Abstract

本发明涉及一种驱虫板材，包括底芯，由底芯向外依次为底层板，装饰纸和薄膜，还包括驱虫装置，所述驱虫装置为紧密贴合压制在所述底芯和底层板之间的一层驱虫板，所述驱虫板为驱虫物料与板材物料压缩成板块形状而成。通过所述驱虫板的设置，其有益效果为：对板材做成的家具柜子起到驱赶蚊虫的作用，驱虫效果好，环保健康。

一种驱虫板材
技术领域
本发明属于板材领域，具体涉及一种驱虫板材。
背景技术
目前，板材可以理解为通常能够做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料的木板，其可以作为墙纸、天花板或者地板等构件，同时，板材可以划分为薄板、中板、厚板和特厚板等，其中，现有的技术中的板材，按照种类不同可以包括有：实木板、大芯板、竹拼板、密封板、饰面板、细芯板、指接板、防水板等等，然而在利用上述板材制成的家具装饰用品在使用过程中，会有小虫子等爬到板材做成的家具柜子上，影响人们的心情，也不利于家具衣物的卫生。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明研制出一种驱虫板材，以用来克服上述缺陷，其采用的技术方案为：包括底芯，由底芯向外依次为底层板，装饰纸和薄膜，还包括驱虫装置，所述驱虫装置为紧密贴合压制在所述底芯和底层板之间的一层驱虫板，所述驱虫板为驱虫物料与板材物料压缩成板块形状而成，所述驱虫板上设有至少一个紧密的小孔。
使用时，驱虫板紧密贴合压制在所述底芯和底层板之间，并且在其驱虫板上设有一个个紧密的小孔，可以增大驱虫板的外表面积，将其驱虫板上的驱虫物料更好的散发，并且长期使用下，驱虫物料的味道慢慢浸入到板材物料中，驱虫效果更好。
优选的，所述驱虫板的厚度为1-3cm。
优选的，所述小孔的直径设为1-5mm。
驱虫板上设有至少小孔，因其驱虫板设置底芯和底层板之间，其小孔不宜过大，不能影响板材的正常使用，优选的直径为1-5mm。
优选的，在所述底层板上刷有一层驱虫剂。
在所述底层板上刷有一层驱虫剂，可进一步起到驱虫效果。
优选的，所述驱虫物料为野菊花和/或天竺葵。
优选的，所述薄膜为透明色，平面光滑，且强力粘贴于所述装饰纸上。
将装饰纸设置为不同的图案花纹，将薄膜设置为透明色，紧密压制在所述装饰纸上，可起到保护的作用，也更加美观。
使用时，驱虫板紧密贴合压制在所述底芯和底层板之间，并且在其驱虫板上设有一个个紧密的小孔，可以增大驱虫板的外表面积，将其驱虫板上的驱虫物料更好的散发，并且长期使用下，驱虫物料的味道慢慢浸入到板材物料中，驱虫效果更好，驱虫板上设有至少小孔，因其驱虫板设置底芯和底层板之间，其小孔不宜过大，不能影响板材的正常使用，优选的直径为1-5mm，在所述底层板上刷有一层驱虫剂，可进一步起到驱虫效果，将装饰纸设置为不同的图案花纹，将薄膜设置为透明色，紧密压制在所述装饰纸上，可起到保护的作用，也更加美观。
本发明所述的一种驱虫板材，其有益效果为：通过驱虫装置的设置，对板材做成的家具柜子起到驱赶蚊虫的作用，驱虫效果好，环保，更加健康卫生。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，一种驱虫板材，包括底芯1，由底芯1向外依次为底层板2，装饰纸3和薄膜4，所述薄膜4为透明色，平面光滑，且强力粘贴于所述装饰纸3上，包括驱虫装置，所述驱虫装置为紧密贴合压制在所述底芯1和底层板2之间的一层驱虫板21，所述驱虫板21的厚度为1-3cm，所述驱虫板21为驱虫物料与板材物料压缩成板块形状而成，所述驱虫物料为野菊花或天竺葵或是野菊花或天竺葵的组合物，所述驱虫板21上设有至少一个紧密的小孔211，所述小孔211的直径设为1-5mm，在所述底层板2上刷有一层驱虫剂。

1.一种驱虫板材，包括底芯（1），由底芯（1）向外依次为底层板（2），装饰纸（3）和薄膜（4），其特征在于，还包括驱虫装置，所述驱虫装置为紧密贴合压制在所述底芯（1）和底层板（2）之间的一层驱虫板（21），所述驱虫板（21）为驱虫物料与板材物料压缩成板块形状而成，所述驱虫板（21）上设有至少一个紧密的小孔（211）。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱虫板材，其特征在于，所述驱虫板（21）的厚度为1-3cm。
3.如权利要求2所述的驱虫板材，其特征在于，所述小孔（211）的直径设为1-5mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的驱虫板材，其特征在于，在所述底层板（2）上刷有一层驱虫剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的驱虫板材，其特征在于，所述驱虫物料为野菊花和/或天竺葵。
6.如权利要求1或5任一项所述驱虫板材，其特征在于，所述薄膜（4）为透明色，平面光滑，且强力粘贴于所述装饰纸（3）上。
