本发明涉及药剂生产装置，直接涉及一种药剂混合装置。
技术背景
药剂在生产中需要稀释，需要在大量的料液加入浓缩药剂，由于浓缩药剂量少，很难混合均匀充分，处理效果差，寻求一种能够充分混合的药剂混合装置是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够充分混合、处理效果好的药剂混合装置，本发明目的是这样实现：一种药剂混合装置，具有料液进口、混合管、出口管、药剂进口管、药剂喷管、挡板，料液进口、混合管、出口管依次焊接，混合管上部开孔焊接药剂进口管，药剂进口管末端焊接药剂喷管。
作为本发明的进一步改进：所述药剂喷管是由与药剂进口管相连的外表面均匀分布喷孔对称的8支喷射支管组成。
作为本发明的进一步改进：混合管后部上下交错均匀焊接挡板，所述挡板为3/4圆形的不锈钢板。
由于本发明采用料液进口、混合管、出口管依次焊接，混合管上部开孔焊接药剂进口管，药剂进口管末端焊接药剂喷管，所述药剂喷管是由与药剂进口管相连的外表面均匀分布喷孔对称的8支喷射支管组成，混合管后部上下交错均匀焊接挡板，所述挡板为3/4圆形的不锈钢板的结构，药剂通过药剂进口管进入药剂喷头，通过对称的8支喷射支管外表面均匀分布喷孔喷出，药剂喷射形成面状，与料液流向垂直，两者接触面积显著增加，所有经过混合管横截面的料液均与其接触，药剂与料液混合更加充分均匀，药剂与料液充分接触混合后，流经挡板，由于挡板的作用，混合液流程加长，混合时间变长，混合效果更好。

1.一种药剂混合装置，具有料液进口（1）、混合管（2）、出口管（3）、药剂进口管（4）、药剂喷管（5）、挡板（6），其特征在于：料液进口（1）、混合管（2）、出口管（3）依次焊接，混合管（2）上部开孔焊接药剂进口管（4），药剂进口管（4）末端焊接药剂喷管（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种药剂混合装置，其特征在于：所述药剂喷管（5）是由与药剂进口管（4）相连的外表面均匀分布喷孔对称的8支喷射支管组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种药剂混合装置，其特征在于：混合管（2）后部上下交错均匀焊接挡板（6），所述挡板（6）为3/4圆形的不锈钢板。
