本发明属于除草剂领域,尤其涉及一种苯磺隆和都尔微乳剂的配制方法。
背景技术
苯磺隆又称阔叶静,苯磺隆为选择性内吸传导型除草剂,可被杂草的根、叶吸收,并在植株体内传导,通过抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶的活性,从而影响支链氨基酸的生物合成,植物受害后表现为生长点坏死、叶脉失绿,植物生长受到严重抑制、矮化,最终全株枯死,敏感杂草吸收药剂后立即停止生长,1-3周后死亡,防除对象主要为各种一年生阔叶杂草。都尔为酰胺类选择性除草剂,纯品为无色液体,无臭味,在20℃以上时可部分溶于水,对人畜低毒,都尔主要通过幼芽吸收,向上传导,抑制幼芽与根的生长,作用机制主要抑制发芽种子的蛋白质合成,其次抑制胆碱渗入磷脂,干扰卵磷脂形成,由于禾本科杂草幼芽吸收都尔的能力比阔叶杂草强,因而该药防除禾本科杂草的效果远远好于阔叶杂草。都尔乳油为棕黄色液体,乳化性能良好,可与许多除草剂相混,多使用于旱地作物。本产品以苯磺隆、都尔和辅料通过一系列掺混工艺制成,苯磺隆、都尔复配有增效作用,该产品在水中分散性好,活性高、对禾本科杂草杀灭作用强大,对阔叶杂草防除效果较好。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种苯磺隆和都尔微乳剂,配制该产品使用的原料重量配比为:苯磺隆水分散粒剂10-11%、都尔4-5%、乙醇15%、苯磺酸钠3%、水67%。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后加入配方量的苯磺隆水分散粒剂;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的都尔加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:
所述的苯磺隆水分散粒剂的纯度为75%、都尔的纯度为70%。
步骤(1)、步骤(2)所述的常温为0-38℃。

在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为15%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为5%的都尔,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为67%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为3%的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后加入占总量为10%的苯磺隆水分散粒剂;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的都尔加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。

在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为15%的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为4.5%的都尔,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为67%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为3%的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后加入占总量为10.5%的苯磺隆水分散粒剂;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的都尔加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。

1.一种苯磺隆和都尔微乳剂,配制该产品使用的原料按重量配比包括:苯磺隆水分散粒剂10-11%、都尔4-5%、乙醇15%、苯磺酸钠3%、水67%;其特征是:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙醇加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔,搅拌反应0.3-0.4小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为25转-30转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的苯磺酸钠,搅拌至苯磺酸钠全部溶解后加入配方量的苯磺隆水分散粒剂;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为190-200 转/分,缓慢的将溶于乙醇的都尔加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.4-0.5小时后得到成品。
