背景技术
清洁剂,是一种液体状态的用来洗涤衣物或清洗用具或清洁家具等东西的清洁产品。它采用多种新型表面活性剂,去污力强,漂洗容易 ,对皮肤无刺激。最宜洗涤厨具,家具,及水果瓜菜。然而现有的清洗剂清洗效果较差,需要用水反复的冲洗后,才能达到清洗效果,成本较高,满足不了使用者的需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种清洗剂制备方法。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种清洗剂制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 乙二醇丁醚4-12份、乙酸戊酯2-6份、乙二醇1-3份、氨基水杨酸钠3-9份、香精2-6份、去离子水100-300份;
(2)将乙二醇丁醚、乙酸戊酯与去离子水放入反应釜中,在40℃-50℃下,均匀搅拌10-15min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃-65℃后,加入香精与乙二醇,继续搅拌15-20 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃-85℃后,加入氨基水杨酸钠,继续搅拌5-15min;
(5)当温度提升至90℃-100℃后,关闭反应釜,取出反应物放置于通风处4-8h,即可得成品。
上述的一种清洗剂制备方法,其中,所述乙二醇丁醚与乙酸戊酯的比例为2:1。
上述的一种清洗剂制备方法,其中,所述乙二醇与氨基水杨酸钠的比例为1:3。
上述的一种清洗剂制备方法,其中,香精与去离子水的比例为1:50。

(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 乙二醇丁醚4-12份、乙酸戊酯2-6份、乙二醇1-3份、氨基水杨酸钠3-9份、香精2-6份、去离子水100-300份;
(2)将乙二醇丁醚、乙酸戊酯与去离子水放入反应釜中,在40℃-50℃下,均匀搅拌10-15min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃-65℃后,加入香精与乙二醇,继续搅拌15-20 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃-85℃后,加入氨基水杨酸钠,继续搅拌5-15min;
(5)当温度提升至90℃-100℃后,关闭反应釜,取出反应物放置于通风处4-8h,即可得成品。
