本发明涉及一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机，包括机架，以及可转动的固定在机架上的转动辊、牵引辊、涂胶辊和承压辊，涂胶辊位于承压辊的上方，转动辊和牵引辊分别位于涂胶辊的两侧，所述机架上设有第一限位杆和第二限位杆，第一限位杆位于转动辊和涂胶辊之间，第二限位杆位于涂胶辊与牵引辊之间，所述涂胶辊包括内辊体、外辊体和电机，所述内辊体为中空的圆柱体结构，内辊体内设有储胶腔，能够保证装饰纸的生产质量，降低了废品率，降低了成本。

一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂胶机，特别涉及一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机。
背景技术
装饰纸的生产需要用到卧式一次浸渍二次覆涂干燥生产线，生产线内具有以下设备：浸渍机、冷却机、涂胶机、牵引机、切纸机等。
现有的涂胶机包括涂胶辊和承压辊，涂胶辊工作过程中整体旋转，胶液填充设置在涂胶辊中，胶液随着涂胶辊进行旋转，无法保证涂胶均匀，也就无法保证装饰纸的生产质量，增加了废品率，提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺点提供一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机，能够保证装饰纸的生产质量，降低了废品率，降低了成本。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：
一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机，包括机架，以及可转动的固定在机架上的转动辊、牵引辊、涂胶辊和承压辊，涂胶辊位于承压辊的上方，转动辊和牵引辊分别位于涂胶辊的两侧，所述机架上设有第一限位杆和第二限位杆，第一限位杆位于转动辊和涂胶辊之间，第二限位杆位于涂胶辊与牵引辊之间；
所述涂胶辊包括内辊体、外辊体和电机，所述内辊体为中空的圆柱体结构，内辊体内设有储胶腔，内辊体两端分别设有第一固定轴和第二固定轴，进胶管穿过第二固定轴与储胶腔相连通，进胶管与胶液罐相连接，内辊体的外壁上轴向设有6个压胶条，相邻的两个压胶条之间形成过胶腔，过胶腔壁上设有若干第一出胶孔；所述外辊体为中空的圆柱体结构，外辊体包覆在内辊体外部，外辊体一端通过轴承可转动的固定在第二固定轴上，外辊体另一端上固定有从动齿轮，电机上设有主动齿轮，主动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合，所述外辊体上设有若干第二出胶孔；涂胶辊通过第一固定轴和第二固定轴固定在机架上。
上述一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机，其中，所述第一限位杆和第二限位杆的顶端均设有一个定位凸出，定位凸出为球冠结构。
上述一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机，其中，所述第二出胶孔包括内出胶孔和外出胶孔，内出胶孔的截面为等腰梯形结构，外出胶孔的截面为长方体结构，内出胶孔的外径d1大于外出胶孔的直径d2。
本发明的有益效果为：
本发明的涂胶辊位于承压辊的上方，涂胶辊分为内辊体和外辊体，内辊体通过第一固定轴和第二固定轴固定在机架上，胶液罐通过进胶管向储胶腔内，储胶腔通过第一出胶孔向过胶腔内通入胶液，电机转动，通过主动齿轮控制从动齿轮转动，从动齿轮带动外辊体转动，转动过程中胶液进入第二出胶孔中，再通过压胶条压出即可涂覆到装饰纸上；
装饰纸通过纸卷固定在转动轴上，纸卷经过涂胶辊和承压辊再绕合在承压辊上，第一限位杆和第二限位杆起到了限位和引导的作用，球冠结构的定位凸出能够有效防止装饰纸被划伤；
内辊体不转动而外辊体转动的涂胶方式，胶液并不转动，只是通过压胶条将胶液挤出，更加稳定，安全可靠；
第二出胶孔的结构设置，充分保证的出胶顺畅，不会堵胶；
综上所述能够保证装饰纸的生产质量，降低了废品率，降低了成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机，包括机架1，以及可转动的固定在机架上的转动辊2、牵引辊3、涂胶辊4和承压辊5，涂胶辊位于承压辊的上方，转动辊和牵引辊分别位于涂胶辊的两侧，所述机架上设有第一限位杆6和第二限位杆7，第一限位杆位于转动辊和涂胶辊之间，第二限位杆位于涂胶辊与牵引辊之间，所述第一限位杆和第二限位杆的顶端均设有一个定位凸出8，定位凸出为球冠结构；
所述涂胶辊包括内辊体9、外辊体10和电机11，所述内辊体为中空的圆柱体结构，内辊体内设有储胶腔12，内辊体两端分别设有第一固定轴13和第二固定轴14，进胶管15穿过第二固定轴与储胶腔相连通，进胶管与胶液罐16相连接，内辊体的外壁上轴向设有6个压胶条17，相邻的两个压胶条之间形成过胶腔18，过胶腔壁上设有若干第一出胶孔19；所述外辊体为中空的圆柱体结构，外辊体包覆在内辊体外部，外辊体一端通过轴承20可转动的固定在第二固定轴上，外辊体另一端上固定有从动齿轮21，电机上设有主动齿轮22，主动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合，所述外辊体上设有若干第二出胶孔23；涂胶辊通过第一固定轴和第二固定轴固定在机架上，所述第二出胶孔包括内出胶孔24和外出胶孔25，内出胶孔的截面为等腰梯形结构，外出胶孔的截面为长方体结构，内出胶孔的外径d1大于外出胶孔的直径d2。

1.一种装饰纸生产用涂胶机，其特征为，包括机架，以及可转动的固定在机架上的转动辊、牵引辊、涂胶辊和承压辊，涂胶辊位于承压辊的上方，转动辊和牵引辊分别位于涂胶辊的两侧，所述机架上设有第一限位杆和第二限位杆，第一限位杆位于转动辊和涂胶辊之间，第二限位杆位于涂胶辊与牵引辊之间；
