Abstract
The application discloses an external air conditioner for a vehicle, which can be installed outside a vehicle cab and comprises a compressor, a condenser and a fan, wherein the fan is provided with a rotating shaft and a wind surface which is formed by rotation and is perpendicular to the rotating shaft, the external air conditioner for the vehicle is also provided with a mounting surface of an air inlet, the condenser is arranged between the air inlet and the wind surface, and an included angle of 0-60 degrees is formed between the wind surface and the mounting surface. The design that the air inlet of the vehicle air conditioner external unit is arranged on the mounting surface utilizes the large-area air inlet space of the mounting surface and the smooth air inlet route and angle between the air surface and the mounting surface, thereby improving the air flow and compact design of the vehicle air conditioner external unit.

Currently, mainstream air conditioning units, such as car air conditioning units, are generally installed on top of an automobile cab, and are required to provide effective air exchange and heat dissipation while working. However, due to the design limitation of the existing vehicle air conditioner external unit, the arrangement of the air channels is limited and not smooth, and the adverse effect is brought to the work of the vehicle air conditioner.
In view of the foregoing, there is a need for an improved vehicle air conditioner outdoor unit that overcomes the above-described drawbacks.

The present application aims to provide an air conditioner external unit for a vehicle, which has an improved air flow effect.
The application provides an external air conditioner for a vehicle, which can be arranged outside a vehicle cab and comprises a compressor, a condenser and a fan, wherein the fan is provided with a rotating shaft and a wind surface which is formed by rotation and is perpendicular to the rotating shaft, the external air conditioner for the vehicle is further provided with a mounting surface of an air inlet, the condenser is arranged between the air inlet and the wind surface, and an included angle of 0-60 degrees is formed between the wind surface and the mounting surface.
Further, the vehicle air conditioner external unit further comprises an electric control assembly, and a heat dissipation port is arranged on the mounting surface at a position corresponding to the electric control assembly.
Further, the electric control assembly is provided with radiating fins at positions corresponding to the radiating openings.
Further, the air inlet and the heat dissipation port are arranged in parallel at the front part of the mounting surface, the external machine of the vehicle air conditioner further comprises a direct current-alternating current conversion module, and the compressor and the direct current-alternating current conversion module are arranged at the rear part of the mounting surface in a group mode.
Further, the condenser has a plate shape parallel to the wind surface.
Further, the condenser covers 80% -100% of the air intake side of the fan.
Further, the vehicle air conditioner external unit further includes a mounting bracket assembled to the mounting surface and capable of spacing the mounting surface from the vehicle mounting portion by a certain distance.

[ Detailed description ] of the invention
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present application is an air conditioner outdoor unit 100 for a vehicle, and in particular, the present embodiment is an air conditioner outdoor unit 100 for a vehicle mounted outside a cabin (not shown) of a truck. The vehicle air conditioner external unit 100 comprises a compressor 10, a condenser 20 and a fan 30, wherein the fan 30 is provided with a rotating shaft X and a wind surface 301 which is formed by rotation and is perpendicular to the rotating shaft X, the vehicle air conditioner external unit 100 is further provided with a mounting surface 40 of an air inlet 401, the condenser 20 is arranged between the air inlet 401 and the wind surface 301, and an included angle alpha of 0-60 degrees is formed between the wind surface 301 and the mounting surface 40. The design that the air inlet 401 of the vehicle air conditioner external unit 100 is provided on the installation surface 40 utilizes the large-area air inlet space of the installation surface 40 and the smooth air inlet route and angle between the air surface 301 and the installation surface 40, thereby improving the air flow and compact design of the vehicle air conditioner external unit 100. In addition, the vehicle air conditioner outdoor unit 100 further includes an electric control assembly 50, and the mounting surface 40 is provided with a heat dissipation port 402 at a position corresponding to the electric control assembly 50. The heat dissipation port 402 also effectively utilizes the mounting surface 40 to enhance the heat dissipation effect. Further, the electronic control unit 50 is provided with heat dissipation fins (facing the heat dissipation port, not shown) at positions corresponding to the heat dissipation port 402, so that heat dissipation can be achieved more directly and purposefully. The condenser 20 is plate-shaped parallel to the wind surface 301. Also, the condenser 20 covers 80% -100% of the air intake side of the fan 30. Based on the wide coverage of the condenser 20 to the air intake side, sufficient suction is ensured to assist in heat dissipation.
With continued reference to the drawings, the vehicle air conditioner outdoor unit 100 further includes a mounting bracket 70 assembled to the mounting surface 40 and capable of spacing the mounting surface 40 from an automobile mounting portion (not shown). Due to the design of the mounting bracket 70, the bottom of the mounting surface 40 is overhead and a sufficient air circulation gap is left, so that the air fluidity of the air inlet 401 and the heat dissipation port 402 is further improved. In addition, since the vehicle air conditioner outdoor unit 100 generates a large noise during operation, the design of the mounting bracket 70 can effectively absorb vibration, and avoid direct conduction to the automobile cab. The mounting bracket 70 comprises at least two groups of parallel bracket assemblies, each group of bracket assemblies comprises a cross beam 701 and fixing seats 702 positioned at two ends of the cross beam 701, and the cross beam 701 is made of steel pipes or aluminum alloy sections. Because the steel pipe or the aluminum alloy section bar is common in the market, a user can purchase freely and intercept different lengths according to different cab sizes. The air inlet 401 and the heat dissipation port 402 are arranged in parallel at the front part of the mounting surface 40, the external air conditioner 100 for a vehicle further comprises a dc-ac conversion module 60, and the compressor 10 and the dc-ac conversion module 60 are assembled at the rear part of the mounting surface. In the main structure of the vehicle air conditioner external unit 100, the compressor 10 and the dc-ac conversion module 60 are the heaviest, and are carried by the bracket assembly in this embodiment, and at the same time, the cross beam 701 is fixed to the mounting surface 40 of the vehicle air conditioner external unit 100, so as to produce reinforcement effect similar to a reinforcing rib. Moreover, as a source of gravity and a source of vibration, the geometric center of gravity G of the compressor 10 is designed to pass through one of the cross beams 701 for better load bearing and shock absorbing. The strength of the center of the top of the automobile cab is relatively weak, and the fixing base 702 for supporting the whole automobile air conditioner outdoor unit 100 is arranged at the left edge and the right edge with better strength, so that the stress of the automobile cab is optimized and dispersed. In this embodiment, the cross beam 701 is perpendicular to the advancing direction of the truck, the fixing base 702 is assembled on the left and right edges of the top of the automobile cab, and the fixing base 702 is mounted on the left and right sides of the automobile cab, so that the damage to the strength and the tightness of the automobile cab caused by the mounting structure such as the perforation on the top can be avoided.

An automobile air conditioner external unit (100) is arranged at the top of an automobile cab and comprises a compressor (10), a condenser (20) and a fan (30), and is characterized in that: the fan (30) is provided with a rotating shaft (X) and a wind surface (301) which is perpendicular to the rotating shaft (X) and is formed by rotation, the condenser (20) is in a plate shape parallel to the wind surface (301), the vehicle air conditioner external unit (100) is further provided with a mounting surface (40) of an air inlet (401), the condenser (20) is arranged between the air inlet (401) and the wind surface (301), an included angle (alpha) of 0-60 degrees is formed between the wind surface (301) and the mounting surface (40), the vehicle air conditioner external unit (100) further comprises an electric control assembly (50), the mounting surface (40) is provided with a radiating opening (402) at a position corresponding to the electric control assembly (50), the electric control assembly (50) is provided with radiating fins corresponding to the radiating opening (402), the air inlet (401) and the radiating opening (402) are arranged in parallel at the front of the mounting surface (40), the vehicle air conditioner external unit (100) further comprises a direct current-to-alternating current conversion module (60), the compressor (301) and the direct current conversion module (40) are arranged at a certain distance from the mounting surface (40) and the vehicle air conditioner external unit (40), the mounting bracket (70) comprises at least two sets of parallel bracket assemblies, each set of bracket assemblies comprising a cross beam (701), the cross beams (701) being perpendicular to the direction of advance of the vehicle cabin, the compressor (10) being located on one side of the fan (30) with respect to the direction of advance.
2. The vehicular air-conditioning outdoor unit (100) according to claim 1, wherein: the condenser (20) covers 80% -100% of the air intake side of the fan (30).
3. The vehicular air-conditioning outdoor unit (100) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: each group of bracket components further comprises fixing seats (702) positioned at two ends of the cross beam (701), and the cross beam (701) is made of steel pipes or aluminum alloy sections.
4. An air conditioner external unit (100) for a vehicle according to claim 3, wherein: the geometric center of gravity (G) of the compressor (10) passes through one of the cross beams (701).
5. The vehicular air conditioner external unit (100) according to claim 4, wherein: the fixing base (702) is assembled on the left edge and the right edge of the top of the automobile cab.
