Description

Method for cutting and sewing tubular fabric into shoe blank and shoe blank
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shoe blank and the shoe blank, in particular to a method for cutting and sewing tubular fabric into the shoe blank and the shoe blank.
Background
Footwear generally includes two parts, a shoe part and a sole part. However, the sole is fixed under the upper, and the material of the upper must be comfortable and firm. For example, the upper of a sports shoe has a choice of materials with different properties, namely: tensile resistance, wear resistance, flexibility, air permeability, compressibility, moisture absorption and sweat release, and the like. More specifically, the upper may be constructed of a material such as textile face stock, leather, synthetic leather, or rubber. Currently, the vamp is made of textile, polymer foam, polymer sheet, leather, synthetic leather, etc. However, as for the base surface material of the upper of the sports shoe or the upper of the leisure shoe, the base surface material is most commonly used nowadays, and is mainly a fabric woven by a knitting machine with composite material yarns, and the fabric is formed into a shoe blank after being three-dimensionally formed; the primary reason the blank is widely used as the base face material for the sports or leisure shoe is that the blank may be imparted with different properties in different areas, including stretch resistance, wear resistance, flexibility, breathability, compressibility, comfort, moisture wicking, and the like. It can be seen from the above that the blank is a semi-finished product of the footwear before it is finished, i.e. the blank still needs to be subjected to subsequent processing, such as: the shoe last is made into complete and marketable shoes through the processing procedures of last setting, surface ironing, gluing/heating/pressurizing, spray printing and dyeing, sole gluing, last taking out and the like. However, the prior art of the shoe blank, such as taiwan patent publication No. TWM515792, uses a plurality of different plane fabrics to combine, splice and sew to form a three-dimensional shoe blank, but the technical means for making the shoe blank still has the following drawbacks that need to be improved by the manufacturers: firstly, if different plane fabrics are recombined, spliced and sewn to form a three-dimensional shoe blank, the technical and capacity requirements required by operators are higher, and the three-dimensional shoe blank can be finished only by being performed by professional tailor trainers, so that the labor cost of the operators is increased invisibly; when the plane fabric is recombined, spliced and seamed, splicing deviation and shoe blank deformation are easily caused by errors generated by human factors during alignment, so that the shoe blank yield is difficult to improve, and the material cost of a manufacturer is substantially increased; thirdly, the process of combining and splicing the plane fabrics is complicated, so that the production efficiency and the productivity are limited.
