The invention provides a composition for preventing female urinary infection, which mainly comprises the following components: the cranberry is rich in unique A-type procyanidine, and can effectively reduce the cell adhesion capability of bacteria; the roselle extractive contains certain organic acid which can reduce the survival rate of bacteria; the grape seed extract is rich in procyanidine, can regulate and activate the immune response of macrophages, has a certain anti-inflammatory effect, and can prevent or relieve female urinary system infection diseases from different angles.
A series of precise and large experiments prove that the roselle extract, the grape seed extract and the cranberry extract are matched with each other and have a synergistic effect, so that the effects of whitening, removing freckles and preventing urinary system infection are optimal, and the composition is weakened to different degrees in certain aspects due to the absence of any extract, the increase or decrease of the weight of any extract compared with the range of the invention, or the replacement of any extract by other extracts.
Preferably, the content of organic acid in the roselle extractive is 12-16%.
Preferably, the content of A-type procyanidin in the cranberry extract is 4.5-6.5%.
Preferably, the content of procyanidine in the grape seed extract is 85-95%.
A large number of experiments prove that when the content of organic acid in roselle is within the range of 12-16%, the content of A-type procyanidine in a cranberry extract is within the range of 4.5-6.5%, and the content of procyanidine in a grape seed extract is within the range of 85-95%, the freckle removing and bacteriostatic effect of the composition is better.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the following steps: weighing the components in parts by weight, and mixing uniformly.
Furthermore, the composition of the invention can be processed and prepared into tablets, oral liquid, solid beverage and the like by adding proper auxiliary materials according to the conventional technology in the field.
The composition is applied to one or more fields of whitening, spot lightening and preventing and treating female urinary system infection.
Preferably, the composition is used for the preparation of a medicament, food, health product or cosmetic in the above-mentioned fields.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, it is also within the scope of the present invention to replace the grape seed extract, the roselle extract and the cranberry extract with grape fruit powder, roselle powder or instant roselle powder and cranberry powder, respectively.
Unless otherwise specified, all starting materials for use in the present invention are commercially available and any range recited herein includes any endpoints and any numerical values therebetween and any subranges therebetween.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. compared with a single raw material, the composition can realize whitening and spot-lightening, and prevention and treatment of female urinary system infection from all-round and multi-target angles, and can achieve better effect with minimum amount.
2. Aiming at the functions of the invention, the composition of the invention has obvious synergistic effect and good market popularization value.
3. The composition disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, and the effects of whitening and fading spots and preventing urinary system infection are achieved through the synergistic multiplication effect of the components and multiple defense mechanisms.
4. The composition disclosed by the invention selects the three raw materials which are all natural herbs, so that the composition has higher safety and can be used by a user at ease.

To illustrate the invention more clearly, the invention is further described below in connection with preferred examples in which the invention incorporates the filling material sorbitol in such proportions as to ensure the intake of the roselle extract, cranberry extract and grape seed extract during the trial, without this material affecting the effectiveness of the composition. Test example 1 measurement of whitening and freckle removing abilities of the present invention
The whitening and freckle-removing capabilities and the bacteriostatic effect of the examples 1 to 10 are tested, the area change of brown spots before and after being eaten by trial people and the inhibiting effect of Escherichia coli are used as evaluation indexes, the specific test method is as follows, and the results are shown in a table I and a table II.
Spot-removing capability experimental method
180 chloasma subjects were selected, 10 subjects were selected, 18 subjects were counted, 1-9 subjects corresponded to example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, example 5, example 6, example 7, example 8 and example 9, respectively, group 10 was a control group, and 11-17 subjects corresponded to example 10, example 11, example 12, example 13, example 14, example 15, example 16, example 17 and example 18, respectively. The subject took 0.8g of the trial sample each time, and the control group took 0.8g of sorbitol 1 time in the morning and evening, respectively, for 180 consecutive days. The chloasma area of the subject is observed before and after the test, and is recorded and analyzed. The area of brown spot was measured using a ruler.
Bacteriostatic experimental method
The same amount of escherichia coli was applied to 10 petri dishes, and the same amount of the composition of the example (5g of the composition was dissolved in 250mL of water) was injected into the air on each petri dish for cultivation, the test number was consistent with the above freckle removal ability evaluation test, and the bacteriostatic effect was evaluated by the bacteriostatic area. Female urinary system infection is mainly caused by coliform bacteria, and the stronger the inhibition capability of the best compound on escherichia coli, the stronger the capability of treating and preventing female urinary system infection.

The results of the table I are subjected to orthogonal analysis, and compared with a control group, the composition disclosed by the invention has certain freckle removing and bacteriostatic capabilities. The factor with the largest influence in the freckle removing effect is the adding amount of the grape seed extract, then the adding amount of the roselle extract, the influence of the adding amount of the cranberry extract is the smallest, the optimal formula comprises 50 parts of the roselle extract, 15 parts of the cranberry extract and 40 parts of the grape seed extract, and the freckle removing effect is as high as 19.37 percent; the most influential factor in the bacteriostatic effect is the cranberry extract, and then the roselle extract, the influence of the addition amount of the grape seed extract is the least, the optimal formula is 60 parts of the roselle extract, 20 parts of the cranberry extract and 30 parts of the grape seed extract, and the bacteriostatic diameter reaches 11.7 mm.
Orthogonal analysis is carried out on the two results, the largest factor in the freckle removing result is the content of procyanidin in the grape seed extract, and then the content of organic acid in the roselle extract, the influence of the A-type procyanidin content in the cranberry extract is the smallest, and when 40 parts of roselle extract with 16% of organic acid content, 20 parts of cranberry extract with 2.5% of A-type procyanidin content and 40 parts of grape seed extract with 95% of procyanidin content are added, the area of brown spot can be reduced by 30.21%; the largest influencing factor in the antibacterial effect is the content of A-type procyanidin in the cranberry extract, the content of organic acid in the roselle extract is the second smallest influencing factor, and the antibacterial effect can reach 17.2mm when 40 parts of roselle extract with 16% of organic acid content, 20 parts of cranberry extract with 6.5% of A-type procyanidin content and 40 parts of grape seed extract with 85% of procyanidin content are added.
Experimental example 2 comparison of comparative example and example in order to remove freckles and inhibit bacteria
The whitening and freckle removing capabilities and the bacteriostatic effect of the whitening and freckle removing liquid are tested in example 1 and comparative examples 1-14 (the test methods are the same as above), and the results are shown in the third table.
Exterior three, each composition results in removing speckle
The results of the table three tests show that the addition ratios of the cranberry extract and the grape seed extract in the comparative examples 1 and 1, the comparative examples 2 and 2, and the comparative examples 3 and 3 are the same, and the brown spot removing and bacteriostatic effects of the examples are better than those of the corresponding comparative examples only due to the addition of the roselle extract, so that the addition of the roselle extract can enhance the brown spot removing and bacteriostatic effects.
The addition amount of the raspberry powder and the addition amount of the roselle extractive in the comparative examples 5 and 6 are 40 parts, the two do not show bacteriostatic ability, the speckle removing ability of the raspberry fruit powder is slightly higher than that of the roselle extractive, the trial results of the speckle removing and bacteriostatic of the examples 3 and 4 are better than that of the comparative example 3, the speckle removing and bacteriostatic effects of the example 3 are larger than the superposition value of the corresponding results of the comparative examples 3 and 6, and the speckle removing and bacteriostatic effects of the comparative example 4 are also larger than that of the comparative examples 3 and 5, but the speckle removing effect and the bacteriostatic effect are slightly lower than those of the example 3 due to the substitution of the raspberry powder for the roselle extractive in the comparative example 4, so that the speckle removing effect and the bacteriostatic effect can be improved by the addition of the raspberry powder and the roselle extractive, while the synergistic effect of the roselle extractive, the grape seed extractive and the cranberry extractive enables the speckle removing and bacteriostatic effects to be better, replacing the roselle extract with raspberry would destroy this synergistic effect, leading to a reduction in spot removal and bacteriostatic effects.
In comparative example 9 and comparative example 10, the addition amounts of the common cranberry fruit powder and the cranberry extract are both 20 parts, the freckle removing capability is not large, the bacteriostatic effect of the comparative example 10 is much higher than that of the comparative example 9, the result proves that the rationality of the cranberry extract containing a certain type A procyanidin in the patent of the invention is better than that of the comparative example 7, the freckle removing result of the comparative example 3 and the freckle removing result of the comparative example 8 are better than that of the comparative example 7, the freckle removing and bacteriostatic effect of the example 3 are both larger than the superposition value of the corresponding results of the comparative example 7 and the comparative example 10, and the freckle removing effect of the comparative example 8 is also larger than that of the corresponding results of the comparative example 7 and the comparative example 9, but the freckle removing effect is slightly worse than that of the example 3 and the bacteriostatic effect is much worse than that of the example 3 due to the adoption of the honeysuckle extract in the comparative example 8, however, the synergistic effect of the roselle extract, the grape seed extract and the cranberry extract is better in freckle removing and antibacterial effects, and the synergistic effect is destroyed by replacing the cranberry extract with the honeysuckle extract, so that the freckle removing and antibacterial effects are reduced.

The compositions of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 14 were tested for the prevention of urinary system infection, and the effect of the compositions on the treatment of urinary system infection was evaluated as an index, and the specific test methods were as follows, and the results are shown in table four.
Experimental method for treating female urinary infection
180 urinary infection subjects (occasionally, a symptomatic group) were selected, 10 subjects were selected as one group, 18 groups were counted, and 1 to 18 groups were respectively corresponding to example 1, example 2, example 3, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3, comparative example 4, comparative example 5, comparative example 6, comparative example 7, comparative example 8, comparative example 9, comparative example 10, comparative example 11, comparative example 12, comparative example 13, comparative example 14, and a control group. The test subjects took 0.8g of the trial sample each time, and the control group took 0.8g of sorbitol 1 time each in the morning and evening for 180 consecutive days.
Before and after the test, urinary system infection conditions of the testee are observed and scored respectively (0-3 points: no effect, 4-6 points: improvement, 7-10 points: obvious effect), and the analysis results are shown in the table three.

As can be seen from table four, the score of example 3 is the highest, and the test result of the population is basically consistent with the bacteriostatic result, while comparative example 6 only contains the roselle extract, and does not show the bacteriostatic effect, but the score is 2.7 in the experiment, which is inferred to be possibly caused by that the roselle contains certain organic acid to inhibit the bacterial proliferation. The composition of the invention can really achieve the effect of preventing and treating female urinary system infection.
The results in the table one, the table two, the table three and the table four show that the roselle extract, the cranberry extract and the grape seed extract really have a certain synergistic effect in the aspects of freckle removing and bacteriostasis effects, and when the content of organic acid in the roselle is within the range of 12-16%, the content of A-type procyanidine in the cranberry extract is within the range of 4.5-6.5% and the content of procyanidine in the grape seed extract is within the range of 85-95%, the freckle removing and bacteriostasis effects of the composition are better.
