Description

Crawler walking type hydraulic support
Technical Field
The invention relates to coal mine machinery, in particular to a crawler walking type hydraulic support suitable for uneven top and bottom plates of a roadway or weak bottom plates.
Background
The hydraulic support is used as key equipment of a fully mechanized mining face, and the technical requirements are that the hydraulic support can be supported and moved. The crawler traveling type hydraulic support is one type of hydraulic support and generally comprises a base, an electric control hydraulic tank and a hydraulic support which are arranged on the upper portion of the base, a hydraulic cylinder, a top beam controlled by the hydraulic cylinder, a coal plough plate arranged on the front portion of the base and two crawler traveling mechanisms respectively arranged on two sides of the lower portion of the base, wherein crawler plates in the crawler traveling mechanisms are single-plane crawler plates.
When the phenomenon of uneven bottom plate due to coal cutting operation of mining machinery such as a coal mining machine or a heading machine on an underground coal face or deformation and damage of surrounding rocks of a roadway occurs, or the bottom plate is soft and broken rocks, the hydraulic support adopting the single-plane track shoe can influence the load mode of the top plate and the bottom plate on the support due to different-degree fluctuation changes of the contact surfaces of the top plate, the bottom plate and the support, so that the support is damaged, or the support of the hydraulic support is unstable due to small contact areas of the top plate, the bottom plate and the support, so that the support function of the hydraulic support is influenced; when the base plate is soft and broken rock mass, the single-plane track shoe is easy to sink into the soft base plate, so that the driving force of the support is insufficient, the support is difficult to walk and the support is difficult to escape.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems of the existing crawler belt walking type hydraulic support when the bottom plate is uneven and the bottom plate is soft, the invention aims to improve the existing crawler belt walking type hydraulic support and provides the crawler belt walking type hydraulic support which can adapt to uneven or soft bottom plate.
The invention provides a crawler walking type hydraulic support, which comprises a base; an electric control hydraulic tank and a hydraulic support are arranged on the upper part of the base; a hydraulic cylinder supported by the hydraulic support; a top beam controlled by a hydraulic cylinder; a coal plough plate arranged at the front part of the base and two crawler travelling mechanisms arranged at the two sides of the lower part of the base (wherein the base, the electric control hydraulic tank, the hydraulic support, the hydraulic cylinder, the top beam and the coal plough plate have basically the same structure as the existing crawler travelling hydraulic support);
the crawler plate of the crawler traveling mechanism consists of a main crawler plate and two auxiliary crawler plates which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the main crawler plate through a crawler plate supporting frame; the plane of the two auxiliary shoes is inclined outwardly by 40 to 60 relative to the plane of the main shoe; the main track shoe driving chain wheel and the two auxiliary track shoe driving chain wheels are connected into a whole through a main track shoe driving chain wheel box body and an auxiliary track shoe driving chain wheel box body which are mutually connected, and are connected with a hydraulic motor through a connecting flange fixedly connected with one end of one auxiliary track shoe driving chain wheel box body, and the hydraulic motor drives the hydraulic motor to synchronously run; the inner sides of the two auxiliary track shoes are respectively provided with an inclined supporting cushion block which enables the auxiliary track shoes to incline outwards, the inclined supporting cushion blocks are connected with the auxiliary track shoe rail chains on the inner sides, and the auxiliary track shoe rail chains on the two sides are hinged through a plurality of groups of rail chain pin shafts; the lower side of the main creeper tread support frame and the lower side of the auxiliary creeper tread support frame are respectively hinged with a plurality of groups of main creeper tread thrust wheels and auxiliary creeper tread thrust wheels which are longitudinally arranged; the rear end of the main creeper tread support frame is provided with a main creeper tread guide wheel, and the rear end of the auxiliary creeper tread support frame is provided with an auxiliary creeper tread guide wheel.
Compared with the prior crawler traveling type hydraulic support, the crawler traveling type hydraulic support has the advantages that:
the crawler plate of the crawler traveling mechanism comprises a main crawler plate and two auxiliary crawler plates which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the main crawler plate, and the main crawler plate and the two auxiliary crawler plates are not on the same plane, so that the contact area between a roadway bottom plate and a hydraulic support is increased, and more importantly, the hydraulic support can be suitable for an uneven bottom plate and a soft bottom plate. When the hydraulic support meets an uneven bottom plate, at least one of the main track shoe and the two auxiliary track shoes is connected with the sunken bottom plate, the phenomenon that the track shoe is suspended or the track shoe is in line contact with the bottom plate like the traditional crawler walking type hydraulic support can not occur, and the problems that the hydraulic support is unstable in support and the support is damaged due to unbalanced load can be effectively avoided. When the hydraulic support meets a soft bottom plate, both the main track shoe and the two auxiliary track shoes can be in contact with the bottom plate, so that the contact area and the driving force of the hydraulic support and the bottom plate are effectively ensured to be large enough, and the hydraulic support can walk and escape from the sunk soft bottom plate.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the crawler-type hydraulic support of the present embodiment includes a base 2; an electric control hydraulic tank 4 and a hydraulic support 3 are arranged on the upper part of the base, and the hydraulic support supports a hydraulic cylinder 6; the upper part of the hydraulic support is provided with a top beam 7 controlled by a hydraulic cylinder; the front part of the base is provided with a coal plough plate 5; the two crawler traveling mechanisms 1 are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the base; the base, the electric control hydraulic tank, the hydraulic support, the hydraulic cylinder, the top beam and the coal plough plate have basically the same structure as the existing crawler walking type hydraulic support.
As shown in fig. 2, the track shoes of the two crawler traveling mechanisms are composed of a main track shoe 11 and two auxiliary track shoes 12 symmetrically installed on both sides of the main track shoe by means of shoe supports (including a main shoe support 13 and an auxiliary shoe support 14 described below).
As shown in fig. 3, the plane of the two auxiliary shoes is inclined outwardly at 40 ° relative to the plane of the main shoe.
As shown in fig. 4, the main shoe drive sprocket 15 and the two auxiliary shoe drive sprockets 16 are integrally connected to each other by a main shoe drive sprocket housing 17 and an auxiliary shoe drive sprocket housing 18, which are connected to each other, and are connected to a hydraulic motor (not shown) by a connecting flange 116 fixedly connected to one end of one of the auxiliary shoe drive sprocket housings, so that they are driven by the same hydraulic motor to synchronously operate.
As shown in fig. 3, the inner sides of the two auxiliary track shoes are respectively provided with an inclined support pad 114 for inclining the auxiliary track shoes outwards, the inclined support pads are connected with the inner auxiliary track shoe rail chains 113, and the rail chains of the auxiliary track shoes on both sides are hinged through a plurality of sets of rail chain pin shafts 115.
As shown in fig. 2, the underside of the main shoe support frame 13 and the underside of the auxiliary shoe support frame 14 are respectively articulated with a plurality of sets of longitudinally arranged main shoe track rollers 19 and auxiliary shoe track rollers 110; the rear end of the main creeper tread support frame is provided with a main creeper tread guide wheel 111, and the rear end of the auxiliary creeper tread support frame is provided with an auxiliary creeper tread guide wheel 112.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the crawler traveling mechanism on the left side of the hydraulic support meets a working condition A, the crawler traveling mechanism sinks into a weak bottom plate, and the contact area between the crawler plate and the bottom plate is large enough, so that the driving force of the support can be ensured to be large enough, and the support can walk and escape from the sunk bottom plate; when the right crawler belt travelling mechanism meets the condition B, the support inclines leftwards, and because the main crawler belt plate plane and the two auxiliary crawler belt plate planes are not on the same plane, the crawler belt travelling mechanism can be ensured not to be suspended or in line contact when being in contact with the raised bottom plate, and the driving force can be ensured to be large enough; when the hydraulic support meets the working condition C, the two crawler traveling mechanisms are both positioned at the sunken parts of the bottom plate, and the inclined auxiliary crawler plates on the inner sides of the two crawler traveling mechanisms are respectively contacted with the bottom plate at the sunken parts, so that the crawler traveling mechanisms can be prevented from being suspended or being in line contact with the bottom plate, and the driving force of the support is ensured to be large enough.
The crawler traveling type hydraulic support solves the problem that the support is difficult to travel due to uneven or weak bottom plates of the existing roadway through the improvement of the crawler traveling mechanism, and improves the working efficiency of the support.
