Abstract
一种气吸式排种器带式养殖装置，包括取种盘和中间转动轮，所述取种盘的下部一侧设有导槽，另一侧设有中间传动轮，中间传动轮与从动轮齿合，从动轮的内部设有主动带轮，从动轮与从动带轮通过种子输送带连接，种子输送带的两侧设有种道护板，种道护板上设有拨片，拨片上置于上置有种子，所述种子输送带的下部设有种沟；本发明的优点是带式导装装置可以将种子输送到最佳的投种高度，种子到达投种位置是的粒距得到精确矫正，种子拨入种沟后株距合格率大福提高，且该结构合理，可在恶劣环境下作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业技术领域，尤其是涉及一种气吸式排种器带式养殖装置。
背景技术
免耕精密播种机多在未经耕整过的茬地作业，为保证在恶劣条件下具有较好的作业性能，设计的开沟装置一般采用双圆盘式开沟器。其主要优点是通过性好，使用可靠。主要缺陷是：种子在实际下落过程中，受重力作用由吸孔落下，沿开沟器输种通道运动时受到管壁的弹碰，使每粒种子由型孔落入种沟的时间发生变化，另外由于种子自振幅度的不同，落入种沟安定在种床上的时间也极不相同。导致播后种子粒距变异系数大，合格指数低。
发明内容
为克服上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种气吸式排种器带式养殖装置，包括取种盘和中间转动轮，所述取种盘的下部一侧设有导槽，另一侧设有中间传动轮，中间传动轮与从动轮齿合，从动轮的内部设有主动带轮，从动轮与从动带轮通过种子输送带连接，种子输送带的两侧设有种道护板，种道护板上设有拨片，拨片上置有种子，所述种子输送带的下部设有种沟。
所述拨片结构为波浪形，防止种子晃动、滑落。
排取种盘转速为30r/min。
本发明的优点是：带式导装装置可以将种子输送到最佳的投种高度，种子到达投种位置是的粒距得到精确矫正，种子拨入种沟后株距合格率大福提高，且该结构合理，可在恶劣环境下作业。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种气吸式排种器带式养殖装置，包括取种盘1和中间转动轮2，所述取种盘1的下部一侧设有导槽3，另一侧设有中间传动轮2，中间传动轮2与从动轮4齿合，从动轮4的内部设有主动带轮5，从动轮4与从动带轮9通过种子输送带7连接，种子输送带7的两侧设有种道护板6，种道护板6上设有拨片8，拨片上置于8上置有种子10，所述种子输送带7的下部设有种沟11。
所述拨片8结构为波浪形，放置种子时不宜晃动。
所述排取种盘1转速为30r/min。
工作过程如下：
在种子10随取种盘1转动到达排种器上的投种区时，种子10以取种盘1型孔的线速度为初速度，在重力的作用下做自由落体运动。经过导槽3导入安装在双圆盘开沟器中间的带式养殖装置，种子10在重力的作用下掉落到种子输送带7。带式养殖装置由取种盘1驱动，动力由取种盘1通过中间传动轮2传递至从动轮4，从动轮4与主动带轮5同步转动，使种子输送带7逆时针转动，使种子10向下运动。种子输送带7两侧设有种道护板6，以保护种子10在离心力和震动的作用下不会脱离种子输送带7与种道护板6形成的种子输送腔。当种子10运动到养殖装置投种点时，在重力的作用下落入种沟11，完成养殖过程。

1.一种气吸式排种器带式养殖装置，包括取种盘（1）和中间转动轮（2），其特征在于：所述取种盘（1）的下部一侧设有导槽（3），另一侧设有中间传动轮（2），中间传动轮（2）与从动轮（4）齿合，从动轮（4）的内部设有主动带轮（5），从动轮（4）与从动带轮（9）通过种子输送带（7）连接，种子输送带（7）的两侧设有种道护板（6），种道护板（6）上设有拨片（8），拨片（8）上置有种子（10），种子输送带（7）的下部设有种沟（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气吸式排种器带式养殖装置，其特征在于：所述拨片（8）结构为波浪形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气吸式排种器带式养殖装置，其特征在于：所述排取种盘（1）转速为30r/min。
