Abstract

本发明提供一种消防用水轮泵,该水轮泵由一台水轮机和一台水泵组成,水轮机与水泵同一转轴设置于水泵上方,其特征在于水轮机和水泵是通过一个法兰式的轴承体与水轮机的涡壳和水泵的泵体连接而连结成一体,转轴通过滚珠轴承支承于轴承体的中心,上端与水轮机的涡轮连结,下端与水泵的叶轮连结。该水轮泵具有结构简单,使用方便和可以在无电、低水源的地方抽水等优点,特别适合边远地区,缺电,水源低的城镇救火使用。

Description

消防用水轮泵
本发明涉及一种改进的水泵,特别是一种消防用水轮泵,适合于无电和水源低的地方救火使用。
目前,在我国还有不少边远的城镇由于缺乏消防供水和电网设施,消防用水主要依靠河流,湖泊等自然水源。然而,有些地方的水源落差较大,一旦大于7米就超过现役消防车水泵的引水能力,给救火工作带来极大的困难,甚至无法取水救火。在现有技术中有一种由水轮机和水泵串接在一起的水泵,采用该水泵能解决上述的问题。然而,该水泵还存在结构复杂,制造成本高的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构较为简单、方便制造和成本较低,不需要外电源能抽取低水源进行救火的消防用水轮泵。
本发明的任务是这样实现的,该水轮泵由一台水轮机和一台水泵组成,水轮机与水泵同一转轴设置于水泵上方,其特征在于水轮机和水泵是通过一个法兰式的轴承体与水轮机的涡壳和水泵的泵体连接而连结成一体,转轴通过滚珠轴承支承于轴承体的中心,上端与水轮机的涡轮连结,下端与水泵的叶轮连结。
本发明的目的还可以将取如下措施来实现:
在水泵的进水口设置一个过滤网,以防止较大的硬颗粒或杂物吸进泵内。
水轮机的进水口和出水口以及水泵的出水口为快装拆的内扣式消防接口,以便于快速装拆。
本发明是这样工作的:使用时将水轮机的进水口通过软管与消防车存的压力水连接,将水轮机出水口用软管与消防车储水罐连接,再将水泵的出水口通过软管接到救火现场,然后将整台水轮泵放入水源中。当开放消防车压力水时,压力水便带动水轮机涡轮转动,使同轴的水泵叶轮转动,将水源的水压送到火灾现场,从而满足了灭火供水的要求。因此,本发明能克服现有技术之不足,具有可在无电和低水源地区取水救火煌独特优点,而且结构简单,使用方便。
以下结合附图对本发明的结构作进一步的描述。

如图1所示,本发明是通过一个法兰式的轴承体7与水轮机2的涡壳5和水泵体10连接使水轮机2和水泵9连接在一起,转轴8通过滚珠轴承6支承于轴承体7中心,上端与水轮机2的涡轮4连结,其下端与水泵9的叶轮11连结。在轴承6的两端以骨架式橡胶油封密封。在轴承体7与涡壳5和泵体10的接触面上以O形密封圈密封,以防产生泄漏。水轮机2的进水口15和出水口1以及水泵9的出水口16均采用快装拆的内扣式消防接口。过滤网12设置于水泵9下部的进水口13处,该过滤网用钢板冲压成盆状,再在其侧面上开设若干个滤孔而制成,通过螺栓紧固于泵体10上。在水轮机的涡盖14装有两个环形螺母3、以便于吊运。为减轻水轮泵的重量,除转轴8外,其作主要构件均用铝合金制成。

Claims (4)

1、一种消防用水轮泵,由一台水轮机(2)和一台水泵(9)成,水轮机(2)与水泵(9)同一转轴(8)设置于水泵(9)上方,其特征在于水轮机(2)和水泵(9)是通过一个法兰式的轴承体(7组)与水轮机(2)的涡壳(5)和水泵(9)的泵体(10)连接而连结成一体,转轴(8)通过滚珠轴承(6)支承于轴承体(7)的中心,上端与水轮机(2)的涡轮(4)连结,下端与水泵(9)的叶轮(11)连结。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水轮泵,其特征在于在水泵(9)的进水口(13)设置一个过滤网(12)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的水轮泵,其特征在于水轮机(2)的进水口(15)和出水口(1)以及水泵(9)的出水口(16)为快装拆的内扣式消防接口。
4、根据权利要求2所述的水轮泵,其特征在于过滤网(12)为盆状,在其侧面开设若干个过滤孔。
