Claims (9)
- 一种海洋平台高温烟气安全排放方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:使燃烧设施的高温烟气通过该燃烧设施的高温烟气排烟管排入降温净化装置本体,同时向该降温净化装置本体注入海水,使注入的海水通过该降温净化装置本体内上方的布水器向该布水器下方洒布洗涤海水,高温烟气从降温净化装置本体下部的高温烟气进烟口进入布水器下方被所述洒布的海水洗涤成为降温净化烟气,该降温净化烟气经过布水器及上方用于除去液滴的除雾器,最后从降温净化装置本体顶部的降溫净化烟气排气口排出至大气;洗涤高温烟气后的海水经过降温净化装置本体下部的积液池收集并排入大海。
- 根据权利要求1所述的海洋平台高温烟气安全排放方法,其特征在于,所述的向布水器下方洒布洗涤海水是向布水器下方的空腔洒布洗涤海水;所述向降温净化装置本体注入海水,该注入海水的流量选取范围为:烟气流量与海水流量的比值为20~1000,其中烟气流量单位为Nm3/h,海水流量单位为m3/h;降温净化装置本体的内径为高温烟气排烟管内径的0.5~10倍;布水器下方的空腔高度为高温烟气排烟管内径的0.1~10倍;所述空腔高度是指布水器下端至所述高温烟气进烟口上端间的距离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的海洋平台高温烟气安全排放方法,其特征在于,所述的向布水器下方洒布洗涤海水是向布水器下方空腔中设置的填料层洒布洗涤海水;所述的向降温净化装置本体注入海水,该注入海水的流量选取范围为:烟气流量与海水流量的比值为30~500,其中烟气流量单位为Nm3/h,海水流量单位为m3/h;所述的降温净化装置本体内径为高温烟气排烟管内径的1~5倍;填料层高度为高温烟气排烟管内径的0.1~10倍。
- 一种用于权利要求1所述海洋平台高温烟气安全排放方法的降温净化装置,其特征在于,它包括降温净化装置本体(2.1),以及降温净化装置本体(2.1)内腔上部设置的布水器(2.4),还有布水器(2.4)上方设置的除雾器(2.9),该除雾器上方有降温净化烟气排气口(2.10);布水器(2.4)与降温净化装置本体(2.1)上的海水进水口(2.2)连接并通过管道与海水输送装置(2.12)联通;降温净化装置本体(2.1)的高温烟气进烟口(2.7)与高温烟气排烟管(1.1)连接;降温净化装置本体(2.1)底部有积液池(2.6) 和排水口(2.3);高温烟气进烟口(2.7)位于布水器(2.4)的下方;所述降温净化装置本体(2.1)的内径为高温烟气排烟管(1.1)内径的0.5~10倍。
- 根据权利要求4所述的降温净化装置,其特征在于,所述布水器(2.4)下方与高温烟气进烟口(2.7)上端间有一个空腔,空腔高度为高温烟气排烟管(1.1)内径的0.1~10倍。
- 根据权利要求4所述的降温净化装置,其特征在于,所述布水器(2.4)下方的空腔设置有填料层(2.5);高温烟气进烟口(2.7)位于填料层(2.5)的下方;所述降温净化装置本体(2.1)的内径为高温烟气排烟管(1.1)内径的1.1~4.5倍;填料层(2.5)的高度为高温烟气排烟管(1.1)内径的0.1~10倍。
- 根据权利要求6所述的降温净化装置,其特征在于,所述降温净化装置本体(2.1)的内径为高温烟气排烟管(1.1)内径的1.2~3倍;填料层(2.5)的高度为高温烟气排烟管(1.1)内径的0.3~3倍。
- 根据权利要求6所述的降温净化装置,其特征在于,所述的填料层(2.5)其填料耐受温度≥400℃,该填料能耐受400℃条件下骤冷;所述的海水输送装置(2.12)具有注入海水控制机构,用于在高温烟气排放过程中开启、停止输送海水,以及调节海水流量。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的降温净化装置,其特征在于,所述高温烟气排烟管(1.1)从降温净化装置本体(2.1)底部向上延伸至高温烟气进烟口(2.7),该高温烟气排烟管(1.1)的外壁与降温净化装置本体(2.1)内壁构成积液池(2.6);高温烟气进烟口(2.7)的上方有防止洗涤海水落入的防液罩(2.8)。
