Abstract

本发明公开了一种小型汽车后轮悬挂,包括两根纵臂、横梁、两螺旋弹簧、两液压减震器。本发明与现有技术的扭力梁与纵臂采取固定连接的方式不同,通过改变横梁与纵臂的连接方式,使汽车两后轮能独立上下运动,而不相互干扰,有效的弥补了扭力梁式半独立悬挂舒适性差,操纵性差的缺点。

纵臂横梁式独立悬挂
技术领域
本发明是一种小型汽车悬挂,更具体的说是一种小型汽车的后轮独立悬挂。
背景技术
目前很多小型汽车的后悬挂采用纵臂扭转梁式悬挂。纵臂扭转梁式非独立悬挂是专为后轮设计的悬架结构,它的构成非常简单:用粗壮的上下摆动式拖臂实现车轮与车身或车架之间的硬性连接,再用液压减震器和螺旋弹簧来实现软性连接,以达到吸震和支持车身的目的,而圆柱形或方形扭转横梁连接至左右车轮。由于整个悬架系统只有一个大部件构成,因此相比复杂的双叉臂、多连杆等,结构要简单得多。被焊接成H型的悬架整体安装在车身上,摇臂和车身只有两个连接点,所以装配起来简单,而且成本低。从其构造来看,由于左右纵摆臂被横梁连接,因此该悬挂结构还保持着整体桥式悬架的特性,连接左右纵臂的横梁在连接处可转动,这便在一定程度上让左右车轮在小范围内分别运转而不互相干扰但这种小范围转动舒适性还是太差。在设计过程中,如果横梁在纵臂上的安装位置的不同,其表现出来的性能区别也会比较明显:横梁安装在靠近纵臂接近车轮中心位置,则舒适性会大打折扣。同时车身倾斜时,因扭力梁车轴的扭曲,使车轮的倾角会发生变化,影响操控性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足,提供一种使两后轮能独立上下运动而不会相互干扰的独立悬挂。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
纵臂横梁式独立悬挂系统由左右纵臂、横梁、左右螺旋弹簧、左右液压减震器组成。横梁两端各装有一枢轴,通过枢轴、纵臂支座与两纵臂活动连接,成H形(附图1)。纵臂上端通过枢轴、枢轴支座与车体连接。纵臂下端通过螺旋弹簧、液压减震器与车体软性连接。该悬挂用两端装有枢轴的横梁替换了纵臂扭转梁式独立悬挂的扭转梁,横梁通过枢轴与安装在纵臂上的枢轴支座活动连接(附图2)。改变了扭转梁与纵臂的固定连接方式。从而实现了两后轮完全独立上下运动,不会互相干扰(附图3)。此种结构的运用,在汽车过弯时、单侧后轮上下运动时,车轮中心线一直与地面垂直(附图3),提高了汽车的操控性。而且该横梁在纵臂的连接位置很灵活,可以设置在除纵臂枢轴端头附近的其他任意位置,而不会出现前述,扭转梁靠近车轮中心点安装会对舒适性造成影响的限制。
以上结构特点可以看出,纵臂横梁式独立悬挂的外形、结构与扭力梁式半独立悬挂有些类似。但悬挂的受力方式、悬挂性质、悬挂性能均有不同,汽车两轮间上下运动完全独立。既继承了纵臂扭力梁式半独立悬挂的优点,也克服了纵臂扭力梁式半独立悬挂舒适性差,操纵性差的缺点。。由于本发明外形、结构与扭力梁式悬挂类似,所以在不改变现有使用扭力梁式后独立悬挂的汽车车体的情况下,直接应用纵臂横梁式独立悬挂。同时纵臂横梁式独立悬挂系统所具有的这些优点是其它很多种悬挂系统不能比拟的,所以亦可替换其他独立悬挂系统。
同时纵臂横梁式独立悬挂的横梁与纵臂的连接点可以设置在除纵臂枢纽外的任意位置,因此,也可以按各车型尺寸自行生产横梁,对各种车型的扭转梁式半独立悬挂进行改造。
本发明具有结构简单、承载力大、重量轻、占用空间小、舒适性好、操控性好等特点。具有很好的推广和实用价值,推广后可以节约燃油消耗率,节约资源,降低小型汽车生产成本。

具体实施方式
用本发明对纵臂扭转梁进行改造为例,将其扭转梁去掉,在左右纵臂原扭转梁焊接处,各安装一枢轴支座,用端头装有枢轴的横梁将两纵臂活动连接成H形。纵臂上端与车体连接,下端通过螺旋弹簧、液压减震器与车体软性连接。简单方便地实现了后左右车轮的上下独立运动。同时纵臂横梁式独立悬挂的横梁与纵臂的连接点可以设置在除纵臂枢纽外的任意位置,因此,也可以按各车型尺寸自行生产纵臂横梁式独立悬挂,实施替换改造各种车型的扭转梁式半独立悬挂。

Claims (1)

1.一种小型汽车的后轮悬挂。包括两根纵臂、带枢轴的横梁、两螺旋弹簧、两液压减震器等组成。横梁与纵臂通过枢轴、枢轴支座活动连接,从而实现两后轮独立上下运动却不会相互干扰。其特征是纵臂与横梁采用活动连接方式。
