本发明公开了一种都尔和氰氟草酯微乳剂,该产品属于除草剂领域;配制该产品使用的原料包括:都尔9‑10%、氰氟草酯4‑5%、乙醇15%、苯磺酸钠3%、水68%,通过在特定条件下的掺混制得成品,该生产方法的优点是:使用通用设备、工艺简单、反应条件温和、无污染废弃物排放;都尔和氰氟草酯复配有增效作用,将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除草的效果显著高于单用都尔或氰氟草酯,除草效果大大增强,可用于防除阔叶杂草和一年生、多年生禾本科杂草。

技术领域
本发明属于除草剂领域,尤其涉及一种都尔和氰氟草酯微乳剂的配制方法。
背景技术
都尔为酰胺类选择性除草剂,纯品为无色液体,对人畜低毒,都尔主要通过幼芽吸收,向上传导,抑制幼芽与根的生长,作用机制主要抑制发芽种子的蛋白质合成,其次抑制胆碱渗入磷脂,干扰卵磷脂形成,由于禾本科杂草幼芽吸收都尔的能力比阔叶杂草强,因而该药防除禾本科杂草的效果远远好于阔叶杂草,都尔乳油为棕黄色液体,乳化性能良好,可与许多除草剂相混,多使用于旱地作物,如蔬菜、果园、苗圃,可有效防除一年生禾本科杂草以及苋菜、马齿苋等阔叶杂草和碎米莎草、油莎草,土中持效期20-50天。氰氟草酯属芳氧基苯氧基丙酸类除草剂,又名千金,原药外观为白色结晶固体,可溶于多数有机溶剂,不溶于水;氰氟草酯是内吸传导性除草剂,由杂草的叶片和叶鞘吸收,韧皮部传导,积累于杂草的分生组织区,抵制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,使脂肪酸合成停止,细胞的生长分裂不能正常进行,膜系统等含脂结构破坏,最后导致杂草死亡,对千金子、稗草特效,对大龄稗草高效,同时兼防多种禾本科杂草,氰氟草酯在土壤中和稻田中降解迅速。将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除草的效果显著高于单用都尔或氰氟草酯,除草效果大大增强,可用于防除阔叶杂草和一年生、多年生禾本科杂草,尤其是稗草。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种都尔和氰氟草酯微乳剂,配制该产品使用的原料按重量配比为:都尔9-10%、氰氟草酯4-5%、乙醇15%、苯磺酸钠3%、水68%。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的氰氟草酯、苯磺酸钠,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将乙醇、氰氟草酯、苯磺酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时后得到成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:
所述的都尔的纯度为75%、氰氟草酯的纯度为75%。
步骤(1)、步骤(2)所述的常温为0-38℃。
本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种都尔和氰氟草酯微乳剂,该配制方法的优点是:工艺简单、环境污染小、反应时间短、反应条件温和,都尔和氰氟草酯复配有增效作用,将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除草的效果显著高于单用都尔或氰氟草酯,除草效果大大增强,可用于防除阔叶杂草和一年生、多年生禾本科杂草。

实施例1:
在第一搅拌罐中先将总量为15%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入总量为5%的氰氟草酯、总量为3%的苯磺酸钠,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将总量为68%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边加入总量为9%的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将乙醇、氰氟草酯、苯磺酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时后得到成品。

在第一搅拌罐中先将总量为15%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入总量为4.5%的氰氟草酯、总量为3%的苯磺酸钠,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将总量为68%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边加入总量为9.5%的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将乙醇、氰氟草酯、苯磺酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时后得到成品。

1.一种都尔和氰氟草酯微乳剂,使用原料的重量配比为:都尔9-10%、氰氟草酯4-5%、乙醇15%、苯磺酸钠3%、水68%;其特征在于:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的氰氟草酯、苯磺酸钠,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20-25转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将乙醇、氰氟草酯、苯磺酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时后得到成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种都尔和氰氟草酯微乳剂,其特征在于:所述的都尔的纯度为75%、氰氟草酯的纯度为75%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种都尔和氰氟草酯微乳剂,其特征在于:步骤(1)、步骤(2)所述的常温为0-38℃。
