5. A surgical tool as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first and second threaded screw structures have opposite hand threads.
6. A surgical tool as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the fixing assembly (21) comprises a guide hole/slot along which the body portion of the working member (1) is also movable.

The surgical tool according to claim 5, wherein the main body of the working member (1) comprises a main member (12) and an intermediate piece (13), the intermediate piece (13) being detachably connected to the main member (12), the intermediate piece (13) and the moving assembly (22) forming the second threaded screw structure therebetween.
8. A surgical tool as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the intermediate piece (13) is connected to the main member (12) by a fastening mechanism.

The surgical tool according to claim 8, wherein the fastening mechanism comprises a connecting base (131), a U-shaped member (132), and a pressing member (133), the connecting base (131) is provided with a mounting hole (1311) for inserting the main member (12) and a mounting groove (1312) for inserting the U-shaped member (132), the U-shaped member (132) is clamped on the connecting base (131), the side edge of the U-shaped member (132) is perpendicular to the axis of the mounting hole (1311), and the pressing member (133) is used for pressing and fixing the connecting base (131), the U-shaped member (132), and the main member (12).
10. The surgical tool according to claim 4, wherein a torsion force receiving portion (14) is further provided on the working member (1), the torsion force receiving portion (14) being configured to receive an external force to act to generate a torque to the working member (1).
