本发明属于除草剂领域,尤其涉及一种都尔和快杀稗微乳剂的配制方法。
背景技术
都尔为酰胺类选择性除草剂,纯品为无色液体,无臭味,在20℃以上时可部分溶于水,对人畜低毒。都尔主要通过幼芽吸收,向上传导,抑制幼芽与根的生长,作用机制主要抑制发芽种子的蛋白质合成,其次抑制胆碱渗入磷脂,干扰卵磷脂形成,由于禾本科杂草幼芽吸收都尔的能力比阔叶杂草强,因而该药防除禾本科杂草的效果远远好于阔叶杂草。都尔乳油为棕黄色液体,乳化性能良好,可与许多除草剂相混,多使用于旱地作物,如蔬菜、果园、苗圃,可有效防除牛筋草、马唐、狗尾草、棉草等一年生禾本科杂草以及苋菜、马齿苋等阔叶杂草和碎米莎草、油莎草,土中持效期20-50天。快杀稗又名二氯喹啉酸、稗草亡,属激素型喹啉羧酸类选择性较强的除草剂,外观为无色晶体,微溶于水,易溶于丙酮、乙醇、乙醚、乙酸乙酯,难溶于甲苯、乙腈、正辛醇、二氯甲烷、正己烷,用于直播水稻田和移植水稻田,可有效防除稗草、田皂角、田菁和其他杂草,对稗草的防效尤为突出,可制成可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂,用量为秧田、直播田每亩用15-25克有效成分,移栽水稻本田每亩12.5克有效成分。将苯磺隆和快杀稗二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除草的效果显著高于单用苯磺隆或快杀稗,防除杂草的效果大大增强,尤其对大龄稗草特效。将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除草的效果显著高于单用都尔或快杀稗,复配后的产品在水中分散性好,活性高、对各种杂草渗透性强,附着力好,可有效防除各种一年生阔叶杂草,对禾本科杂草也有一定的防除效果,对稗草的防效尤为突出。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种都尔和快杀稗微乳剂的配制方法,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比为:都尔11-12%、快杀稗6-7%、乙醇6%、乙酸乙酯14%、水62%。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙酸乙酯加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的快杀稗、乙醇,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30-40转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将乙酸乙酯、快杀稗、乙醇的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5-0.6小时后得到成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:
所述的都尔的纯度为80%、快杀稗的纯度为75%。
步骤(1)、步骤(2)所述的常温为0-38℃。
本发明的有益效果是:提供了一种都尔和快杀稗微乳剂的配制方法,该生产方法的优点是:工艺简单、环境污染小、反应时间短、反应条件温和,都尔和快杀稗复配有增效作用,产品防除杂草的效果显著高于单用都尔或快杀稗,复配后的产品在水中分散性好,活性高、对各种杂草渗透性强,附着力好,可有效防除各种一年生阔叶杂草,对禾本科杂草也有一定的防除效果,对稗草的防效尤为突出。

实施例1:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为14%乙酸乙酯加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为7%快杀稗、占总量为6%的乙醇,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为62%水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30-40转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为11%都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将乙酸乙酯、快杀稗、乙醇的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5-0.6小时后得到成品。
实施例2:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为14%乙酸乙酯加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为6.5%快杀稗、占总量为6%的乙醇,搅拌反应0.25小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为62%水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为35转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为11.5%都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为215转/分,缓慢的将乙酸乙酯、快杀稗、乙醇的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.55小时后得到成品。
实施例3:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为14%乙酸乙酯加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为6%快杀稗、占总量为6%的乙醇,搅拌反应0.3小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为62%水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为40转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为12%都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为220 转/分,缓慢的将乙酸乙酯、快杀稗、乙醇的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.6小时后得到成品。

1.一种都尔和快杀稗微乳剂的配制方法,使用原料的重量配比为:都尔11-12%、快杀稗6-7%、乙醇6%、乙酸乙酯14%、水62%;其特征在于:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的乙酸乙酯加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的快杀稗、乙醇,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30-40转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将乙酸乙酯、快杀稗、乙醇的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5-0.6小时后得到成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种都尔和快杀稗微乳剂的配制方法,其特征在于:所述的都尔的纯度为80%、快杀稗的纯度为75%。
