本发明公开了一种发酵废液处理装置，具有废液进口、混合管、出口管、药剂进口管、药剂喷头、挡板、废液喷头，由于采用废液进口、混合管、出口管依次焊接，混合管上部开孔焊接药剂进口管，药剂进口管末端焊接药剂喷头，混合管下部与药剂进口管对应的焊接废液进口，废液进口末端焊接废液喷头，混合管后部上下均匀交错焊接挡板，所述挡板为3/4圆形的不锈钢板焊接而成，药剂喷头、废液喷头为外表面均匀布满喷孔的圆盘体的结构，药剂通过圆盘状的药剂喷头喷出形成雾状，与垂直相对的通过废液喷头喷出的雾状废液充分混合，极大的提高了接触的表面积，混合液再经过挡板阻隔，混合液流程加长，混合时间变长，混合更加充分。

本发明涉及海藻液尿素生产装置，直接涉及一种发酵废液处理装置。
技术背景
海藻液尿素在生产中产生含有高COD的废水，需要加入药剂进行处理，由于药剂量少，很难混合均匀充分，处理效果差，寻求一种能够充分混合的海藻液尿素废液处理装置是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够充分混合、处理效果好的海藻液尿素废液处理装置，本发明目的是这样实现：一种发酵废液处理装置，具有废液进口、混合管、出口管、药剂进口管、药剂喷头、挡板、废液喷头，废液进口、混合管、出口管依次焊接，混合管上部开孔焊接药剂进口管，药剂进口管末端焊接药剂喷头，混合管下部与药剂进口管对应的焊接废液进口，废液进口末端焊接废液喷头。
作为本发明进一步改进：所述混合管后部上下均匀交错焊接挡板，所述挡板为3/4圆形的不锈钢板焊接而成。
作为本发明进一步改进：所述药剂喷头、废液喷头为外表面均匀布满喷孔的圆盘体。

工作原理：
海藻液尿素废液经废液进口进入废液喷头，由废液喷头喷出，与经药剂进口管进入由药剂喷头喷出的雾状药剂混合，通过混合管后部的挡板混合，最后由出口管排出。

1.一种发酵废液处理装置，具有废液进口（1）、混合管（2）、出口管（3）、药剂进口管（4）、药剂喷头（5）、挡板（6）、废液喷头（7），其特征在于：废液进口（1）、混合管（2）、出口管（3）依次焊接，混合管（2）上部开孔焊接药剂进口管（4），药剂进口管（4）末端焊接药剂喷头（5），混合管（2）下部与药剂进口管（4）对应的焊接废液进口（1），废液进口（1）末端焊接废液喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种发酵废液处理装置，其特征在于：所述混合管（2）后部上下均匀交错焊接挡板（6），所述挡板（6）为3/4圆形的不锈钢板焊接而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种海藻液尿素生产装置，其特征在于：所述药剂喷头（5）、废液喷头（7）为外表面均匀布满喷孔的圆盘体。
