将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水没过药面，浸泡15—20分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮5—10分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮10—15分钟,两次煎煮取汁，合并服用；第三次煎煮时，加水没过药面3—5厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮10—15分钟，用于擦洗患处，每天早、中、晚各一次。
