本发明涉及一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品,其各组分重量份数分别为:巴戟天15‑30份、大豆异黄酮8‑16份、骨碎补4‑10份、碳酸钙12‑18份、胶原蛋白4‑9份、乳矿物盐1‑3份、杜仲0.1‑0.5份、透明质酸钠0.01‑0.03份、维生素D30.0001‑0.0004份。本发明所选取的原料配比科学合理,经人体试食试验证明,具有良好的增加骨密度、强壮骨骼、提升骨骼韧性的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,尤其是一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品。
背景技术
据悉,在全世界范围内骨骼肌肉系统疾病已经危及了数亿人的健康,骨质疏松造成的骨折在过去10年中增加了一倍,预计未来十年里将成倍增加,骨质疏松已经成为世界范围内的健康问题。
据不完全统计,我国已有近一亿人患有不同程度的骨质疏松症,多发于50~70岁的人群。骨质疏松症是指由于各种原因导致骨量减少,骨组织结构退化,导致骨骼脆性增加,易发生骨折的一种全身性骨病。一般而言,随着年龄的增加,发生骨量减少是一种普遍现象,但当骨量丢失到一定程度时,就成为一种疾病。
人在35岁以后,身体中的钙量会大幅度下降,如果不及时补充,就会引起骨质疏松,但骨胶原的流失才是骨质疏松的主要原因,而钙、镁、磷的流失量只占20%,只有补充足够的骨胶原,增加骨密度,才能保证骨骼成分的合理比例,避免骨质疏松情况的出现。
发明内容
本发明提供一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品,可以起到良好的增加骨密度、强壮骨骼、提升骨骼韧性的作用。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品,其特征在于它由下述重量份数的原料共同混合加工制成:巴戟天15-30份、大豆异黄酮8-16份、骨碎补4-10份、碳酸钙12-18份、胶原蛋白4-9份、乳矿物盐1-3份、杜仲0.1-0.5份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.03份、维生素D30.0001-0.0004份。
本发明还公开一种颗粒剂、片剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、粉剂,用前述原料加入辅料经相应工艺制得。
乳矿物盐是以乳清为原料,经去除蛋白质、乳糖等成分制成的营养补充剂,含较多的矿物质,主要是钙和磷,对肠胃刺激小,可被人体有效吸收与利用。其补钙效果不会发生逆转,增加的骨密度即使在停止补充乳矿物盐三年后依然保持,而无机钙停止补充后已增加的骨密度会逐渐消失。
胶原蛋白是人体骨骼,尤其是软骨组织中的重要组成成分。胶原蛋白就像骨骼中的一张充满小洞的网,它会牢牢地留住就要流失的钙质。没有这张充满小洞的网,即便是补充了过量的钙,也会白白地流失掉。而胶原蛋白的特征氨基酸羟基脯氨酸是血浆中运输钙到骨细胞的工具。骨细胞中的骨胶原是羟基磷灰石的黏合剂,它与羟基磷灰石共同构成了骨骼的主体。而骨质疏松的实质是合成骨胶原的速度跟不上需要,换言之,新的骨胶原的生成速度低于老的骨胶原发生变异或老化速度。研究表明,如果缺少胶原蛋白,补充再多的钙质也无法防止骨质疏松,因此,只有摄入足够的可与钙结合的胶原蛋白,才能使钙在体内被较快消化吸收,且能较快的达到骨骼部位而沉积。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过巴戟天、大豆异黄酮、骨碎补、碳酸钙、乳矿物盐、胶原蛋白、杜仲、透明质酸钠、维生素D3的合理搭配,可制备成多种剂型增加骨密度的保健食品,从根本改善关节问题,牢牢地留住就要流失的钙质,原料易得,制备工艺相对简单,成本能够得以控制。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品,该保健食品制备成硬胶囊,其组分及重量份数为:巴戟天25份、大豆异黄酮9份、骨碎补8份、碳酸钙14份、胶原蛋白8份、乳矿物盐1份、杜仲0.4份、透明质酸钠0.01份、维生素D30.0003份。将上述原料混合均匀,通过硬胶囊自动填充设备填充到胶囊壳中,制成硬胶囊剂。
按照实施例配方,1000人进行试用,其中951人认为本发明在增加骨密度方面具有显著的保健作用,满意率高达95.1%。
实施例2
一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品,该保健食品制备成颗粒剂,其组分及重量份数为:巴戟天20份、大豆异黄酮15份、骨碎补5份、碳酸钙16份、胶原蛋白5份、乳矿物盐2份、杜仲0.2份、透明质酸钠0.03份、维生素D30.0002份。将上述原料加入一定量的羧甲基淀粉钠,制粒后经小袋包装机包装,得到颗粒剂产品。
按照实施例配方,1000人进行试用,其中936人认为本发明在增加骨密度方面具有显著的保健作用,满意率高达93.6%。

1.一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品,其特征在于它由下述重量份数的原料共同混合加工制成:巴戟天15-30份、大豆异黄酮8-16份、骨碎补4-10份、碳酸钙12-18份、胶原蛋白4-9份、乳矿物盐1-3份、杜仲0.1-0.5份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.03份、维生素D30.0001-0.0004份。
2.一种增加骨密度的大豆异黄酮保健食品,其特征在于,权利要求1的原料加入辅料经相应工艺制得的颗粒剂、片剂、硬胶囊剂、软胶囊剂、粉剂。
