Abstract
本发明涉及一种遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置。所要解决的问题就是背景技术:效率低、清洗不干净而且成本高,危险性大的问题。解决该问题的技术要点是:遥控电动机驱动滚轮在轨道内滚动,滑轮安装在轨道下方两侧,卷扬机上的钢丝绳通过连接盘将清洗机与轨道连接;上、下限位开关控制卷扬机断电;遥控器遥控清洗机升降和水箱开关;主动轴串联若干如下单元:轴承连接蜗杆轴两端,蜗杆轴与涡轮啮合,刷杆下端连接涡轮上端与毛刷连接;水箱设置若干出水口和注水口,若干刮水片连接托轴上的刮杆;底部设置储污桶;吸附轮上下滚动时始终吸附在玻璃或墙体上;压紧弹簧使得吸附轮、毛刷、刮水片压紧在玻璃或墙体上。可应用高层建筑玻璃幕墙的清洗。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种清洗装置,特别是适合高层建筑玻璃幕墙清洗的一种遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置。
背景技术:现代城市高层建筑的外墙面流行使用玻璃幕墙,具有独特的装饰效果。目前各种高层建筑玻璃幕墙的清洗作业,一般是用人工完成的。具体是用绳索把清洁工从高层建筑上吊挂着向下滑动,清洁工手持清洁工具配合清洁剂逐片洗刷墙体上的污垢。这种方式存在一是速度慢、清洗不干净而且成本高;二是具有很高危险性。特别是遇到风大的天气,工人在高空被风吹的左右前后摆动无法工作,既影响工作效率又危及人身安全。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是提出一种遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,以解决背景技术存在:速度慢效率低、清洗不干净而且成本高,具有很高危险性的问题。解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,其特征在于遥控电动机驱动滚轮在轨道内左右滚动,滑轮安装在轨道下方两侧,用来升降清洗机的卷扬机上的钢丝绳通过连接盘将清洗机与轨道连接;在清洗机上方和轨道下方装有上限位开关、下限位开关使得当限位接触时卷扬机断电;遥控器遥控清洗机上的接收器使清洗机升降到工作位置,遥控器遥控清洗机上的水箱开关;电机驱动A齿轮带动与之啮合的B齿轮转动,主动轴与B齿轮连接,主动轴串联若干如下单元:轴承连接蜗杆轴两端,蜗杆轴与涡轮啮合,刷杆下端连接涡轮,刷杆上端与毛刷连接;水箱设置若干出水口和注水口,若干出水口安装在与水箱连接的水管上;若干刮水片连接刮杆,刮杆安装在刮杆座上,刮杆座套在托轴上;清洗机底部设置其进口贴近玻璃或墙体上的储污桶以吸收污水;表面带有若干橡胶吸盘的吸附轮安装在托杆上由销轴固定,使得吸附轮上下滚动时始终吸附在玻璃或墙体上防止清洗机摆动;压紧弹簧安装在刮杆、吸附轮的托杆以及刷杆上,使得吸附轮、毛刷、刮水片压紧在玻璃或墙体上。其中,若干刮杆与刷杆处于上下对应位置。定位橡胶轮安装在清洗机上下两端以减震。安装于清洗机的蓄电池上设有充电接线柱。
本发明与背景技术比较所具有的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,当开始工作时按下遥控器的卷扬机按钮,清洗机上的接收器接受信号,控制清洗机升降到工作位置,再按下遥控水箱按钮时水箱开关打开,电机和卷扬机同时工作,电机带动A齿轮转动,带动与之啮合且安装与主动轴上齿轮B转动,主动轴上所串联的若干单元通过轴承以及蜗杆轴、涡轮的传动,将水平转动转化为垂直转动,带动刷杆上的毛刷高速转动,同时若干出水口将水箱内的水喷洒在玻璃上,毛刷在水的作用下对璃表面灰尘污垢进行洗刷,同时刮水片压在玻璃上,把毛刷刷下的灰尘污垢刮干净,储污桶的进口贴附在玻璃上,把上方清洗下来的污水全部吸收到桶内,防止在高空落下造成污染,表面带有若干吸橡胶吸盘的吸附轮随清洗机升降而上下滚动时,始终吸附在玻璃或墙体上防止清洗机摆动,压紧弹簧安装在刮杆、吸附轮的托杆以及刷杆上,使得吸附轮、毛刷、刮水片压紧在玻璃或墙体上,并能根据墙体的高低,调节毛刷和刮水片、吸附轮的角度,把高低不平的墙体都能清洗到位,橡胶轮则起到减震作用。综上所述,本发明完全由一人遥控操作就能代替大量人工作业,实现了高层建筑玻璃幕墙清洗作业的机械化和自动化,并且清洗效果和工作效率显著提高,无作业污染,更重要的是完全避免了人工高空作业的危险性,适用于各种高层建筑玻璃幕墙清洗,工作效率、安全性和经济性都显著提高。

具体实施方式:参考图1、图2,一种遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,其特征在于遥控电动机1驱动滚轮2在轨道3内左右滚动,滑轮6安装在轨道3下方两侧,用来升降清洗机的卷扬机4上的钢丝绳5通过连接盘7将清洗机与轨道3连接;在清洗机上方和轨道3下方装有上限位开关35、下限位开关36使得当限位接触时卷扬机4断电;遥控器33遥控清洗机上的接收器37使清洗机升降到工作位置,遥控器33遥控清洗机上的水箱开关34;电机13驱动A齿轮31带动与之啮合的B齿轮14转动,主动轴15与B齿轮14连接,主动轴15串联若干如下单元:轴承16连接蜗杆轴17两端,蜗杆轴17与涡轮18啮合,刷杆12下端连接涡轮18,刷杆12上端与毛刷11连接;水箱30设置若干出水口20和注水口27,若干出水口20安装在与水箱30连接的水管19上;若干刮水片8连接刮杆9,刮杆9安装在刮杆座23上,刮杆座23套在托轴22上;清洗机底部设置其进口贴近玻璃或墙体上的储污桶21以吸收污水;表面带有若干橡胶吸盘的吸附轮10安装在托杆28上由销轴29固定,使得吸附轮10上下滚动时始终吸附在玻璃或墙体上防止清洗机摆动;压紧弹簧26安装在刮杆9、吸附轮10 的托杆28以及刷杆12上,使得吸附轮10、毛刷11、刮水片8压紧在玻璃或墙体上;若干刮杆9与刷杆12处于上下对应位置;定位橡胶轮32安装在清洗机上下两端以减震;安装于清洗机的蓄电池25上设有充电接线柱24。

1.一种遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,其特征在于遥控电动机(1)驱动滚轮(2)在轨道(3)内左右滚动,滑轮(6)安装在轨道(3)下方两侧,用来升降清洗机的卷扬机(4)上的钢丝绳(5)通过连接盘(7)将清洗机与轨道(3)连接;在清洗机上方和轨道(3)下方装有上限位开关(35)、下限位开关(36)使得当限位接触时卷扬机(4)断电;遥控器(33)遥控清洗机上的接收器(37)使清洗机升降到工作位置,遥控器(33)遥控清洗机上的水箱开关(34);电机(13)驱动A齿轮(31)带动与之啮合的B齿轮(14)转动,主动轴(15)与B齿轮(14)连接,主动轴(15)串联若干如下单元:轴承(16)连接蜗杆轴(17)两端,蜗杆轴(17)与涡轮(18)啮合,刷杆(12)下端连接涡轮(18),刷杆(12)上端与毛刷(11)连接;水箱(30)设置若干出水口(20)和注水口(27),若干出水口(20)安装在与水箱(30)连接的水管(19)上;若干刮水片(8)连接刮杆(9),刮杆(9)安装在刮杆座(23)上,刮杆座(23)套在托轴(22)上;清洗机底部设置其进口贴近玻璃或墙体上的储污桶(21)以吸收污水;表面带有若干橡胶吸盘的吸附轮(10)安装在托杆(28)上由销轴(29)固定,使得吸附轮(10)上下滚动时始终吸附在玻璃或墙体上防止清洗机摆动;压紧弹簧(26)安装在刮杆(9)、吸附轮(10) 的托杆(28)以及刷杆(12)上,使得吸附轮(10)、毛刷(11)、刮水片(8)压紧在玻璃或墙体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,其特征在于若干刮杆(9)与刷杆(12)处于上下对应位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,其特征在于定位橡胶轮(32)安装在清洗机上下两端以减震。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,其特征在于安装于清洗机的蓄电池(25)上设有充电接线柱(24)。
5.根据权利要求3所述遥控操作的玻璃幕墙自动清洗装置,其特征在于安装于清洗机的蓄电池(25)上设有充电接线柱(24)。
