Abstract

本发明涉及一种水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,该亲水性水凝胶按照重量百分比,由以下组分组成:含硅单体、亲水单体、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、交联剂、促渗剂、保湿剂。本发明制备过程简单易操作,适合规模化生产。

本发明涉及一种水凝胶。
背景技术
在隐形眼镜使用过程中,需要进行保湿,普通的材料制作的隐形眼镜已经不能满足人们的佩戴需求,为改善水凝胶的透氧性能,达到使镜片能够佩戴过夜的目的,研究学者们纷纷将研究热点转向能够高透氧的硅水凝胶。有机硅水凝胶材料能够结合有机硅材料的高透氧性和水凝胶材料的柔软性,可以满足消费者舒适性及连续佩戴的需求,消除因佩戴缺氧而引起的相关症状。目前许多研究者致力于硅橡胶或硅水凝胶表面亲水改性,效果良好但工艺条件复杂,不适用于规模化加工生产。
有鉴于上述缺陷,有必要提出一种新型的亲水性水凝胶的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的水凝胶的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种亲水性水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,该亲水性水凝胶按照重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
含硅单体:25~55%;
亲水单体:35~65%;
聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯:1~3%;
交联剂:1~2%;
促渗剂:1~2%;
保湿剂:5~10%。
进一步的,所述的含硅单体为甲基-二(三甲基硅氧烷基)-甲烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸甘油酯,或者甲基-二(三甲基硅氧烷基)-甲烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述亲水单体为己内酯单体、三亚甲基碳酸酯单体、乙交酯单体中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述交联剂为苯乙烯、a-甲基苯乙烯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、乙二醛、氮丙啶中的任一种。
进一步的,所述促渗剂为乙醇、甘油、丁二醇中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或多种。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明中且亲水单体含量高。本发明实施例能够通过制备带有保湿剂的亲水性水凝胶,抗蛋白沉积性能好,人眼佩戴舒适。且制备的硅水凝胶无需表面改性等后处理,可直接佩戴。制备过程简单易操作,适合规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施例配方:
含硅单体:25~55%;
亲水单体:35~65%;
聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯:1~3%;
交联剂:1~2%;
促渗剂:1~2%;
保湿剂:5~10%。
具体制备方法是:
将亲水单体、含硅单体、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯在搅拌条件下均匀分散于保湿剂形成A组份,将交联剂在搅拌条件下形成B组份,将B组份和促渗剂加入到A组份中,在真空条件下形成凝胶层,得到亲水性水凝胶。
实施例1
将25%甲基-二(三甲基硅氧烷基)-甲烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸甘油酯、65%三亚甲基碳酸酯单体、3%聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯搅拌均匀后分散于5%的甘油中形成A组份,将1%的苯乙烯在搅拌下形成B组份,将B组份和1%的乙二醇加入到A组份中,在真空条件下形成凝胶层,得到亲水性水凝胶。
实施例2
将55%甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷、35%乙交酯单体、1%聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯搅拌均匀后分散于7%的丙二醇中形成A组份,将2%的二氧化钛在搅拌下形成B组份,将B组份和1%的乙二醇加入到A组份中,在真空条件下形成凝胶层,得到亲水性水凝胶。
实施例3
将42%甲基-二(三甲基硅氧烷基)-甲烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷组成的混合物、44%三亚甲基碳酸酯单体、2%聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯搅拌均匀后分散于10%的丙二醇中形成A组份,将2%的丙烯腈在搅拌下形成B组份,将B组份和1%的甘油加入到A组份中,在真空条件下形成凝胶层,得到亲水性水凝胶。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,该亲水性水凝胶按照重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
含硅单体:25~55%;
亲水单体:35~65%;
聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯:1~3%;
交联剂:1~2%;
促渗剂:1~2%;
保湿剂:5~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的含硅单体为甲基-二(三甲基硅氧烷基)-甲烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸甘油酯,或者甲基-二(三甲基硅氧烷基)-甲烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷组成的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述亲水单体为己内酯单体、三亚甲基碳酸酯单体、乙交酯单体中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂为苯乙烯、a-甲基苯乙烯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、乙二醛、氮丙啶中的任一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述促渗剂为乙醇、甘油、丁二醇中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或多种。
