(3) the assembled threaded sleeve 3 is installed from the left side of the connecting sleeve 4, and a flat wire boss of the threaded sleeve 3 is matched with an open slot of the connecting sleeve 4 to the bottom of the open slot;
(4) screwing the assembled connecting sleeve 4 into the adjusting sleeve 5 through thread matching and screwing to the bottom;
(5) finally, the wrench rod 6, the assembled connecting sleeve 4 and the assembled adjusting sleeve 5 are assembled together, the limiting groove of the connecting sleeve 4 is matched with the positioning pin of the wrench rod 6, and the positioning screw 20 of the wrench rod 6 is screwed after the connecting sleeve 4 is rotated forward, so that the wrench rod 6 and the connecting sleeve 4 are connected together.
The using method comprises the following steps:
(1) the pedicle screw to be implanted is loaded from the left side of the hole-opening needle 1, the long arm part of the pedicle screw is fixed in the fixed clamping groove 17, and the fixed bolt 18 is screwed;
(2) finding a pedicle screw feeding point of the patient, and abutting the tip end of the perforating needle 1 against the bone surface;
(3) holding the connecting sleeve 4 still, rotating the adjusting sleeve 5, moving the threaded sleeve 3 leftwards under the action of the threads, and representing that the perforating needle 1 moves for 1 mm when the spring positioning pin 16 contacts the positioning groove 14 of the connecting sleeve 4 once when the adjusting sleeve 5 rotates;
(4) after the adjusting sleeve 5 rotates for a circle, a bone hammer is used for knocking the right end of the connecting sleeve 4, the perforating needle 1 enters into cortical bone of the pedicle of vertebral arch through knocking of the bone hammer, then the adjusting sleeve 5 continues to rotate for a circle, so that the extending length of the perforating needle 1 is adjusted, and then the perforating needle 1 enters into cancellous bone of the pedicle of vertebral arch through knocking of the bone hammer, so that the positioning of the perforating needle 1 is realized;
(5) until the adjusting sleeve 5 can not rotate continuously, at the right end of the stroke of the threaded sleeve 3, the marking scale on the threaded sleeve 3 is positioned at the 25 position of the observation window;
(6) then holding the adjusting sleeve 5 still, rotating the right end of the connecting sleeve 4, and rotating the wrench rod together with the connecting sleeve 4 under the fixing action of the positioning screw 20, so as to drive the chasing bone nail to rotate and enter the chasing bone; meanwhile, the threaded sleeve 3 moves rightwards under the action of the threads, and drives the holing needle 1 to move rightwards to exit the pedicle of vertebral arch.
(7) Until the implanted pedicle screw is screwed until the screw seat is contacted with the bone surface, at the moment, the ruler of the number of the scales is positioned at the '20' position of the observation window, and the implantation is finished.

1. A four-in-one nailing device is characterized by comprising a hole drilling needle (1), a hole drilling sleeve (2), a thread bushing (3), a connecting sleeve (4), an adjusting sleeve (5) and a spanner rod (6); the drilling needle (1) is installed inside the opening sleeve (2), the opening sleeve (2) is installed inside the thread sleeve (3), the thread sleeve (3) is installed inside the connecting sleeve (4), the part on the left side of the connecting sleeve (4) is installed inside the adjusting sleeve (5), the left side plane of the adjusting sleeve (5) is in contact with the right side plane of the wrench rod (6), the drilling needle (1) penetrates through the wrench rod (6), and all components are concentrically arranged.
2. The four-in-one nailing device according to claim 1, wherein a limiting block (7) is arranged at the end of the perforating needle (1).

The four-in-one nailing device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of limiting grooves (8) are arranged at the middle part of the opening sleeve (2), the size of each limiting groove (8) is matched with that of the limiting block (7), and corresponding scales are arranged at the back sides of the limiting grooves (8); an inner hole is formed in the opening sleeve (2), and the inner hole is communicated with the limiting groove (8); the opening sleeve is provided with a section of first external thread (21) on the right side of the limiting groove (8).

The four-in-one nailing device according to claim 3, wherein two flat wire bosses (9) are symmetrically arranged at the left end of the thread sleeve (3), and second external threads (23) are arranged on the flat wire bosses (9); a mark scale (10) is arranged on the right side of the threaded sleeve (3); a section of first internal thread (22) is arranged on the right side of the mark scale (10).

The four-in-one nailing device according to claim 4, wherein the left half part of the connecting sleeve (4) is symmetrically provided with two open grooves (11), the width of each open groove (11) is matched with the width of the bottom of the flat wire boss (9), and the left half part of the connecting sleeve (4) is also provided with a limiting groove (12); a circle of flange (13) is arranged at the middle part of the connecting sleeve (4), and six positioning grooves (14) are symmetrically arranged on the left side plane of the flange (13); an observation window (15) is arranged on the right side of the connecting sleeve (4), and scales which are sequentially increased from right to left are arranged on the observation window (15).
6. A four-in-one tacker according to claim 3, characterised in that said adjusting sleeve (5) is internally provided with a second internal thread (24); and two ends of the adjusting sleeve (5) are respectively provided with a spring positioning pin (16).

The four-in-one nailing device according to claim 5, wherein the wrench rod (6) is hollow, a fixing clamping groove (17) and a fixing bolt (18) are arranged in the middle part, a positioning pin (19) and a positioning screw (20) are arranged at the tail part, and the positioning pin (19) is matched with the limiting groove (12) on the connecting sleeve (4).
8. A four-in-one tacker according to claim 3, characterised in that said first external thread (21) on said split bush (2) cooperates with said first internal thread (22) on said threaded bush (3).
9. A four-in-one tacker according to claim 3, characterised in that said second external thread (23) on said threaded sleeve (3) cooperates with said second internal thread (24) on said adjusting sleeve (5).
10. The four-in-one nailing device according to claim 1, wherein a round handle or a T-shaped handle is arranged at the right end of the connecting sleeve (4).
