The tangential rotation direction of the gap between the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 is opposite to the movement direction of the plastic folded cocoons 3, so that the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 can enable the cocoons to be subjected to forward force, the separated cocoons can smoothly fall into the cocoon collection box 17 to be collected, and the cocoons cannot be accumulated in the gap.
