本发明公开了一种PVC地板切割装置，包括：机架、侧支撑板、横板、液压缸、固定块、安装座、伺服电机、切割刀、外罩、线槽，所述横板水平固接在两个侧支撑板的顶端，所述液压缸竖直安装在横板上端面中部，所述液压缸的活塞杆向下穿过横板，且活塞杆末端与固定块上端面中部固接在一起，所述固定块下端面左端固接一个安装座，所述伺服电机水平安装在固定块左端面下侧，所述伺服电机输出轴向右穿过安装座，且输出轴末端与切割刀的中心固接，所述机架对应于切割刀的位置开有线槽，所述外罩设置在切割刀外围，所述外罩上端与固定块下端面固接，所述外罩左端固接在安装座右端面上。本发明具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。

本发明涉及一种PVC地板切割装置，应用于PVC地板加工技术领域。
背景技术
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料，具有绿色环保、超轻超薄、超强耐磨、超强防滑、防火阻燃、防水防潮、吸音降噪等优点，至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可，使用非常广泛，如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、公共场所、超市等各种场所，PVC地板在塑化成型后，需通过切割装置切割，但目前市场上的切割装置，结构较为复杂，设备成本较高，同时在切割时，产生的碎屑飞溅，对人体带来一定的危害。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷，本发明公开了一种PVC地板切割装置，具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。
本发明公开了一种PVC地板切割装置，包括：机架、侧支撑板、横板、液压缸、固定块、安装座、伺服电机、切割刀、外罩、线槽，所述机架上端面左右两端分别竖直固接一个侧支撑板，所述横板水平固接在两个侧支撑板的顶端，所述液压缸竖直安装在横板上端面中部，所述液压缸的活塞杆向下穿过横板，且活塞杆末端与固定块上端面中部固接在一起，所述固定块下端面左端固接一个安装座，所述伺服电机水平安装在固定块左端面下侧，所述伺服电机输出轴向右穿过安装座，且输出轴末端与切割刀的中心固接，所述机架对应于切割刀的位置开有线槽，所述外罩设置在切割刀外围，所述外罩上端与固定块下端面固接，所述外罩左端固接在安装座右端面上。
所述外罩的下部敞口，且切割刀的下沿伸出外罩。
所述线槽由上向下贯通整个机架。

如图1-2所示，本发明公开了一种PVC地板切割装置，包括：机架1、侧支撑板2、横板3、液压缸4、固定块5、安装座6、伺服电机7、切割刀8、外罩9、线槽10，所述机架1上端面左右两端分别竖直固接一个侧支撑板2，所述横板3水平固接在两个侧支撑板2的顶端，所述液压缸4竖直安装在横板3上端面中部，所述液压缸4的活塞杆向下穿过横板3，且活塞杆末端与固定块5上端面中部固接在一起，所述固定块5下端面左端固接一个安装座6，所述伺服电机7水平安装在固定块6左端面下侧，所述伺服电机7输出轴向右穿过安装座6，且输出轴末端与切割刀8的中心固接，所述机架1对应于切割刀8的位置开有线槽10，所述外罩9设置在切割刀8外围，所述外罩9上端与固定块5下端面固接，所述外罩9左端固接在安装座6右端面上。
所述外罩9的下部敞口，且切割刀8的下沿伸出外罩。
所述线槽10由上向下贯通整个机架1。
本发明是这样实施的：将待切割的PVC地板置于机架1上端面处，其需要切割的部位置于线槽10的正上方，启动伺服电机7，伺服电机7带动切割刀8转动，然后通过液压缸4带动切割刀8下移，对板材进行切割，切割过程中产生的碎屑被外罩9阻挡，不会溅入操作工的眼睛，对人体危害小，同时整个切割装置结构简单，设备成本低。

1.一种PVC地板切割装置，包括：机架、侧支撑板、横板、液压缸、固定块、安装座、伺服电机、切割刀、外罩、线槽，所述机架上端面左右两端分别竖直固接一个侧支撑板，所述横板水平固接在两个侧支撑板的顶端，其特征在于：所述液压缸竖直安装在横板上端面中部，所述液压缸的活塞杆向下穿过横板，且活塞杆末端与固定块上端面中部固接在一起，所述固定块下端面左端固接一个安装座，所述伺服电机水平安装在固定块左端面下侧，所述伺服电机输出轴向右穿过安装座，且输出轴末端与切割刀的中心固接，所述机架对应于切割刀的位置开有线槽，所述外罩设置在切割刀外围，所述外罩上端与固定块下端面固接，所述外罩左端固接在安装座右端面上。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种PVC地板切割装置，其特征在于：所述外罩的下部敞口，且切割刀的下沿伸出外罩。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种PVC地板切割装置，其特征在于：所述线槽由上向下贯通整个机架。
