本发明涉及扭力扳手检定仪,尤其涉及了一种数显一体扭力扳手检定仪。
背景技术
扭力扳手检定仪广泛应用于计量技术机构及汽车、船泊及各种动力机械制造企业,主要用于扭力扳手的检定和校准。但对于检测机构而言,测量操作量程越小,测量值越精确。
发明内容
针对现有扭力扳手检定仪的数据精确的问题,本发明提出了一种数显一体扭力扳手检定仪,可以得到较为精确的测量值。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种数显一体扭力扳手检定仪,包括水平支架,高精度扭矩传感器、传动机构、加载手轮、加载手轮平台、力臂导向调节工作台以及测量指示仪表。所述扭力扳手检定仪测量量程为100N·m。测量指示仪表位于加载手轮平台上。水平支架呈“工”字,力臂导向调节工作台设置在水平支架横梁一端,包括锁紧装置、水平调节装置和水平柱。高精度扭矩传感器设置在横梁另一端。在水平支架横梁的侧面设置有加载手轮。在水平支架横梁下面设置有传动机构。
具体实施方式
检定时将扭力扳手安装在扭力扳手检定仪上,转动手轮调整位置,驱动机构运行,施加扭力到扭矩传感器上,扭矩传感器输出固定的扭矩到指示仪表,最终将得到的标准扭矩值与扭力扳手上实际显示的扭矩值可进行比较实现检定。

1.一种数显一体扭力扳手检定仪,包括水平支架,高精度扭矩传感器、传动机构、加载手轮、加载手轮平台、力臂导向调节工作台以及测量指示仪表,其特征在于,所述扭力扳手检定仪测量量程为100N·m,指示仪表位于加载手轮平台上,水平支架呈“工”字,力臂导向调节工作台设置在水平支架横梁一端,包括锁紧装置、水平调节装置和水平柱,高精度扭矩传感器设置在横梁另一端,在水平支架横梁的侧面设置有加载手轮,在水平支架横梁下面设置有传动机构。
