The lengths of the second connecting plate 1002 and the third connecting plate 1003 are equal and larger than the outer caliber of the pin sleeve 3.
The application process of the invention comprises the following steps: the handle 2 is manipulated so that the rocker body 4 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise about the rotation axis 6, and the rotation of the rocker body 4 causes the second rocker 402 to pull the right-hand and left-hand levers 7 and 9.

first, the pin shaft 5 and the rotating shaft 6 which are perpendicular to each other can enable the operating handle to have four operating directions, namely two operating directions along the pin shaft 5 and two directions along the rotating shaft 6.
