Abstract
本发明公开了一种机洗餐具清洗剂,包括辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二乙醇胺、羧甲基纤维素钠、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、氟硅消泡剂、聚乙二醇、碳酸钠和水。本发明清洗剂的洗涤效果突出,在保证泡沫量小的同时仍具有较强的润湿、乳化和皂化油脂的作用,去污力高,针对餐具残留的油脂、蛋白污垢和茶垢有显著的去污效果。并且,本产品不伤手,冲洗方便,具有省水、省电、洗涤效果高等特点,在大规模机洗行业应用时经济效益高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,属于日化领域,具体涉及一种机洗餐具清洗剂。
背景技术
我国餐具清洗剂的开发和上市开始于20世纪80年代初,到20世纪90年代餐具洗涤剂在液体洗涤剂中已遥遥领先,无论在产量、品种和质量上都得到了长足的发展。进入21世纪之后,机洗餐具在国内已经开始流行,主要用于饭店、酒楼、宾馆等饮食行业场所。但是,目前的餐具清洗剂还存在很多的不足之处。现在的餐具洗涤剂在洗涤过程中会产生泡沫,这样我们就需要多次冲洗,一方面将造成水资源的浪费,另一方面降低了餐具的清洗效率。另外,餐具清洗剂使用后很难降解,容易造成环境污染。
发明内容
为了克服上述餐具清洗剂的使用缺陷,本申请提供一种具有低泡、高效、功能齐全、使用安全方便的机洗餐具洗涤剂。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方法实现:一种机洗餐具清洗剂,包括辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二乙醇胺、羧甲基纤维素钠、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、氟硅消泡剂、聚乙二醇、碳酸钠和水。
优选的,所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,以质量分数计,所述辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1~3%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3~5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯3~5%、二乙醇胺3~5%、羧甲基纤维素钠1~2%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲5~8%、氟硅消泡剂2~4%、聚乙二醇2~4%、碳酸钠2~4%和水65~75%。
优选的,所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,以质量分数计,所述辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯4%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯4%、二乙醇胺4%、羧甲基纤维素钠2%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲6%、氟硅消泡剂3%、聚乙二醇3%、碳酸钠3%和水67%。
优选的,所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,所述羧甲基纤维素钠的分子量为15000~500000,且羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为0.7~0.9。
优选的,所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,将水加入到搅拌釜中,加热至80℃,开始搅拌,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、氟硅消泡剂、碳酸钠至完全溶解,停止加热,再将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二乙醇胺、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、聚乙二醇预混后一并加入并搅拌均匀,静置,得到所述机洗餐具清洗剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:本发明清洗剂的洗涤效果突出,在保证泡沫量小的同时仍具有较强的润湿、乳化和皂化油脂的作用,去污力高,针对餐具残留的油脂、蛋白污垢和茶垢有显著的去污效果。并且,本产品不伤手,冲洗方便,具有省水、省电、洗涤效果高等特点,在大规模机洗行业应用时经济效益高。

为更好地理解本发明,下面通过以下实施例对本发明作进一步具体的阐述,但不可理解为对本发明的限定,对于本领域的技术人员根据上述发明内容所作的一些非本质的改进与调整,也视为落在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
一种机洗餐具清洗剂,以质量分数计,包括辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯4%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯4%、二乙醇胺4%、羧甲基纤维素钠2%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲6%、氟硅消泡剂3%、聚乙二醇3%、碳酸钠3%和水67%。
羧甲基纤维素钠的分子量为500000,且羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为0.9。
将水加入到搅拌釜中,加热至80℃,开始搅拌,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、氟硅消泡剂、碳酸钠至完全溶解,停止加热,再将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二乙醇胺、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、聚乙二醇预混后一并加入并搅拌均匀,静置,得到所述机洗餐具清洗剂。
实施例2
一种机洗餐具清洗剂,以质量分数计,包括辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯5%、二乙醇胺5%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲5%、氟硅消泡剂2%、聚乙二醇2%、碳酸钠2%和水71%。
羧甲基纤维素钠的分子量为300000,且羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为0.7。
将水加入到搅拌釜中,加热至80℃,开始搅拌,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、氟硅消泡剂、碳酸钠至完全溶解,停止加热,再将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二乙醇胺、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、聚乙二醇预混后一并加入并搅拌均匀,静置,得到所述机洗餐具清洗剂。

1.一种机洗餐具清洗剂,其特征在于:包括辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二乙醇胺、羧甲基纤维素钠、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、氟硅消泡剂、聚乙二醇、碳酸钠和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,其特征在于:以质量分数计,所述辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1~3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1~3%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3~5%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯3~5%、二乙醇胺3~5%、羧甲基纤维素钠1~2%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲5~8%、氟硅消泡剂2~4%、聚乙二醇2~4%、碳酸钠2~4%和水65~75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,其特征在于:以质量分数计,所述辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯4%、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯4%、二乙醇胺4%、羧甲基纤维素钠2%、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲6%、氟硅消泡剂3%、聚乙二醇3%、碳酸钠3%和水67%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,其特征在于:所述羧甲基纤维素钠的分子量为15000~500000,且羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为0.7~0.9。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种机洗餐具清洗剂,其特征在于:将水加入到搅拌釜中,加热至80℃,开始搅拌,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、氟硅消泡剂、碳酸钠至完全溶解,停止加热,再将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、二乙醇胺、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、聚乙二醇预混后一并加入并搅拌均匀,静置,得到所述机洗餐具清洗剂。
