In this embodiment, a guide rail 11 is further disposed between the sliding seat 2 and the mounting portion, the guide rail 11 is fixedly disposed on the mounting frame 1 and is disposed through the sliding seat 2, and the sliding seat 2 can slide on the guide rail 11. Corresponding to the shearing mechanism, a receiving table 20 is further provided on the mounting seat 18, for collecting the sheared part of the needle-shaped collector, a groove is provided on the receiving table 20, a PCR tube for collection can be placed in the groove, a handle is further fixedly provided on the side wall of the receiving table 20, and the handle is used for rotating the angle of the receiving table 20 and corresponds to the shearing mechanism.
