Abstract

本发明公开了一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,包括滑片和气缸,滑片的吸气侧表面开设有凹槽,气缸上不设吸气通道,在其吸气侧与滑片的配合表面处开设有缺口,缺口与凹槽连通。滑片上所设的凹槽其主体段的横截面形状可以为圆弧形、椭圆弧形、等腰三角形或长方形,凹槽的深度小于滑片厚度值的50%,凹槽的宽度小于滑片宽度值的70%,缺口的深度大于气缸厚度值的50%。本发明吸气结构在气缸上不设吸气通道,压缩机从气缸吸气侧与滑片凹槽的配合处吸气,可完全消除吸气封闭容积,减小吸气回流,提高了转子压缩机的效率。

一种转子压缩机的吸气结构
技术领域
本发明涉及到压缩机技术领域,具体地说是一种转子压缩机的吸气结构。
背景技术
转子压缩机的吸气孔口设于气缸上。由于其吸气孔口前边缘角的存在,会构成吸气封闭容积,造成气缸内过度的低压或真空;而其吸气孔口后边缘角的存在,会使吸气回流,造成压缩机输气量的下降,因而设计时,吸气孔口前、后边缘角均为越小越好。而现有转子压缩机的吸气孔口的前、后边缘角仍然不够小,从而影响了转子压缩机的效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种可减小转子压缩机吸气孔口前、后边缘角,从而减小吸气封闭容积和吸气回流,提高转子压缩机效率的吸气结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种转子压缩机的吸气结构包括滑片和气缸,所述滑片的吸气侧表面开设有凹槽,所述气缸上不设吸气通道,在其吸气侧与所述滑片的配合表面处开设有缺口,所述缺口与所述凹槽连通,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽的最下端始终低于所述气缸上所设的所述缺口的最上端。
上述一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽其主体段的横截面形状为圆弧形、椭圆弧形、等腰三角形或长方形。
上述一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽的深度小于所述滑片厚度值的50%。
上述一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽的宽度小于所述滑片宽度值的70%。
上述一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,所述气缸上所设的所述缺口的深度大于所述气缸厚度值的50%。
本发明由于采用了上述技术结构,气缸上不设吸气通道,压缩机从气缸吸气侧与滑片凹槽的配合处吸气,可完全消除吸气封闭容积,减小吸气回流,提高了转子压缩机的效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明转子压缩机的吸气结构包括滑片2和气缸3。
请同时结合图2和图3所示,滑片2的吸气侧表面开设凹槽21,凹槽21的主体段其横截面形状为长方形,凹槽21的底部的纵截面形状为圆弧形。凹槽21的深度d小于滑片2厚度值e的50%,这样可保证滑片2的刚度,其在工作时不变形。凹槽21的宽度w小于滑片2宽度值W的70%,以保证滑片的刚度,其在工作时不变形,并尽可能扩大吸气流通面积,减小吸气阻力损失。当然,凹槽21主体段的截面形状不受本实施方式限制,可以采用如图4和图5所示的圆弧形、图6和图7所示的椭圆弧形、图8和图9所示的等腰三角形等轴对称结构(形状规则,方便加工)。
请同时结合图10和图11所示,气缸3内不设吸气通道,而在其吸气侧与滑片2的配合表面开设缺口31,缺口31与凹槽21连通,缺口31的深度h大于气缸3厚度值H的50%,以尽可能扩大吸气流通面积,减小吸气阻力损失。压缩机工作时从滑片2的凹槽处21和气缸3的缺口31吸气。
请同时参阅图12和图13所示,压缩机吸气开始前瞬间,冷媒已充满弹簧1的上部、弹簧1、滑片2的凹槽21、气缸3的缺口31所在位置的空间。滑片2的凹槽21的最下端低于气缸3的缺口31的最上端,即最小的f 大于0。如此,曲轴逆时针转动,带动滚动转子沿气缸3内壁滚动。吸气开始时,冷媒可通过弹簧1上部、弹簧1、滑片2的凹槽21、气缸3的缺口31直接进入吸气腔,可完全消除吸气封闭容积,减小吸气回流,提高转子压缩机的效率。

Claims (5)

1.一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,其特征在于,它包括滑片和气缸,所述滑片的吸气侧表面开设有凹槽,所述气缸上不设吸气通道,在其吸气侧与所述滑片的配合表面处开设有缺口,所述缺口与所述凹槽连通,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽的最下端始终低于所述气缸上所设的所述缺口的最上端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,其特征在于,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽其主体段的横截面形状为圆弧形、椭圆弧形、等腰三角形或长方形。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,其特征在于,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽的深度小于所述滑片厚度值的50%。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,其特征在于,所述滑片上所设的所述凹槽的宽度小于所述滑片宽度值的70%。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种转子压缩机的吸气结构,其特征在于,所述气缸上所设的所述缺口的深度大于所述气缸厚度值的50%。
