0 degree: no pain; i degree: mild pain, intermittent pain without using medicine; II degree: moderate pain, persistent pain affecting rest, requiring analgesics: and III degree: severe pain, persistent pain that cannot be alleviated without medication; IV degree: severe pain, persistent pain with changes in blood pressure, pulse, etc.
The 115 cases mentioned above were divided into four categories: wherein, the fracture of limbs accounts for 29.6 percent in 34 cases, 18.3 percent in 21 cases of males and 11.3 percent in 13 cases of females; 45.2% of 52 cases of lower limb complicated with pelvic fracture, wherein 42 cases of men account for 36.5% and 10 cases of women account for 8.7%; 18 patients with upper limb amputation account for 15.7 percent, wherein 16 patients in males account for 13.9 percent, and 2 patients in females account for 1.7 percent; 11 patients with lower limb amputation account for 9.6 percent, wherein 9 patients in males account for 7.8 percent, and 2 patients in females account for 1.7 percent.
The operation of all subjects adopts conventional anesthesia, and the operation adopts quiescent point broad spectrum antibiotics, hemostats and the like; orally taking the traditional Chinese medicine with the efficacies of replenishing qi and blood, strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, setting fracture and stopping bleeding and the like; one half of the patients were randomly selected to ensure that each group had patients of different disease species. Two different methods of pain relief are used after the surgery is finished. The second day after surgery a different pain relief approach was used than the previous day. Among them, amputation is one type, and fracture is one type.
The summary case is: in the first category, patients with pain pumps had 5% of IV, 82% of III, and 13% of II pain; the Xue's Chinese medicine pain-relieving suppository has 1% of pain in III degree, 5% of pain in II degree, 57% of pain in I degree and 37% of pain in 0 degree. In all cases, pain gradually decreased with the duration of treatment. Patients who use the pain-relieving pump have the problem that the Xue's Chinese traditional medicine pain-relieving suppository is added when the pain is difficult to endure. The second category, the pain pump is used for treating 12% of IV-degree pain, about 78% of III-degree pain and 10% of II-degree pain; the Xue's Chinese medicine pain plug accounts for 2% of III degree pain, 8% of II degree pain, 67% of I degree pain and 23% of 0 degree pain. The medicament is used for amputation patients 2-3 times per day, and 2 capsules can be used for patients with obvious pain and heavy weight. All patients who have analgesic pumps use Xue's Chinese traditional medicine suppository for relieving pain when the pain is serious. Generally, the pain is gradually relieved after about 20 minutes. With the prolonged treatment time, the dosage can be reduced to 2 times per day, 1 granule each time. After the Xue's traditional Chinese medicine pain-relieving suppository is used, the mild dizziness and the upper abdominal discomfort are felt to be about 7 percent, and are mostly light patients or weak patients, and the mild dizziness and the upper abdominal discomfort disappear in about 1 hour without other discomfort symptoms.
2. Anorectal clinical efficacy observation: perianal diseases are mostly pain-sensitive areas of the spine nerve. Obvious pain and great pain-relieving difficulty. The selected cases are patients after perianal disease operation, and the total number of the cases is 128. The case criteria were selected: no mental disturbance, no physiological immunodeficiency, no serious heart, brain and kidney diseases. All are postoperative patients who voluntarily use the Xue's Chinese medicine analgesic suppository. The patients are 15-70 years old, wherein 58 cases of men account for 45.3%, and 70 cases of women account for 54.6%. To eliminate individual differences, the same patient was selected to use different drugs alternately every day. The analgesic selected by the treatment group is a product commonly used in the field of anorectal at present. The method comprises the following steps: mayinglong pile suppository, anal suppository and indomethacin azolone suppository; the Xue's analgesic suppository is selected as the observation group.
All cases were divided into four categories: wherein 24 cases of mixed hemorrhoids account for 18.8 percent, 15 cases of males account for 62.5 percent, and 9 cases of females account for 37.5 percent; the mixed hemorrhoids are combined with 56 cases of internal hemorrhoids, anal fissure, intestinal mucosa prolapse and proctoptosis, accounting for 43.8 percent, wherein 18 cases of men account for 32 percent, and 38 cases of women account for 67.9 percent; 13 complicated thrombotic external hemorrhoids account for 10 percent, wherein 10 male accounts for 76.9 percent, and 3 female accounts for 23 percent; 35 cases of high-level complex anal fistula account for 27.3 percent, wherein 31 cases of men account for 88.6 percent, and 4 cases of women account for 11.4 percent.
All subjects underwent surgery with sacral anesthesia. Postoperative intravenous administration of broad-spectrum antibiotics and hemostats; orally taking the traditional Chinese medicine with the efficacies of detoxifying and stopping bleeding, tonifying qi and enriching blood, strengthening spleen and stomach and the like; chinese medicines with the effects of detoxifying, detumescence, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, removing necrotic tissue, promoting granulation and the like are selected for fumigation and washing for hot compress on the wound surface. One fourth of the patients were drawn at random to ensure that each group had patients of different disease species. After the operation is finished, four different suppositories are respectively placed on the internal anal tooth line by about 5 cm. The suppository which is different from the suppository in the previous day is placed after the next day after the operation, so that each person is guaranteed to have an opportunity to use four different suppositories. The three cases of mixed hemorrhoids, mixed hemorrhoids with anal fissure, rectal mucosa prolapse and complicated thrombotic external hemorrhoids have no obvious difference in the aspects of pain, bulge, edema, generation of blood stasis and the like. So they are classified into one category. High-level complex anal fistulas are one type.
The summary case is: the first category, the hemorrhoid suppository with Mucor, contains 87% of pain at III degree, 10% of pain at II degree and 3% of pain at I degree; the pain of the anal suppository accounts for 79% in III degree, 17% in II degree and 4% in I degree; the indomethacin azolidone suppository accounts for 18% of pain at the III degree, 46% of pain at the II degree, 31% of pain at the I degree and 5% of pain at the 0 degree; the Xue's Chinese medicine pain-relieving suppository has 0% of pain in III degree, 1% of pain in II degree, 65% of pain in I degree and 34% of pain in 0 degree. In all cases, pain gradually decreased with the duration of treatment. Patients who use Mayinglong hemorrhoid suppository and patients who use Xue's traditional Chinese medicine pain-relieving suppository exist when the pain is difficult to endure. In the second category, the pain of the Mayilong hemorrhoid suppository and the anal-Thai suppository at the III degree accounts for about 95 percent in the first stage, and the pain at the II degree accounts for the others; 34% of pain with indomethacin azolone suppository at the III level, 52% of pain at the II level and 14% of pain at the I level; the Xue's Chinese medicine pain plug accounts for 0% of III degree pain, 7% of II degree pain, and others are I degree pain or 0 degree pain. The medicament is used for 2-3 times per day for complex fistula patients, and 2 capsules can be used for patients with obvious pain and large weight each time. All patients who use Mayinglong hemorrhoid suppository and anal suppository or some patients who use indometacin azolone suppository use Xue's Chinese traditional medicine analgesic suppository when the pain is serious. Pain relief is typically about 20 minutes after use. With the prolonged treatment time, the dosage can be reduced to 2 times per day, 1 granule each time. Although the indomethacin azolidone suppository has a good analgesic effect, symptoms such as dizziness, incision edema and the like occur in many cases. The Xue's Chinese medicine analgesic suppository has good analgesic effect and has few cases of blood stasis and edema. After the suppository is used, the mild dizziness and the epigastric discomfort which account for about 7 percent of patients with light weight or weak constitution are mostly felt, and the mild dizziness and the epigastric discomfort disappear in about 1 hour without discovering other discomfort symptoms.
3. Observation of clinical curative effect of obstetrics: the selected cases were all patients undergoing caesarean section surgery, and the total number of cases was 105. The case criteria were selected: the patients have no mental consciousness disorder and physiological immunodeficiency, and are postoperative patients who voluntarily use Xue's Chinese medicinal analgesic suppository, and the patients are 22-36 years old. The proportion of 52 cases of the first tire accounts for 49.5 percent, 48 cases of the second tire accounts for 45.7 percent, and 5 cases of the third tire accounts for 4.8 percent.
Grading of pain according to the standards established by the world health organization. All cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment and observation. The analgesic drug selected by the treatment group is an analgesic pump commonly used in the field (the drug is a conventional combined drug), and the traditional Chinese medicine Xue's analgesic suppository is used by the observation group.
The observations were as follows: treatment groups: 78% of pain at level III, 19% of pain at level II, and 3% of pain at level I; observation group: 0% of pain at level III, 56% of pain at level II, 35% of pain at level I and 9% of pain at level 0. The time of taking medicine for cesarean section operation is generally 3-5 days due to pain, and more than 95% of treatment groups use Schruck traditional Chinese medicine pain-relieving suppository due to pain. The onset time after the medicine is taken is about 10-20 minutes. The preparation is taken 2-3 times a day, and 1-2 granules are taken each time. After the medicine is taken, the mild dizziness feeling accounts for about 8 percent, and is mostly a parturient with light weight and poor constitution, and the mild dizziness symptom disappears about 1 to 2 hours without other uncomfortable symptoms.
4. Clinical curative effect observation of the rheumatism immunity department: the pain of the disease is hard to endure and lingering and difficult to cure. Oral analgesic drugs have severe gastrointestinal damage. 104 patients were randomly selected among this group of diseases. The selected cases are all diseases of the neuroimmune system such as rheumatism, rheumatoid diseases, ankylosing spondylitis and the like. The case criteria were selected: the medicine has no mental disturbance, no serious visceral diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney, and no physiological defect, and is a pain attack stage patient who voluntarily uses the Xue's Chinese medicine analgesic suppository. The age is 18-76 years, wherein 46 men account for 45% and 58 women account for 55.8%.
Grading of pain according to the standards established by the world health organization. All cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment and observation. The analgesic selected by the treatment group is a suppository which is commonly used in the field and is similar to the Schroer Chinese medicine analgesic suppository, and comprises the following components: the indomethacin suppository, the diclofenac suppository and the oral non-steroid and glucocorticoid are combined for application. Schlemm's analgesic suppository was used in the observation group. To eliminate individual differences, the same patient was selected to use different drugs alternately every day, and other drugs were stopped during the observation period to eliminate the effect.
The results are as follows: the observation for about 1 hour after the application was: indomethacin suppository accounts for 37% of pain at level III, 54% of pain at level II and 9% of pain at level I: the diclofenac suppository accounts for 31% of III degree pain, 65% of II degree pain, 4% of I degree pain, 38% of III degree pain, 45% of II degree pain and 17% of I degree pain. And the symptoms of light-headedness, abdominal distension and pantothenic acid are different. The Xue's Chinese medicine pain-relieving suppository has 6% of pain in III degree, 15% of pain in II degree, 47% of pain in I degree and 32% of pain in 0 degree. Because the dosage of the Xue's traditional Chinese medicine analgesic suppository indometacin is small, and the effective and reasonable traditional Chinese medicine components are combined, the analgesic effect is good, the uncomfortable symptoms such as dizziness and abdominal distension are few, more importantly, the long-term effect is obviously better than that of the treatment group, more than 60 percent of patients can achieve the intermittent medication or stop the medication, and can engage in certain or normal activities.
