技术领域
本发明属于除草剂领域,尤其涉及一种都尔和广灭灵微乳剂的配制方法。
背景技术
都尔为酰胺类选择性除草剂,纯品为无色液体,无臭味,在20℃以上时可部分溶于水,对人畜低毒。都尔主要通过幼芽吸收,向上传导,抑制幼芽与根的生长,作用机制主要抑制发芽种子的蛋白质合成,其次抑制胆碱渗入磷脂,干扰卵磷脂形成,由于禾本科杂草幼芽吸收都尔的能力比阔叶杂草强,因而该药防除禾本科杂草的效果远远好于阔叶杂草。都尔乳油为棕黄色液体,乳化性能良好,可与许多除草剂相混,多使用于旱地作物,如蔬菜、果园、苗圃,可有效防除牛筋草、马唐、狗尾草、棉草等一年生禾本科杂草以及苋菜、马齿苋等阔叶杂草和碎米莎草、油莎草,土中持效期20-50天。广灭灵是一种有机杂环类选择性苗前除草剂,又名异恶草松,分子式为C12H14ClNO2,外观为淡棕色粘稠液体,易溶于丙酮、乙腈、氯仿、二氯甲烷等。广灭灵属低毒除草剂选择性苗前除草剂,通过植物的根、幼芽吸收,向上输导,经木质部扩散至叶部,抑制敏感植物的叶绿素和胡萝卜素的合成,形成白苗,在短期内死亡,持效期长,广灭灵在土壤中的生物活性可持续6个月以上,适用于大豆、甘蔗、马铃薯、花生、烟草、水稻、油菜等作物,可防除稗草、狗尾草、马唐、刺儿菜、大蓟、苣荬菜等30余种杂草。都尔与广灭灵复配有增效作用,将上述二种除草剂和辅料复配后,防除草的效果显著高于单用都尔或广灭灵,复配后的产品在水中分散性好,活性高、对各种杂草渗透性强,附着力好,可有效防除各种一年生阔叶杂草,对禾本科杂草也有一定的防除效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种都尔和广灭灵微乳剂的配制方法,生产该产品使用的原料按重量配比为:都尔14-15%、广灭灵5-6%、烷基硫酸钠5%、二氯甲烷15%、水60%。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的二氯甲烷加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的广灭灵、烷基硫酸钠,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30-40转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将二氯甲烷、广灭灵、烷基硫酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5-0.6小时后得到成品。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:
所述的都尔的纯度为80%、广灭灵的纯度为75%。
步骤(1)、步骤(2)所述的常温为0-38℃。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为15%的二氯甲烷加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为6%的广灭灵、占总量为5%的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌反应0.2小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为60%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为14%的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210转/分,缓慢的将二氯甲烷、广灭灵、烷基硫酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5小时后得到成品。
实施例2:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为15%的二氯甲烷加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为5.5%的广灭灵、占总量为5%的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌反应0.25小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为60%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为35转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为14.5%的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为215 转/分,缓慢的将二氯甲烷、广灭灵、烷基硫酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.55小时后得到成品。
实施例3:
在第一搅拌罐中先将占总量为15%的二氯甲烷加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入占总量为5%的广灭灵、占总量为5%的烷基硫酸钠,搅拌反应0.3小时;在高速搅拌罐中先将占总量为60%的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为40转/分,边搅拌边加入占总量为15%的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为220 转/分,缓慢的将二氯甲烷、广灭灵、烷基硫酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.6小时后得到成品。

1. 一种都尔和广灭灵微乳剂的配制方法,使用原料的重量配比为:都尔14-15%、广灭灵5-6%、烷基硫酸钠5%、二氯甲烷15%、水60%;其特征在于:
(1)在第一搅拌罐中先将配方量的二氯甲烷加入,常温下开始搅拌,边搅拌边加入配方量的广灭灵、烷基硫酸钠,搅拌反应0.2-0.3小时;
(2)在高速搅拌罐中先将配方量的水加入,常温下开始搅拌,搅拌器的转速为30-40转/分,边搅拌边加入配方量的都尔;调高速搅拌罐内搅拌器的转速为210-220 转/分,缓慢的将二氯甲烷、广灭灵、烷基硫酸钠的混合物加入高速搅拌罐,搅拌反应0.5-0.6小时后得到成品。
