本发明提供了一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其能解决零件直径尺寸无法保证的技术问题。该筛选分配输送装置,其特征在于,包括:转运块,转运块为扇形,转运块开设有贯穿上侧弧形顶壁并沿径向延伸的第一转运槽、以及贯穿右侧平面形侧壁并沿顶壁弯曲方向延伸的第二转运槽,第一转运槽下端渐缩形成筛选口,筛选口与第二转运槽衔接连通,筛选口的宽度为圆柱形零件的最小直径;伺服电机,伺服电机的转轴与转运块的根部连接;流入滑槽,流入滑槽呈竖向设置并位于转运块的上侧;流出滑槽,流出滑槽向下倾斜设置并位于转运块的左侧。

技术领域
本发明涉及分配输送装置领域,具体涉及一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置。
背景技术
一种圆柱形零件,其装配时与设备壳体为过盈配合,由于该零件为批量生产,抽样检测,无法确保每个零件的直径下限是否符合要求,导致装配存在隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其能解决零件直径尺寸无法保证的技术问题。
其技术方案是这样的,一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其特征在于,包括:
转运块,所述转运块为扇形,所述转运块开设有贯穿上侧弧形顶壁并沿径向延伸的第一转运槽、以及贯穿右侧平面形侧壁并沿顶壁弯曲方向延伸的第二转运槽,所述第一转运槽下端渐缩形成筛选口,所述筛选口与所述第二转运槽衔接连通,所述筛选口的宽度为圆柱形零件的最小直径;
伺服电机,所述伺服电机的转轴与所述转运块的根部连接;
流入滑槽,所述流入滑槽呈竖向设置并位于所述转运块的上侧;
流出滑槽,所述流出滑槽向下倾斜设置并位于所述转运块的左侧。
进一步的,所述第一转运槽的下端通过曲面渐缩形成筛选口。
进一步的,所述筛选口与所述第二转运槽通过曲面衔接。
进一步的,所述流入滑槽的前侧壁开设有沿竖向延伸的视口。
进一步的,所述流出滑槽向左下方倾斜设置。
本发明的筛选分配输送装置,当第一转运槽的上开口与流入滑槽的下端开口正对时,圆柱形零件落入第一转运槽内,当圆柱形零件的直径小于其下限时,即不符合要求的圆柱形零件,落入第二转运槽后排除,当圆柱形零件的直径大于其下限时,即符合要求的圆柱形零件支撑于筛选口,转运块逆时针旋转,即向流出滑槽旋转,通过其上侧弧形顶壁正对流入滑槽内下端开口,能够防止圆柱形零件掉落,当第一转运槽与流出滑槽的上端开口正对时,符合要求的圆柱形零件落入流出滑槽,从而实现了每个圆柱形零件的尺寸筛选,确保装配安全。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,包括:
转运块10,转运块10为扇形,转运块10开设有贯穿上侧弧形顶壁并沿径向延伸的第一转运槽11、以及贯穿右侧平面形侧壁并沿顶壁弯曲方向延伸的第二转运槽12,第一转运槽11下端通过曲面14渐缩形成筛选口13,筛选口13与第二转运槽通过曲面15、16衔接连通,筛选口的宽度D为圆柱形零件的最小直径;
伺服电机,伺服电机的转轴与转运块10的根部连接;
流入滑槽20,流入滑槽呈竖向设置并位于转运块10的上侧,流入滑槽20的前侧壁开设有沿竖向延伸的视口21;
流出滑槽30,流出滑槽向左下方倾斜设置并位于转运块10的左侧。

1.一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其特征在于,包括:
转运块,所述转运块为扇形,所述转运块开设有贯穿上侧弧形顶壁并沿径向延伸的第一转运槽、以及贯穿右侧平面形侧壁并沿顶壁弯曲方向延伸的第二转运槽,所述第一转运槽下端渐缩形成筛选口,所述筛选口与所述第二转运槽衔接连通,所述筛选口的宽度为圆柱形零件的最小直径;
伺服电机,所述伺服电机的转轴与所述转运块的根部连接;
流入滑槽,所述流入滑槽呈竖向设置并位于所述转运块的上侧;
流出滑槽,所述流出滑槽向下倾斜设置并位于所述转运块的左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其特征在于:所述第一转运槽的下端通过曲面渐缩形成筛选口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其特征在于:所述筛选口与所述第二转运槽通过曲面衔接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其特征在于:所述流入滑槽的前侧壁开设有沿竖向延伸的视口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱形零件的筛选分配输送装置,其特征在于:所述流出滑槽向左下方倾斜设置。
