Abstract
The invention provides a duct piece transport trolley, wherein the middle part of a frame is connected with a bottom plate and two connecting frames, the two connecting frames are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, the lower side of the frame is connected with a plurality of wheels, the lower end of a fixed block is connected with a fixed plate, the middle part of the fixed block is penetrated by a fixed rod, two ends of the fixed rod are respectively connected with the two connecting frames, the outer side of the fixed rod is sleeved with two buffer sleeves, the fixed frames and an air spring are both connected with a supporting unit, one end of each rotating frame is hinged with a group of fixed frames through a connecting shaft, the other end of each rotating frame is connected with a carrier roller shaft, the carrier roller shaft is arranged on the upper side of the air spring, and the middle part of each rotating frame is hinged with a supporting roller. The invention provides a duct piece transport trolley, which is simple to manufacture, low in cost and convenient to install, and solves the problem of emergency braking and the problem of instantaneous pressure when duct pieces are placed in a shield tunneling machine.

The supporting unit comprises a supporting frame 13 and a supporting platform 21, wherein the supporting frame 13 is connected to the frame 1, the supporting platform 21 is connected to the upper end of the supporting frame 13, and the air springs 20 and the fixing frames 18 are connected to the upper side of the supporting platform 21.
One end of the rotating frame 16 connected with the carrier roller shaft 17 is horizontally arranged, and one end of the rotating frame 16 hinged with the fixed frame 18 is inclined to one side close to the frame 1.
The buffer sleeve 5 is made of rubber.
Two buffer blocks 9 are respectively connected to two ends of the frame 1.
Two groups of guide wheels 10 are arranged on one side of the frame 1, the two groups of guide wheels 10 are arranged on the same side of the chain 11, and the guide wheels 10 are connected to the frame 1 through guide frames 14.
Two guide wheels 10 are arranged in each group, and the two guide wheels 10 in the same group are respectively arranged on two sides of the buffer block 9.
