Abstract
本发明提供了一种粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液及其配置方法,所述加重压裂液的质量组成如下:粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液2~5%,加重剂20~40%,盐酸0.1‑1%,其余为水。配置方法如下:分别制备作为基液的A组分和作为交联剂的B组分,其中A组分的质量配比:粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液1%,加重剂20~40%,盐酸0.1‑1%,其余为水;B组分为1‑4%的粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液,然后将A组分与B组分混合即得。该压裂液密度为1.15~1.42g/cm3,密度有较大的增加,同时满足压裂液的现场施工要求。该粘弹性表面活性剂生产简单,液体速溶,可以实现施工现场快速配置,具有良好的耐温耐剪切性,在地层中遇到油气可实现自动破胶。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石油开采行业中改善储层用压裂技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液及其配置方法。
背景技术
随着勘探技术的不断进步,各大油田的深井、超深井和高压井数目逐渐增加,超过3000m的深井越来越多。对于深层高温储层,由于地层埋深大,破裂压力高,压裂施工通常达到90MPa以上,甚至超过100MPa,压裂时井口施工压力大,可能超过现有设备的压力上限,为了降低施工压力,可以采用压裂液加重措施,依靠井筒中液体的垂直压力增加地层压力。如果压裂液密度增加0.1g/cm3,1000m的井深,就相当于增加1MPa的压力。
压裂液加重要求加重剂应为可溶性盐,且具有较大的溶解度。这样可避免对地层造成固相颗粒堵塞伤害;在现场配置时易于溶解,简单方便;并且与压裂液其他组分配伍性好,避免降低压裂液所需要的其它性能。
粘弹性表面活性剂的高粘度是表面活性剂形成的蠕虫状胶束缔合聚集的结果。当粘弹性表面活性剂遇到油气,蠕虫状胶束会转变为球状胶束,使表面活性剂粘度降低,自动破胶,相比较植物胶压裂液粘弹性表面活性剂作为压裂液由于破胶彻底,对地层伤害小,因此长期以来被称为“清洁压裂液”。普通的粘弹性表面活性剂压裂液遇到高矿化度的地层水也容易破胶化水,因此不适合采用高浓度的盐水加重,通常的粘弹性表面活性剂压裂液密度0.98-1.05g/cm3。
现在常用的压裂设备由两个排量泵组成:用于输送基液的大排量泵和用于输送交联剂的小排量泵。作为压裂液施工中要求基液具有初步的粘度(20-80mPa·s),具有一定的携砂功能,遇到交联剂快速增粘。因此开发粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液,要求满足施工要求。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种适用于超深储层的粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液及其配制方法,该压裂液具有密度大,耐温抗剪切性能强,采用加重剂加重且密度可调,无残渣等特点,适用于高温、深井、高压储层的压裂改造。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液,其质量组成如下:粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液2~5%,加重剂20~40%,盐酸0.1-1%,其余为水。
其中,所述粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液是由脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺和苯磺酸甲酯在异丙醇作为溶剂的情况下合成制得。
所述粘弹性表面活性剂为脂肪酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐,其结构式如下:
其中:R为碳原子数不小于15的饱和的或不饱和的脂肪链。苯磺酸基的引入极大的提高了粘弹性表面活性剂的耐盐性能,即遇到高浓度盐水不破坏粘弹性,可以维持压裂液所需要的粘度。
其中,所述脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺采用硬脂酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=17饱和链)、油酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=17不饱和链)、棕榈酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=15饱和链)、芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=22不饱和链)中的一种或者几种的混合物。
其中,所述加重剂采用二价金属盐卤化物,为氯化镁、氯化钙、溴化锌、氯化锌、溴化钙中的一种或几种的混合物。高浓度的二价盐溶液不仅增加体系的密度,同时不会像钠盐那样破坏粘弹性表面活性剂的蠕虫状结构,降低体系粘度,二价阳离子在体系中起到一种桥接的作用,反而增加体系的粘度和耐温性能。
其中,所述盐酸为普通工业盐酸,盐酸中氯化氢质量含量25-32%。极少量的盐酸可以抑制氯化镁、氯化钙、溴化锌、氯化锌、溴化钙等二价盐的水解,同时不会对管道造成严重的腐蚀。
进一步地,所述的粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液密度为1.15-1.42g/cm3。
上述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液的配制方法,配置步骤如下:分别制备作为基液的A组分和作为交联剂的B组分,其中A组分的质量配比:粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液1%,加重剂20~40%,盐酸0.1-1%,其余为水;B组分为1-4%的粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液,然后将A组分与B组分混合得到所述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液。即B组分是占压裂液总质量1-4%的粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液作为交联剂。
所述粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液的制备方法如下,将脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(脂肪链的碳数不小于15)和一定量的异丙醇混合,加热至60℃,缓慢滴加与脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺等物质的量的苯磺酸甲酯,保证反应温度不超过70℃,滴完以后继续反应2小时,即得粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液,其具有很好的流动性。所述异丙醇的用量为脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺和苯磺酸甲酯质量和的二分之一。
该粘弹性表面活性剂生产简单,液体速溶,可以实现施工现场快速配置,具有良好的耐温耐剪切性,在地层中遇到油气可实现自动破胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明的加重压裂液密度有较大的增加,耐温抗剪切性能强,同时满足压裂液的现场施工要求。采用加重剂加重且密度可调,无残渣等特点,适用于高温、深井、高压储层的压裂改造。

下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;下述实施例中所用试剂、材料等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液制备
芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺211g(0.5mol)和异丙醇148g加入500ml带有搅拌和冷却装置的反应釜中,加热至60℃,缓慢滴加苯磺酸甲酯86g(0.5mol),保证反应温度不超过70℃,滴完以后继续反应2小时,即得粘弹性表面活性剂的芥酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液。
实施例2
粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液制备
油酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺366g(1mol)和异丙醇269g加入1L带有搅拌和冷却装置的反应釜中,加热至60℃,缓慢滴加苯磺酸甲酯172g(1mol),保证反应温度不超过70℃,滴完以后继续反应2小时,即得粘弹性表面活性剂的油酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液。
实施例3
加重压裂液的配置
A组分:将实施例2所得油酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液1g、20gCaCl2、0.2g工业盐酸、76.8g水混合均匀,初始粘度为32mPa·s。
B组分:实施例2所得油酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液2g。
A组分与B组分混合得到加重压裂液,初始粘度370mPa·s,密度1.157g/cm3。在110℃,剪切速率170s-1保持2h,粘度最低63mPa·s,满足压裂施工粘度不低于50mPa·s的要求。
实施例4
加重压裂液的配置
A组分:将实施例1所得芥酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液1g、40gCaCl2、0.2g工业盐酸、54.8g水混合均匀,初始粘度为52mPa·s。
B组分:实施例1所得芥酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液4g。
A组分与B组分混合得到加重压裂液,初始粘度820mPa·s,密度1.386g/cm3。在150℃,剪切速率170s-1保持2h,粘度最低61mPa·s,满足压裂施工粘度不低于50mPa·s的要求。
实施例5
加重压裂液的配置
A组分:将实施例1所得芥酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液1g、30gZnBr2、0.2g工业盐酸、65.3g水混合均匀,初始粘度为43mPa·s。
B组分:实施例1所得芥酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液3.5g。
A组分与B组分混合得到加重压裂液,初始粘度670mPa·s,密度1.377g/cm3。在140℃,剪切速率170s-1保持2h,粘度最低56mPa·s,满足压裂施工粘度不低于50mPa·s的要求。
实施例6
加重压裂液的配置
A组分:将实施例2所得油酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液1g、40gCaCl2、0.2g工业盐酸、54.8g水混合均匀,初始粘度为49mPa·s。
B组分:实施例2所得油酸酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液4g。
A组分与B组分混合得到加重压裂液,初始粘度670mPa·s,密度1.366g/cm3。在140℃,剪切速率170s-1保持2h,粘度最低53mPa·s,满足压裂施工粘度不低于50mPa·s的要求。
结论:由以上实施例可见,本发明所述的加重压裂液密度有较大的增加,同时满足压裂液的现场施工要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液,其特征在于:所述脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺采用硬脂酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=17饱和链)、油酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=17不饱和链)、棕榈酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=15饱和链)、芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺(R=21不饱和链)中的一种或者几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液,其特征在于:所述盐酸为工业盐酸,盐酸中氯化氢质量含量25-32%。
4.根据权利要求1所述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液,其特征在于:所述的粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液密度为1.15-1.42g/cm3。
5.一种权利要求1所述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液的配制方法,其特征在于配置步骤如下:分别制备作为基液的A组分和作为交联剂的B组分,其中A组分的质量配比:脂肪酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液1%,加重剂20~40%,盐酸0.1-1%,其余为水;B组分为1-4%的脂肪酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液,然后将A组分与B组分混合得到所述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液。
6.根据权利要求5所述粘弹性表面活性剂加重压裂液的配制方法,其特征在于:所述脂肪酰胺丙基三甲基苯磺酸季铵盐的异丙醇溶液的制备方法如下,将脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺和一定量的异丙醇混合,加热至60℃,缓慢滴加与脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺等物质的量的苯磺酸甲酯,保证反应温度不超过70℃,滴完以后继续反应2小时,即得粘弹性表面活性剂的异丙醇溶液,所述异丙醇的用量为脂肪酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺和苯磺酸甲酯质量和的二分之一。
