本发明提供一种汽车尾气多重净化装置，包括圆筒状的主体、以及主体内分别由隔板分隔开的第一净化室、第二净化室和第三净化室；所述隔板上设有透气孔；所述第一净化室内填充有活性炭；所述第二净化室内填充有分子筛催化剂；所述第三净化室内填充有过滤丝绵；在所述主体上设有与汽车排气管连接的安装部；所述主体内靠近所述安装部的一端设有进气筛板。本发明能够对汽车尾气进行多重过滤，有效解决了汽车尾气排放的污染问题，保护环境，使用效果好，主体内靠近所述安装部的一端设有进气筛板，可以使汽车排气管排放的气体以各个不同的方向进入净化室内，与净化室内的填充物充分反应，加强净化效果。

Description

一种汽车尾气多重净化装置
技术领域
本发明属于汽车尾气净化设备技术领域，尤其是涉及一种汽车尾气多重净化装置。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步，汽车工业化的日益发展，大气污染也日益严重，甚至已经危及人类的生存的自然环境，PM2.5物质被人为地排放到大气中。而汽车尾气中含有上百种不同的化合物，其中的污染物有固体悬浮微粒,比如重金属化合物、铅化合物、黑烟及油雾，臭气、甲醛，一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。一辆轿车一年排出的有害废气比自身重量大3倍。英国空气洁净和环境保护协会曾发表研究报告称，与交通事故遇难者相比，每年死于空气污染的人要多出10倍。尾气在直接危害人体健康的同时，还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响。尾气中的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味，达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生，造成土壤和水源酸化，影响农作物和森林的生长。因此，需要一种高效的尾气净化装置，来解决汽车尾气污染问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种汽车尾气多重净化装置，能够对汽车尾气高效彻底的过滤，减少空气污染。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种汽车尾气多重净化装置，包括圆筒状的主体、以及主体内分别由隔板分隔开的第一净化室、第二净化室和第三净化室；所述隔板上设有透气孔；所述第一净化室内填充有活性炭；所述第二净化室内填充有分子筛催化剂；所述第三净化室内填充有过滤丝绵；在所述主体上设有与汽车排气管连接的安装部；所述主体内靠近所述安装部的一端设有进气筛板。
进一步，所述安装部包括波纹管以及波纹管上靠近汽车排气管一端设置的抱箍。
进一步，所述进气筛板包括板体以及板体上若干方向各异的进气孔。
进一步，所述板体采用不锈钢板。
进一步，所述主体外表面涂敷有橡胶沥青涂层。
进一步，所述主体的内壁涂敷有抗氧化涂层。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：
1)能够对汽车尾气进行多重过滤，有效解决了汽车尾气排放的污染问题，保护环境，使用效果好，主体内靠近所述安装部的一端设有进气筛板，可以使汽车排气管排放的气体以各个不同的方向进入净化室内，与净化室内的填充物充分反应，加强净化效果。
2)通过安装部上的抱箍可以把主体安装在汽车排气管上，安装部的波纹管具有一定的伸缩性，安装简单方便，即使波纹管与汽车排气管有一定的错位，也能轻松的安装。
3)主体外表面涂敷有橡胶沥青涂层，可以有效保护主体，不受氧化，能防止车辆行驶过程中，小石子等飞溅敲击主体时造成主体损坏，并且还减轻了小石子飞溅撞在主体上时发出的噪音。

具体实施方式

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
一种汽车尾气多重净化装置，如图1和图2所示，包括圆筒状的主体1、以及主体1内分别由隔板2分隔开的第一净化室3、第二净化室4和第三净化室5；所述隔板2上设有透气孔；所述第一净化室3内填充有活性炭；所述第二净化室4内填充有分子筛催化剂；所述第三净化室5内填充有过滤丝绵；在所述主体1上设有与汽车排气管连接的安装部6；所述主体1内靠近所述安装部的一端设有进气筛板7。
其中，所述安装部6包括波纹管8以及波纹管8上靠近汽车排气管一端设置的抱箍9。通过抱箍9可以把主体安装在汽车排气管上，波纹管8具有一定的伸缩性，安装简单方便，即使波纹管8与汽车排气管轴向有一定的错位，也能轻松的安装。
其中，所述进气筛板7包括板体以及板体上若干方向各异的进气孔10，可以使汽车排气管排放的气体以各个不同的方向进入净化室内，与净化室内的填充物充分反应，净化效果好。由于所述板体采用不锈钢板，因此防腐蚀及防锈性能好，使用寿命长。
其中，所述主体1外表面涂敷有橡胶沥青涂层。可以有效保护主体，不受氧化，能防止车辆行驶过程中，小石子等飞溅敲击主体时造成主体损坏，并且还减轻了小石子飞溅撞在主体上时发出的噪音。
上述主体1的内壁涂敷有抗氧化涂层。抗氧化能力强，使用寿命长久。
本发明能够对汽车尾气进行多重过滤，有效解决了汽车尾气排放的污染问题，保护环境，使用效果好，主体1内靠近所述安装部的一端设有进气筛板，可以使汽车排气管排放的气体以各个不同的方向进入净化室内，与净化室内的填充物充分反应，加强净化效果。
对于本领域技术人员而言，显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节，而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下，能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。

1.一种汽车尾气多重净化装置，其特征在于：包括圆筒状的主体、以及主体内分别由隔板分隔开的第一净化室、第二净化室和第三净化室；所述隔板上设有透气孔；所述第一净化室内填充有活性炭；所述第二净化室内填充有分子筛催化剂；所述第三净化室内填充有过滤丝绵；在所述主体上设有与汽车排气管连接的安装部；所述主体内靠近所述安装部的一端设有进气筛板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气多重净化装置，其特征在于：所述安装部包括波纹管以及波纹管上靠近汽车排气管一端设置的抱箍。
