技术领域:
本发明涉及一种SCR系统水循环系统。
背景技术:
随着国内汽车排放标准的升级,SCR系统应用越来越广泛。SCR系统多用于柴油发动机的尾气处理,将尾气中的氮氧化合物还原成氮气和水。然而SCR系统最关键的部件便是尿素喷嘴和尿素箱,如何做好系统零部件的温度控制直接影响SCR系统的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种SCR系统水循环系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种SCR系统水循环系统,包括发动机、前HVAC总成、尿素喷嘴、尿素箱、加热电磁阀和连接管路,所述发动机通过连接管路与前HVAC总成相连,发动机出水,经过前HVAC总成由三通管分两路,一路经过尿素喷嘴后回发动机,一路经过加热电磁阀和尿素箱后回发动机。
进一步地,所述加热电磁阀为常闭型电磁阀。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明简单实用,设计创新的优点,有利于推广。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种SCR系统水循环系统,包括发动机1、前HVAC总成2、尿素喷嘴3、尿素箱4、加热电磁阀5和连接管路,发动机1通过连接管路与前HVAC总成2相连,发动机1出水,经过前HVAC总成2由三通管分两路,一路经过尿素喷嘴3后回发动机1,一路经过加热电磁阀5和尿素箱4后回发动机1。
本发明增加加热电磁阀5来控制尿素箱4的水循环,加热电磁阀5为常闭型,当温度低于设定值时,电磁阀打开,发动机冷却液对尿素箱4内尿素进行加热,当尿素箱内温度高于设定值时,电磁阀关闭。
本发明一方面利用发动机的冷却液对尿素喷嘴进行冷却,另一方面利用发动机的冷却液对尿素箱内的尿素进行加热。合理利用发动机的冷却液的温度特性对尿素喷嘴进行冷却和对尿素进行加热,达到最佳工作状态,保证碰嘴的使用寿命,该方案原理简单,设计创新,实用性强,值得推广。

1.一种SCR系统水循环系统,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)、前HVAC总成(2)、尿素喷嘴(3)、尿素箱(4)、加热电磁阀(5)和连接管路,所述发动机(1)通过连接管路与前HVAC总成(2)相连,发动机(1)出水,经过前HVAC总成(2)由三通管分两路,一路经过尿素喷嘴(3)后回发动机(1),一路经过加热电磁阀(5)和尿素箱(4)后回发动机(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的SCR系统水循环系统,其特征在于:所述加热电磁阀(5)为常闭型电磁阀。
