匹配,使水泥砂浆的结构趋于致密。为了使自防水水泥砂浆具有足够的抗渗能力,选用以碳酸钙为主要成份的石灰石作为集料,集料中的碳酸钙能与水泥中的铝酸三钙水化物作用生成碳铝酸钙。因此,水泥砂浆硬化后的水泥石结构已非为简单地示为水泥水化物包裹集料颗粒,而是在集料颗粒界面上形成新的水化产物,整个水泥石成为紧密的结构体。碳铝酸钙的生成量随时间延长而增加,水泥石强度更高。
在本发明的自防水水泥砂浆中,水泥的组成可以是(重量%):硅酸盐熟料84~88,石膏3.5~4.5,混合材8~12;在粉磨熟料时加入的木质素磺酸钙和石灰量分别是水泥重量的0.8~1.0%和1.5~2.0%。硅酸盐熟料可以采用普通机立窑的产品,其化学成分可以是(%):SiO219.5~22.5,Fe2O34.5~5.5,Al2O35.5~7.3,CaO 61.5~65.5,MgO 0.8~3.0,SO32.5~3.0,灼减1.4~2.0。作为膨胀剂的石灰,其化学成分可以是(%):CaO 90.0~95.0,MgO 0.2~2.3,Al2O30.5~1.5,SiO21.0~3.5。所采用的石灰石集料的的化学成分可以是:CaO 48~54,MgO 0.1~3,Al2O30.2~0.8,SiO20.5~1.8,Fe2O30.1~0.8,烧失量 42~44;CaO含量再低一些也可使用。
采用本发明的自防水水泥砂浆在平屋面上作防水层处理时,可按常规施工法施工,无须配置钢筋,每6米长距离预留施工缝。施工时,按配比称出按本发明的组分磨制的水泥及石灰石集料,在砂浆搅拌机内拌匀后,加入所需水量,再搅拌,倒出平铺于施工场地,用平板振动器振动出浆、抹平。施工厚度40m/m即可达到自防水抗渗漏的目的。
以下是本发明的自防水水泥砂浆的一个实施例:
水泥各组分的重量百分比组成是:硅酸盐熟料86,石膏4,混合材10。在粉磨熟料时另加入木质素磺酸钙和石灰,其加入重量分别是前述三种原料重量总和的1%和1.8%。石灰石集料取2.5m/m以下的自然级配,水泥和集料的配合比为1∶4,水灰比为0.5。用平板振动器振动成型。在平屋面施工厚度为40m/m。耐压强度和抗折强度在三天龄期分别为17.5和3.8Mpa,七天龄期分别为25.4和4.9Mpa,廿八天龄期分别为42.3和6.8Mpa,此时的抗渗力已大于2Mpa,完全符合刚性自防水材料对防水及刚性的要求。经两年多使用未发现有渗漏现象。使用这种砂浆作屋面防水材料,其造价仅为三毡四油防水层的2/3,亦低于其它防水剂。

Claims (2)

1、一种平屋面无钢筋自防水水泥砂浆,含有普通硅酸盐水泥、减水剂、膨胀剂和集料,其特征是减水剂采用木质素磺酸钙,膨胀剂采用石灰,集料是以碳酸钙为主要成份的石灰石。
2、如权利要求1所述的自防水水泥砂浆,其特征是木质素磺酸钙和石灰的加入量分别为水泥重量的0.8~1%和1.5~2.0%。
