本发明公开了一种发酵废液处理装置,具有废液进口、混合管、出口管、药剂进口管、药剂喷头、挡板、废液喷头,由于采用废液进口、混合管、出口管依次焊接,混合管上部开孔焊接药剂进口管,药剂进口管末端焊接药剂喷头,混合管下部与药剂进口管对应的焊接废液进口,废液进口末端焊接废液喷头,混合管后部上下均匀交错焊接挡板,所述挡板为3/4圆形的不锈钢板焊接而成,药剂喷头、废液喷头为外表面均匀布满喷孔的圆盘体的结构,药剂通过圆盘状的药剂喷头喷出形成雾状,与垂直相对的通过废液喷头喷出的雾状废液充分混合,极大的提高了接触的表面积,混合液再经过挡板阻隔,混合液流程加长,混合时间变长,混合更加充分。

本发明涉及海藻液尿素生产装置,直接涉及一种发酵废液处理装置。
技术背景
海藻液尿素在生产中产生含有高COD的废水,需要加入药剂进行处理,由于药剂量少,很难混合均匀充分,处理效果差,寻求一种能够充分混合的海藻液尿素废液处理装置是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够充分混合、处理效果好的海藻液尿素废液处理装置,本发明目的是这样实现:一种发酵废液处理装置,具有废液进口、混合管、出口管、药剂进口管、药剂喷头、挡板、废液喷头,废液进口、混合管、出口管依次焊接,混合管上部开孔焊接药剂进口管,药剂进口管末端焊接药剂喷头,混合管下部与药剂进口管对应的焊接废液进口,废液进口末端焊接废液喷头。
作为本发明进一步改进:所述混合管后部上下均匀交错焊接挡板,所述挡板为3/4圆形的不锈钢板焊接而成。
作为本发明进一步改进:所述药剂喷头、废液喷头为外表面均匀布满喷孔的圆盘体。

工作原理:
海藻液尿素废液经废液进口进入废液喷头,由废液喷头喷出,与经药剂进口管进入由药剂喷头喷出的雾状药剂混合,通过混合管后部的挡板混合,最后由出口管排出。

1.一种发酵废液处理装置,具有废液进口(1)、混合管(2)、出口管(3)、药剂进口管(4)、药剂喷头(5)、挡板(6)、废液喷头(7),其特征在于:废液进口(1)、混合管(2)、出口管(3)依次焊接,混合管(2)上部开孔焊接药剂进口管(4),药剂进口管(4)末端焊接药剂喷头(5),混合管(2)下部与药剂进口管(4)对应的焊接废液进口(1),废液进口(1)末端焊接废液喷头。
