As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cleaning mechanism 3 is internally provided with a washing water column adjusting device 5, the water discharged from the cleaning head 301 of the cleaning mechanism 3 is subjected to angle adjustment of water flow through the washing water column adjusting device 5, the washing water column adjusting device 5 comprises a fixed arc plate 501 and a movable arc plate 502 which are installed inside the cleaning nozzle 306, one end of the fixed arc plate 501 and the movable arc plate 502 are both fixedly connected with the conduction pipe 11 through a semi-annular connecting plate 503, one end of the movable arc plate 502 is hinged with the semi-annular connecting plate 503 through a hinge 504, two sides of the other end of the movable arc plate 502 are respectively connected with a main elastic belt 505 and an auxiliary elastic belt 506, the end of the main elastic belt 505 is connected with a main telescopic rod 507, the end of the auxiliary elastic belt 506 is connected with an auxiliary telescopic rod 508, and the main telescopic rod 507 and the auxiliary telescopic rod 508 are both installed on the surface of the conduction, the rubber seats 9 are respectively installed at the tail ends of the main telescopic rod 507 and the auxiliary telescopic rod 508, water after passing through the cleaning head 301 is divided by the fixed arc-shaped plate 501 and the movable arc-shaped plate 502, so that the water inside the cleaning head 301 is discharged through the space of the fixed arc-shaped plate 501 and the movable arc-shaped plate 502, when the cleaning head is actually used, if the shape and size of the sprayed water flow are required to be enlarged, the main telescopic rod 507 is stretched outwards and the auxiliary telescopic rod 508 is contracted inwards, under the action of the main telescopic rod 507 and the auxiliary telescopic rod 508, the movable arc-shaped plate 502 is pulled by the main elastic belt 505 to move towards the direction far away from the fixed arc-shaped plate 501, so that the gap between the fixed arc-shaped plate 501 and the movable arc-shaped plate 502 is enlarged, the size of the discharged water can be enlarged, large stones can be washed by the large water flow, when the main elastic belt 505 is tightened, the loosened part of, therefore, the main telescopic rod 507 and the auxiliary telescopic rod 508 are in a tightened state, and play a role in fixing the movable arc-shaped plate 502, and the impact and pressure of water flow are effectively prevented from affecting the movable arc-shaped plate 502;
meanwhile, when the shape size of the sprayed water flow needs to be reduced, the main telescopic rod 507 is stretched outwards and contracted inwards, the main telescopic rod 507 is stretched outwards, the auxiliary telescopic rod 508 pulls the movable arc-shaped plate 502 to move towards the direction close to the fixed arc-shaped plate 501, a gap between the fixed arc-shaped plate 501 and the movable arc-shaped plate 502 is formed, the shape size of the sprayed water can be reduced, small stones are washed by smaller water flow, the same main telescopic rod 507 and the auxiliary telescopic rod 508 are in a tightening state, a fixing effect is achieved on the movable arc-shaped plate 502, impact and pressure of the water flow are effectively prevented from influencing the movable arc-shaped plate 502, the shape size of the water flow discharged by the cleaning head 301 is stable, and the stone washing effect is improved.

A stone washing device for urology surgery characterized by: the cleaning device comprises a water storage cavity (10), a conduction pipe (11) connected with the water storage cavity (10) and a cleaning mechanism (3) connected to the tail end of the conduction pipe (11), wherein a driving device (1) is installed at the outer end of the water storage cavity (10), the conduction pipe (11) is conducted and adjusted through a flow adjusting device (2), a clamping device (4) used for installing and fixing is installed outside the conduction pipe (11), and a flushing water column adjusting device (5) is installed inside the cleaning mechanism (3);
the water storage device is characterized in that a driving sleeve (6) is installed at one end of the surface of the water storage cavity (10), the driving device (1) comprises a driving rod (101) installed inside the driving sleeve (6) and an air blowing pipe (105) connected to the surface of the water storage cavity (10), a pushing seat (102) is installed at one end, extending out of the driving sleeve (6), of the driving rod (101), the other end of the driving rod is connected with a power seat (103), one end of the power seat (103) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the water storage cavity (10), and the other end of the power seat (103) is fixedly connected with the driving rod (101) through a connecting frame;
the power seat (103) comprises a plurality of hollow soft sheets (1031), the adjacent hollow soft sheets (1031) are fixedly connected through a pleat pad (1032), the surface of the pleat pad (1032) is provided with a plurality of parallel pleats (1033), the pleat pad (1032) is in sealing connection with the hollow soft sheets (1031) through a sealing gasket (1034), one end side of the air blowing pipe (105) far away from the water storage cavity (10) is connected with an auxiliary branch pipe (106), an adjusting piston (107) is installed inside the auxiliary branch pipe (106), the adjusting piston (107) is pushed through a piston rod (108), a plurality of filter screens (109) are installed inside the air blowing pipe (105), and the filter screens (109) adopt an inclined structure;
the flow regulating device (2) comprises an annular flow limiting sheet (201) arranged inside a conduction pipe (11), the annular flow limiting sheet (201) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the conduction pipe (11) through a positioning seat (202), a rectangular groove (203) is arranged inside the annular flow limiting sheet (201), a sealing regulating plate (204) is arranged inside the rectangular groove (203), a communicating groove (205) matched with the sealing regulating plate (204) is arranged inside the inner wall of one end of the rectangular groove (203), a regulating rod (206) is arranged inside the communicating groove (205), the regulating rod (206) is fixedly connected with the sealing regulating plate (204), and a layer of rubber sealing ring (207) is arranged on the outer wall of the sealing regulating plate (204);
the cleaning mechanism (3) comprises a cleaning head (301) connected to the tail end of a conduction pipe (11), a centralized plate (302) is installed inside the cleaning head (301), a plurality of conical grooves (303) are formed in the surface of the centralized plate (302), accelerating pipes (304) are connected to the bottom ends of the conical grooves (303), the accelerating pipes (304) are fixedly connected through a connecting frame (305), and the tail ends of all the accelerating pipes (304) are fixedly connected through cleaning nozzles (306); the flushing water column regulating device (5) comprises a fixed arc-shaped plate (501) and a movable arc-shaped plate (502) which are arranged inside the cleaning nozzle (306), the fixed arc-shaped plate (501) and the movable arc-shaped plate (502) are both connected with the conduction pipe (11) through a semi-annular connecting plate (503), one end of the movable arc-shaped plate (502) is hinged with the semi-annular connecting plate (503) through a hinge (504), the two sides of the other end of the movable arc-shaped plate (502) are respectively connected with a main elastic belt (505) and an auxiliary elastic belt (506), the tail end of the main elastic belt (505) is connected with a main telescopic rod (507), the tail end of the auxiliary elastic belt (506) is connected with an auxiliary telescopic rod (508), the main telescopic rod (507) and the auxiliary telescopic rod (508) are both arranged on the surface of the conduction pipe (11) through corresponding elastic sleeves (509), the tail ends of the main telescopic rod (507) and the auxiliary telescopic rod (508) are respectively provided with a rubber seat (9).
