本发明公开了一种氰氟草酯和丙草胺复配微乳剂,该产品属于除草剂领域;生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:氰氟草酯8‑9%、丙草胺4‑5%、乙醇22%、烷基硫酸钠2%、水63%,通过在特定条件下的掺混制得成品氰氟草酯和丙草胺复配微乳剂,该生产方法的优点是:使用通用设备、工艺简单、反应条件温和、无污染废弃物排放,产品质量好;氰氟草酯与丙草胺复配有增效作用,将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除水稻田杂草的效果显著高于单用氰氟草或丙草胺,除草效果大大增强。

技术领域
本发明属于除草剂领域,尤其涉及一种氰氟草酯和丙草胺复配微乳剂的配制方法。
背景技术
氰氟草酯属芳氧基苯氧基丙酸类除草剂,可溶于多数有机溶剂,不溶于水。氰氟草酯是内吸传导性除草剂,由杂草的叶片和叶鞘吸收,韧皮部传导,积累于杂草的分生组织区,抵制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,使脂肪酸合成停止,细胞的生长分裂不能正常进行,膜系统等含脂结构破坏,最后导致杂草死亡。防治对象,对千金子、稗草特效,对大龄稗草高效,同时兼防多种禾本科杂草,可使用于秧田、直播田、移栽田和抛秧田,氰氟草酯在土壤中和稻田中降解迅速,对后茬作物和水稻安全。丙草胺,又称十安全剂,丙草胺是酰胺类稻田芽前选择性除草剂,能安全地用于直播田和秧田,对一叶一心以内的稗草防效可达95%以上,由于它的安全性高,用户可以减少播种量,节省种子开支,同时减少了对水稻减产最大的夹心稗,为水稻增产打下了可靠的基础;丙草胺除对禾本科的杂草有很好的防效外,还能防除多种一年生莎草和双子叶杂草,如鸭舌草、异型莎草等,对千金子等难防杂草防效显著,持效期30-50天,基本可以控制秧田期全过程杂草,且使用方便,可以直接稀释后用喷雾器喷于秧床上,也可以拌细土,撒于秧面上。氰氟草酯与丙草胺复配有增效作用,将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除水稻田杂草的效果显著高于单用氰氟草或丙草胺,除草效果大大增强。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种氰氟草酯和丙草胺复配微乳剂,生产该产品以氰氟草酯、丙草胺、乙醇、苯磺酸钠、水为原料,通过在特定条件下的掺混制得成品,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:氰氟草酯8-9%、丙草胺4-5%、乙醇22%、烷基硫酸钠2%、水63%。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边依次加入配方量的氰氟草酯、丙草胺,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时。
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至烷基硫酸钠全部溶解后调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的氰氟草酯、丙草胺加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:
所述的氰氟草酯纯度为90%、杀草丹的纯度为30%。
步骤(1)、步骤(2)所述的常温为2-35℃。
本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种氰氟草酯和丙草胺复配微乳剂,该配制方法的优点是:工艺简单、环境污染小、反应时间短、反应条件温和,将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,产品主要用于水稻田,防除草的效果显著增强,防除草的品种进一步增多。

在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为22%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边依次加入占总量为8%的氰氟草酯、占总量为5%的丙草胺,搅拌反应0.3小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为63%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为2%的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至烷基硫酸钠全部溶解后调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的氰氟草酯、丙草胺加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5小时后得到成品。
实施例2:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为22%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边依次加入占总量为8.5%的氰氟草酯、占总量为4.5%的丙草胺,搅拌反应0.35小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为63%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为2%的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至烷基硫酸钠全部溶解后调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为195转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的氰氟草酯、丙草胺加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.45小时后得到成品。
实施例3:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为22%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边依次加入占总量为9%的氰氟草酯、占总量为4%的丙草胺,搅拌反应0.4小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为63%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为2%的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至烷基硫酸钠全部溶解后调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为200 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的氰氟草酯、丙草胺加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5小时后得到成品。

1.一种氰氟草酯和丙草胺复配微乳剂,使用原料的按重量配比包括:氰氟草酯8-9%、丙草胺4-5%、乙醇22%、烷基硫酸钠2%、水63%;其特征在于:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边依次加入配方量的氰氟草酯、丙草胺,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时。
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为20转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌至烷基硫酸钠全部溶解后调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的氰氟草酯、丙草胺加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。
