Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rhinitis, external patch and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rhinitis, an external patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Rhinitis is a frequently encountered disease and a common disease clinically, is inflammation of nasal mucosa and submucosal tissues, and is inflammation of the nasal mucosa caused by viruses, bacteria, allergens, various physicochemical factors and certain systemic diseases. The main pathological changes of rhinitis are congestion, swelling, exudation, hyperplasia, atrophy or necrosis of the nasal mucosa. Patients often have symptoms of nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, sense of smell decline, headache, dizziness, hypomnesis, snoring, easy fatigue and the like, and the complications of pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, otitis media and the like are often caused and are stubborn and difficult to cure.
Rhinitis can be classified into acute, chronic, atrophic, allergic, caseous, hypertrophic and other types. Modern medicine usually adopts intranasal glucocorticoid to administer, nasal cavity washing method, antihistamine, vasoconstrictor and some Chinese patent medicines to treat rhinitis patients, adopts operation treatment for serious patients, but the effect is not obvious, the treatment is not easy, side effects are easy to remain, drug rhinitis is formed or nasal mucosa damage is caused, even 'empty nose syndrome' is formed, and more pain is caused to the patients.
From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the nasosinusitis category, and the disease is first mentioned in the 'Nei Jing' in ancient documents. The traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treating acute and chronic rhinitis, and forms various treatment methods through dialectical treatment, such as:
1. lung meridian heat pathogen, dispersing lung heat and promoting resuscitation: nose is the orifice outside the lung, and heat pathogen accumulates in the lung and burns the orifice and nasal discharge is the sinusitis. In Su Wen, Zhi Zhen Yao Da Lun, "the recovery of shaoyin, chai Yin, the inner work of chai Yin, even though entering the lung and cough with nasosinusitis" indicates that the lung heat fumigates the sinus orifice to form nasosinusitis, which can be modified by cang Er Zi powder and Yinqi powder.
2. Ascending of stomach fire, heavy diarrhea and yangming: the urgent nasal sinusitis is caused by fire heat, which is classified into lung heat, gallbladder heat and stomach heat. Yangming stomach heat evaporates and burns the sinus orifice to form nasosinusitis, the local part can show more yellow and turbid nasal discharge, nasal obstruction, bad smell, swollen nasal concha, deep red and dry mucous membrane, obvious headache, percussion, tenderness or red swelling of the corresponding part of the nasal sinus, fever, thirst, halitosis, red swelling of gum, constipation, dark urine and other symptoms, and the common medicines comprise 10g of largetrifoliolioliolious bugbane rhizome, 15g of kudzuvine root, 12g of red peony root, 12g of baical skullcap root, 12g of heartleaf houttuynia herb, 20g of dandelion, 10g of platycodon grandiflorum, 10g of dahurian angelica root, 10g of Chinese honeylocust spine, 10g of siberian cocklebur fruit and.
The above treatment methods have certain curative effects on rhinitis, but have the defects of clear dialectical evidence, more medicinal ingredients, incomprehensive medication, complicated decoction, incapability of directly reaching focus of infection by oral administration and the like.
In the prior art, CN102451238B discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rhinitis, which comprises the following components: herba Andrographitis, rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, herba Agastaches, flos Magnoliae, Scutellariae radix, herba Ephedrae, etc., and has effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispelling pathogenic wind, dispelling cold, inducing resuscitation, and relieving pain; CN105597036A discloses an external use extract for treating rhinitis, the formula comprises magnolia flower, zedoary, angelica dahurica, curcuma alismatifolia and other medicaments, the extract has the efficacies of aromatic resuscitation, qi circulation and collateral obstruction, the above formula has certain curative effect on the treatment of rhinitis, but neglects the principles of lung qi tonifying, kidney warming, spleen warming, body resistance strengthening and body resistance strengthening, the long-term curative effect is not good enough, and the extract is easy to relapse.

In the formula of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rhinitis, cantharis is pungent in taste, hot in nature and toxic in liver, stomach and kidney meridians, and has the effects of breaking blood and removing stasis, dissipating stagnation and eliminating abdominal mass, and attacking toxin and corroding sores; musk is warm in nature, non-toxic and bitter in taste, has the effects of tonifying heart and spleen channels, and has the effects of inducing resuscitation, removing dirt, dredging collaterals and dissipating blood stasis; the angelica dahurica is warm in nature and pungent in taste, enters lung, spleen and stomach channels, and has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, dispelling wind, relieving pain, dredging nasal orifices, eliminating dampness, stopping leukorrhagia, reducing swelling and expelling pus; the asarum herb is warm in nature and pungent in taste, enters lung and kidney channels, and has the effects of expelling wind and clearing away cold, dredging orifices and relieving pain, and warming lung and resolving fluid retention; fructus xanthil is warm in nature and sweet in taste, enters lung and liver channels, and has the effects of dispelling wind and cold, and relieving stuffiness and pain; bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, cool in nature, sweet in taste, and entering lung and stomach meridians, has effects of moistening lung, relieving cough, and eliminating phlegm; the loofah sponge is cool in nature and sweet in taste, enters lung, stomach and liver channels, and has the effects of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, and detoxifying and reducing swelling; ban Xia, warm in nature and pungent in flavor, enters spleen and stomach meridians, and has the actions of drying dampness and resolving phlegm, checking adverse rise of qi and relieving vomiting, and relieving furuncle and swelling for unprocessed use.
From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, rhinitis is mostly caused by dysfunction of the zang-fu organs, and invasion of pathogenic qi into nasal orifices due to affection of exogenous wind-cold. The disease is usually lingering and difficult to cure, namely, the body resistance is weak and the pathogenic factors linger, and the exogenous pathogenic factors are long-term and lead to fire, fluid burning and phlegm turbidity obstruction of nasal orifices. Therefore, the dysfunction of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs is the cause and mainly includes the deficiency of the lung, spleen and kidney. Spleen pertains to earth and is the mother of lung, and spleen deficiency can cause the generation and transformation of lung and lung deficiency; kidneys belong to water, gold water grows mutually, and lung qi reception is ascribed to kidneys, and the two affect each other. Therefore, treating rhinitis requires treating the root cause first, and the key points are tonifying lung qi, warming kidney and spleen, and strengthening body resistance to consolidate the constitution. In the formula of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the angelica dahurica, the asarum, the siberian cocklebur fruit, the bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae and the loofah sponge can tonify lung qi, ventilate lung and dredge orifices, the cantharis, the musk, the angelica dahurica, the asarum and the pinellia ternate can warm the kidney and the spleen, the compatibility of the medicines can dispel wind and clear heat, remove dampness and dredge orifices, and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
