本发明公开了一种洗发香波的生产技术，包括以下步骤，按质量份数称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15～25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚酸钠10～15份、肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯0.5～1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1～0.3份、卡波树脂0.3～1.2份、柠檬酸0.5～1.5份、尼泊金甲酯0.02～0.05份、色素适量0.4～0.8份、香精适量0.2～0.5份和去离子水100份；在反应器皿中加入肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯及尼泊金甲酯，加热至原料分解后拌匀；在反应器皿的原料不断搅拌下，将搅拌器容器中得到的混合液加入反应器皿，并充分搅匀；冷却后加入色素及香精，并搅匀；再加入50％水溶液的柠檬酸。本产品透明，使用方便。生能温合，洗后头发滑爽，柔软而有光泽，且易于梳理，具有护发沅发功效。

技术领域
本发明属于洗发香波生产技术领域，尤其是涉及一种洗发香波的生产技术。
背景技术
洗发水是指一种具有去头屑功能、焗油功能和染发等功能的护发产品。洗发水中含有多种成分，这些成份的综合作用能起到清洁头皮和头发的功能。通常洗发露中最能起作用的成份是表面活性剂，表面活性剂起着清洁头发和头皮的作用，当洗发液与水混在一起时能产生泡沫，不过泡沫的多少并不能反映出清洁能力的强弱。
洗发水的产品功效将越来越重要，特殊功能与辅助功能将不断细化。滋润营养，天然功效，天然美发，清新、清爽等将是未来的发展趋势。除了传统的去屑，防脱发等概念外，防晒、维生素、果酸，自然萃取动/植物精华、中草药调理、焗油、免洗润发等概念也纷纷渗透至洗发、护发领域，成为洗发水的新亮点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种集护发、洗发为一体洗发香波的生产技术。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种洗发香波的生产技术，包括以下步骤，
S1、原料配方：按质量份数称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15～25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚酸钠10～15份、肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯0.5～1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1～0.3份、卡波树脂0.3～1.2份、柠檬酸0.5～1.5份、尼泊金甲酯0.02～0.05份、色素适量0.4～0.8份、香精适量0.2～0.5份和去离子水100份；
S2、在反应器皿中加入肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯及尼泊金甲酯，并加热至65℃～75℃，待两种原料分解后拌匀；
S3、在另一搅拌器容器中加入去离子水、卡波树脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚酸钠及乙二胺四乙醇二钠，搅匀后加热至65℃～70℃，得到混合液；
S4、在反应器皿的原料不断搅拌下，将搅拌器容器中得到的混合液加入反应器皿，并充分搅匀；
S5、待反应器皿的原料冷却至35℃～45℃时加入色素及香精，并搅匀；
S6、再加入50％水溶液的柠檬酸，调节PH值至0.5～6.4，即制成洗发香波。
作为优选，步骤S2中反应器皿中加入的肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯及尼泊金甲酯的加热温度为70℃。
作为优选，步骤S5中在反应器皿的原料冷却至40℃时加入色素及香精。
作为优选，步骤S6中的PH值调节至3。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益之处是：本产品透明，使用方便。生能温合，洗后头发滑爽，柔软而有光泽，且易于梳理，具有护发沅发功效。本方法生产的洗发香波向功能性、成份天然化方向发展。使头发易于梳理，阻止头屑生成，彻底清洁头屑，营养发根，去除发质异味，使头发更健康亮泽，洗后留有愉悦的香气，感觉清新舒适。
具体实施方式：
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述：
实施例一
一种洗发香波的生产技术，其特征在于：包括以下步骤，
原料配方：按质量份数称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15～25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚酸钠10～15份、肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯0.5～1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1～0.3份、卡波树脂0.3～1.2份、柠檬酸0.5～1.5份、尼泊金甲酯0.02～0.05份、色素适量0.4～0.8份、香精适量0.2～0.5份和去离子水100份；
在反应器皿中加入1份肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯及0.03份尼泊金甲酯，并加热至70℃，待两种原料分解后拌匀；在另一搅拌器容器中加入100份去离子水、0.5份卡波树脂、20份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、10份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚酸钠及0.1份乙二胺四乙醇二钠，搅匀后加热至65℃～70℃，得到混合液；在反应器皿的原料不断搅拌下，将搅拌器容器中得到的混合液加入反应器皿，并充分搅匀；待反应器皿的原料冷却至40℃时加入色素及香精，并搅匀；再加入50％水溶液的柠檬酸，调节PH值至3，即制成洗发香波。

1.一种洗发香波的生产技术，其特征在于：包括以下步骤，
S1、原料配方：按质量份数称取脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15～25份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚酸钠10～15份、肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯0.5～1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1～0.3份、卡波树脂0.3～1.2份、柠檬酸0.5～1.5份、尼泊金甲酯0.02～0.05份、色素适量0.4～0.8份、香精适量0.2～0.5份和去离子水100份；
S2、在反应器皿中加入肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯及尼泊金甲酯，并加热至65℃～75℃，待两种原料分解后拌匀；
S3、在另一搅拌器容器中加入去离子水、卡波树脂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚酸钠及乙二胺四乙醇二钠，搅匀后加热至65℃～70℃，得到混合液；
S4、在反应器皿的原料不断搅拌下，将搅拌器容器中得到的混合液加入反应器皿，并充分搅匀；
S5、待反应器皿的原料冷却至35℃～45℃时加入色素及香精，并搅匀；
S6、再加入50％水溶液的柠檬酸，调节PH值至0.5～6.4，即制成洗发香波。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发香波的生产技术，其特征在于：步骤S2中反应器皿中加入的肉豆蔻酸豆蔻酯及尼泊金甲酯的加热温度为70℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗发香波的生产技术，其特征在于：步骤S5中在反应器皿的原料冷却至40℃时加入色素及香精。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗发香波的生产技术，其特征在于：步骤S6中的PH值调节至3。
