本发明公开了一种内部碳浓度检测报警式汽车排气管,包括排气管本体,所述排气管本体两端开口且内部连通,所述排气管本体中间段位置管体内壁上凸起设有环形圈体,所述环形圈体上设有碳浓度检测器,所述排气管本体外部设有外放式报警器,所述外放式报警器与所述碳浓度检测器连接,所述排气管本体外侧壁上还凸起设置有保护型凸粒,所述排气管本体尾部还拆卸式安装入尾气过滤管,所述尾气过滤管内设置有环形尾气处理环。通过上述方式,本发明不仅能够作为汽车排气管排放尾气,而且对尾气能进行净化处理,并且在排气管内部堵塞碳浓度高时能报警提醒驾驶员。

技术领域
本发明涉及排气管领域,特别是涉及一种内部碳浓度检测报警式汽车排气管。
背景技术
汽车排气波纹管又称汽车排气管软管,它安装于发动机排气支管和消声器之间的排气管中,使整个排气系统呈挠性联接,从而起到减振降噪、方便安装和延长排气消声系统寿命的作用。它主要用于轻型车、微型车和客车,其结构是双层波纹管外覆钢丝网套,两端直边段外套卡环的结构,为使消声效果更佳,波纹管内部可配伸缩节或网套。材质:主要材质是不锈钢SUS304,卡套和接管材质可为不锈钢或镀铝钢。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种内部碳浓度检测报警式汽车排气管,能够作为汽车排气管排放尾气,而且对尾气能进行净化处理,并且在排气管内部堵塞碳浓度高时能报警提醒驾驶员。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种内部碳浓度检测报警式汽车排气管,包括排气管本体,所述排气管本体两端开口且内部连通,所述排气管本体中间段位置管体内壁上凸起设有环形圈体,所述环形圈体上设有碳浓度检测器,所述排气管本体外部设有外放式报警器,所述外放式报警器与所述碳浓度检测器连接,所述排气管本体外侧壁上还凸起设置有保护型凸粒,所述排气管本体尾部还拆卸式安装入尾气过滤管,所述尾气过滤管内设置有环形尾气处理环。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碳浓度检测器设有多个,所述外放式报警器内部设有控制器装置,所述碳浓度检测器均连接到控制器装置上,控制器装置与外放式报警器连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述保护型凸粒与所述排气管本体一体式连接机构,所述保护型凸粒凸起面为弧形面或者平面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明不仅能够作为汽车排气管排放尾气,而且对尾气能进行净化处理,并且在排气管内部堵塞碳浓度高时能报警提醒驾驶员。

一种内部碳浓度检测报警式汽车排气管,包括排气管本体1,所述排气管本体1两端开口且内部连通,所述排气管本体1中间段位置管体内壁上凸起设有环形圈体2,所述环形圈体2上设有碳浓度检测器3,所述排气管本体1外部设有外放式报警器4,所述外放式报警器4与所述碳浓度检测器3连接,所述排气管本体1外侧壁上还凸起设置有保护型凸粒5,所述排气管本体1尾部还拆卸式安装入尾气过滤管6,所述尾气过滤管6内设置有环形尾气处理环。
另外,所述碳浓度检测器3设有多个,所述外放式报警器4内部设有控制器装置,所述碳浓度检测器3均连接到控制器装置上,控制器装置与外放式报警器4连接。
另外,所述保护型凸粒5与所述排气管本体1一体式连接机构,所述保护型凸粒5凸起面为弧形面或者平面。
本发明的工作原理为排气管本体1两端开口且内部连通,排气管本体1中间段位置管体内壁上凸起设有环形圈体2,环形圈体2上设有碳浓度检测器3,排气管本体1外部设有外放式报警器4,外放式报警器4与碳浓度检测器3连接,碳浓度检测器3设有多个,外放式报警器4内部设有控制器装置,碳浓度检测器3均连接到控制器装置上,控制器装置与外放式报警器4连接,排气管本体1外侧壁上还凸起设置有保护型凸粒5,保护型凸粒5与排气管本体1一体式连接机构,保护型凸粒5凸起面为弧形面或者平面,排气管本体1尾部还拆卸式安装入尾气过滤管6,尾气过滤管6内设置有环形尾气处理环,本发明不仅能够作为汽车排气管排放尾气,而且对尾气能进行净化处理,并且在排气管内部堵塞碳浓度高时能报警提醒驾驶员。

2.根据权利要求1所述的内部碳浓度检测报警式汽车排气管,其特征在于,所述碳浓度检测器设有多个,所述外放式报警器内部设有控制器装置,所述碳浓度检测器均连接到控制器装置上,控制器装置与外放式报警器连接。
