Abstract
The invention provides a skin-care ointment and a preparation method thereof, wherein the skin-care ointment comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30.0-50.0% of silicon polymer, 1.0-5.0% of emulsifier, 20.0-40.0% of grease, 5.0-10.0% of wax and the balance of deionized water, wherein the skin-care ointment contains the silicon polymer, so that the lightness and the cleaness of the product are improved, and the product is easy to absorb; the silicon polymer and the emulsifier are reasonably compounded, so that the stability of the product is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, relates to skin-care ointment and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to skin-care ointment containing a silicon polymer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the formula of skin care products is gradually diversified, the performance is gradually specialized, and the requirements of consumers of different types, different ages and different levels are met. The ointment type skin care product is an oily product consisting of oil, wax, essence and preservative, is insoluble in water, has the functions of lubricating, softening skin and moisturizing, and is popular with consumers because of convenient carrying and use at any time. CN 106890113A discloses a transparent skin care lipstick, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 12.0% ozokerite, 18.0% beeswax, 6.0% microcrystalline wax, 20.0% white vaseline, 10.0% cocoa butter, 15.0% white oil, 5.0% olive oil, 10.0% isopropyl myristate, 2.0% wool acid, 2.0% polyethylene glycol lanolin acid ester and a proper amount of essence. However, lipsticks are thick and heavy and cannot be used to care for facial skin.
CN 106361667A discloses a snake oil ointment, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of snake oil, 1-5 parts of hyaluronic acid or sodium salt thereof and 1-10 parts of vegetables and fruits, which have the functions of removing wrinkles, resisting cracks, preserving moisture, nourishing skin, improving skin elasticity and the like, but have thick and heavy texture, strong sticky feeling and poor skin feeling.
Therefore, the skin-care ointment which is fresh and moisturized, moisturized and brightened and has wrinkle reduction is provided, and has important significance and wide market prospect in the field of daily cosmetics.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the emulsifier is present in the skin care cream in a mass percentage of 1.0-5.0%, for example 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%, preferably 2.0-4.0%, and more preferably 2.0%.

Preferably, the emulsifier is any one or a combination of at least two of cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane or cetyl polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane.
Preferably, the grease is any one or a combination of at least two of dioctyl carbonate, isononyl isononanoate, octyl eicosanoate, isopropyl isostearate or ethylhexyl hydroxystearate, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane or methylpolytrimethylsiloxane.
Preferably, the wax is any one of paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, beeswax, tribehenate, ceresin or polyethylene wax or a combination of at least two of the paraffin wax, the microcrystalline wax, the beeswax and the polyethylene wax.
Preferably, the skin care ointment further comprises mineral powder.
Preferably, the mineral powder is present in the skin care ointment in an amount of 1.0-5.0% by weight, for example 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5%, preferably 5.0%.
Preferably, the mineral powder is any one or a combination of at least two of titanium dioxide, mica, silica or zinc oxide.

in a second aspect, the present invention provides a method of preparing a skin care cream according to the first aspect, comprising the steps of:
(1) uniformly stirring silicon polymer, emulsifier, grease and mineral powder according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding wax and deionized water into the mixed solution in the step (1) according to the formula proportion, heating for dissolving, and uniformly stirring;
(3) cooling, filling and cooling to obtain the skin-care ointment.
Preferably, the heating temperature in step (2) is 80-90 deg.C, such as 80 deg.C, 81 deg.C, 82 deg.C, 83 deg.C, 84 deg.C, 85 deg.C, 86 deg.C, 87 deg.C, 88 deg.C, 89 deg.C or 90 deg.C, preferably 84-86 deg.C.

(3) cooling to 60-70 deg.C, bottling, and cooling to obtain the skin care ointment.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the skin-care ointment disclosed by the invention is added with the silicon polymer, so that the lightness and the cleaness of the product are improved, the product is easy to absorb, and a certain skin-brightening effect is achieved;
(2) the silicon polymer in the skin-care ointment is reasonably compounded with the emulsifier, so that the ointment has the effect of fully stabilizing the ointment;
(3) the skin-care ointment prepared by the invention is placed in high-temperature and low-temperature environments for three months, has good stability and uniform texture, and does not have the phenomena of oil separation and crystal precipitation.

To further illustrate the technical means adopted by the present invention and the effects thereof, the present invention is further described below with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention.
The examples do not show the specific techniques or conditions, according to the technical or conditions described in the literature in the field, or according to the product specifications. The reagents or apparatus used are conventional products commercially available from normal sources, not indicated by the manufacturer.
Example 1
The formulation of the skin care ointment is shown in table 1.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring C30-45 alkyl cetearyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, dioctyl carbonate, isopropyl isostearate, titanium dioxide and mica according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding paraffin, microcrystalline wax and deionized water into the mixed solution in the step (1) according to the formula proportion, heating to 85 ℃, and dissolving and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to 65 deg.C, bottling, and cooling to obtain the skin care ointment.
Example 2
The formulation of the skin care ointment is shown in table 2.

(1) uniformly stirring C30-45 alkyl cetearyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, dioctyl carbonate, isononyl isononanoate, titanium dioxide and silica according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding beeswax, microcrystalline wax and deionized water into the mixed solution in the step (1) according to a formula ratio, heating to 84 ℃, and dissolving and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to 65 deg.C, bottling, and cooling to obtain the skin care ointment.
Example 3
The formulation of the skin care ointment is shown in table 3.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring cetearyl dimethyl silicone polymer/vinyl dimethyl silicone polymer cross-linked polymer, lauryl PEG-9 dimethyl silicone ethyl dimethyl silicone, cyclopenta dimethyl silicone, isopropyl isostearate, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding polyethylene wax, microcrystalline wax and deionized water into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) according to a formula ratio, heating to 86 ℃, and dissolving and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to 65 deg.C, bottling, and cooling to obtain the skin care ointment.
Example 4
The formulation of the skin care ointment is shown in table 4.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring polydimethylsiloxane/phenyl vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, eicosanoic acid octyl ester and titanium dioxide according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding Sanbehen essence and deionized water into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) according to a formula ratio, heating to 80 ℃, and dissolving and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to 60 deg.C, bottling, and cooling to obtain the skin care ointment.
Example 5
The formulation of the skin care ointment is shown in table 5.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/lauryl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, cetyl polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, methyl trimethicone, ethylhexyl hydroxystearate and titanium dioxide according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding ceresin and deionized water into the mixed solution in the step (1) according to the formula proportion, heating to 90 ℃, and dissolving and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to 70 deg.C, bottling, and cooling to obtain the skin care ointment.
Comparative example 1
Compared with the skin care ointment prepared in the embodiment 1, the skin care ointment prepared in the embodiment 1 is identical to the skin care ointment prepared in the embodiment 1 except that the silicon polymer is not contained, and the mass percentage of deionized water in the skin care ointment is 53.0%.
Comparative example 2
Compared with the skin care ointment prepared in the embodiment 1, the deionized water does not contain cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, the mass percentage of the deionized water in the skin care ointment is 5.0%, and the preparation method is the same as the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 3
Compared with the skin care ointment prepared in the example 1, the mass percent of the C30-45 alkyl cetearyl dimethicone crosspolymer in the skin care ointment is 30.0%, the mass percent of the dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer in the skin care ointment is 30.0%, the mass percent of the wax in the skin care ointment is 1.0%, the mineral powder is not contained, and the preparation method is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 4
Compared with the skin care ointment prepared in the example 1, the mass percent of the C30-45 alkyl cetearyl dimethicone crosspolymer in the skin care ointment is 10.0%, the mass percent of the dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer in the skin care ointment is 10.0%, the mass percent of the deionized water in the skin care ointment is 33.0%, and other preparation methods are the same as the example 1.
High and Low temperature stability test
The skin care ointments of examples and comparative examples were sealed, placed in a constant temperature airtight drying cabinet, and left at different temperatures for three months, and the stability of the skin care ointments was observed, and the results are shown in table 6.

Therefore, the skin-care ointments of examples 1-5 adopt the mutual matching of the silicon polymer and the emulsifier, and are reasonably compounded, so that the prepared skin-care ointments have excellent high and low temperature stability; the skin care ointment of comparative example 1 does not contain a silicon polymer, the skin care ointment of comparative example 2 does not contain an emulsifier, the ointment cannot exert a synergistic effect and is stable, the stability of the ointment is poor, and water and oil separation, thickening and crystal precipitation can occur in high and low temperature environments; the skin care ointments of comparative examples 3-4 had unreasonable percentages by mass of silicon polymer and poor stability.
Sensory evaluation test
In order to evaluate the use effect of the skin care ointment of the present invention, 10 subjects were selected to be subjected to skin feel evaluation tests using the skin care ointments of examples and comparative examples as test samples.
In a constant temperature independent environment, the relative humidity is 50 +/-5%, after the test subject takes a rest for 1 hour, the test subject uses the skin-care ointments of the examples and the comparative examples, the skin-care ointments are graded according to the feeling in the using process, the grading is 10 points, 1 point is the worst effect, and 10 points are the best effect. The results are shown in Table 7 and FIG. 1.

Therefore, the using feeling of the skin-care ointment of the embodiment is obviously better than that of the skin-care ointment of the comparative example, and particularly shows four aspects of the refreshing property, the lightness property, the absorbability and the skin-brightening effect. The skin care ointment disclosed by the invention is not greasy, is quick to absorb, and has certain effects of covering fine lines and brightening skin.
In conclusion, the skin-care ointment of the invention contains the silicon polymer, so that the lightness and the cleaness of the product are improved, and the product is easy to absorb; the silicon polymer and the emulsifier are reasonably compounded, so that the stability of the product is improved, the texture is uniform, and the phenomena of oil separation and crystal precipitation are avoided.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated in detail by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed methods, i.e. it is not meant that the present invention must rely on the above detailed methods for its implementation. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The stable light and refreshing skin-care ointment is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
the silicon polymer is any one or the combination of at least two of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, C30-45 alkyl cetearyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, cetearyl polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane/phenyl vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer or vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/lauryl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer;
the emulsifier is any one or the combination of at least two of cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane or cetyl polyethylene glycol/polypropylene glycol-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane;
the grease is any one or the combination of at least two of dioctyl carbonate, isononyl isononanoate, octyl eicosanoate, isopropyl isostearate, ethylhexyl hydroxystearate, cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, dimethyl polysiloxane or methyl trimethyl siloxane;
the wax is any one or the combination of at least two of paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, beeswax, tribehenate, ceresin and polyethylene wax;
the mineral powder is any one or the combination of at least two of titanium dioxide, mica, silica or zinc oxide;
the preparation method of the skin-care ointment comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring silicon polymer, emulsifier, grease and mineral powder according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding wax and deionized water into the mixed solution in the step (1) according to the formula proportion, heating for dissolving, and uniformly stirring;
(3) cooling, filling and cooling to obtain the skin-care ointment.
3. a method of preparing a skin care cream according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) uniformly stirring silicon polymer, emulsifier, grease and mineral powder according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding wax and deionized water into the mixed solution in the step (1) according to the formula proportion, heating for dissolving, and uniformly stirring;
(3) cooling, filling and cooling to obtain the skin-care ointment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the temperature of the heating of step (2) is 80-90 ℃.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the temperature of the heating of step (2) is 84-86 ℃.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the temperature of the temperature reduction in step (3) is 60-70 ℃.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the temperature of the temperature reduction in step (3) is 65-70 ℃.
8. A method according to claim 3, characterized by the steps of:
(1) uniformly stirring silicon polymer, emulsifier, grease and mineral powder according to a formula ratio to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) adding wax and deionized water into the mixed solution in the step (1) according to the formula proportion, heating to 80-90 ℃, and dissolving and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to 60-70 deg.C, bottling, and cooling to obtain the skin care ointment.
