The pulling device comprises a winding drum, a winding belt, a hook and a motor III. The winding drum is vertically arranged on the rear side of the rack, and the lower end of the winding drum is connected with a motor III; the motor III is fixed on the frame and drives the winding drum to rotate; the side of the winding drum is connected with a winding belt, one side of the winding belt is wound and fixed on the winding drum, and the other side of the winding belt is vertically and evenly connected with a hook.
The invention has the advantages of stable and reliable design structure, simple and convenient use and operation and high silkworm cocoon picking efficiency.

The conveying device comprises a supporting frame 1 and a U-shaped plate 2. The U-shaped plate 2 is fixed on the support frame 1, and a groove in the middle of the U-shaped plate 2 is used for conveying the plastic folded clusters 3. The support frame 1 is positioned in front of the frame 4.
The cocoon picking device comprises a sliding mechanism, a first roller 14, a second roller 15, a first baffle 6, a second baffle 13, a first motor 5, a second motor 18, a coupler 19, a bearing 20 and a cocoon box 17. The sliding mechanism is arranged on the rear side face of the rack 4 and used for adjusting the distance between the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 and facilitating the insertion of the plastic folding cluster 3. The sliding mechanism comprises hanging rails 11, hanging wheels 12 and a sliding frame 16, wherein the two hanging rails 11 are parallelly arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the rear side surface of the rack 4; a hanging wheel 12 can be movably arranged in each hanging rail 11, and the hanging wheel 12 can move left and right in the hanging rail 11; the carriage 16 is used to connect the upper and lower trolleys 12. The motor I5 is arranged at the top of the rack 4, the roller I14 is connected with the motor I5 through a coupler 19, the lower end of the roller I14 is arranged on the rack 4 through a bearing 20, and the motor I5 drives the roller I14 to rotate; the second motor 18 is arranged at the lower part of the sliding frame 16, the second roller 15 is connected with the second motor 18 through a coupler, the upper end of the second roller 15 is arranged on the sliding frame 16 through a bearing, the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 are arranged in parallel left and right, the second motor 18 drives the second roller 15 to rotate, and the second roller 15 can move left and right along with the sliding frame 16; the first baffle 6 is arranged on the left half side of the rack 4, and the second baffle 13 is arranged on the sliding frame 16; a cocoon collecting box 17 is arranged between the lower part of the frame 4 and the U-shaped plate 2 and is used for collecting the picked cocoons.
The pulling device comprises a winding drum 7, a winding belt 8, a hook 9 and a motor III 10. The winding drum 7 is vertically arranged at the rear side of the rack 4, and the lower end of the winding drum 7 is connected with a motor III 10; the motor III 10 is fixed on the frame 4, and the motor III 10 drives the winding drum 7 to rotate; the side of reel 7 is connected with winding tape 8, and winding tape 8 one side is fixed on reel 7, and the opposite side of winding tape 8 evenly is connected with couple 9 from top to bottom.
When the plastic cocoon folding and collecting machine works, the plastic cocoon folding 3 is placed into the U-shaped plate 2 in the conveying device, the sliding mechanism slides rightwards, so that the gap between the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 is enlarged, one end of the plastic cocoon folding 3 penetrates through the gap, the hook 9 is hung on the plastic cocoon folding 3, then the sliding mechanism slides leftwards, and the distance between the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 is adjusted to be 5mm and then is fixed. The motor III 10 drives the winding drum 7 to rotate, the winding belt is wound and retracted on the winding drum, the hook 9 pulls the plastic folding cluster 3 to move backwards, and the plastic folding cluster 3 penetrates through a gap between the roller I14 and the roller II 15 and is wound on the winding drum 7. Since the width of the gap is much smaller than the size of the cocoons, the cocoons cannot pass through the gap and are separated from the plastic folding cluster 3. The tangential rotation direction of the gap between the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 is opposite to the movement direction of the plastic folded cocoons 3, so that the first roller 14 and the second roller 15 can enable the cocoons to be subjected to forward force, the separated cocoons can smoothly fall into the cocoon collection box 17 to be collected, and the cocoons cannot be accumulated in the gap.
The plastic cocoon picking machine for bending cocoons has the advantages of stable and reliable design structure, simplicity and convenience in use and operation and high cocoon picking efficiency.
