Abstract

本发明涉及充气轮胎和机械橡胶制品中作为增强物的高模量尼龙6.6帘线。
发明背景
众所周知,尼龙6.6纱线和帘线具有双弹性拉伸性能,这表示低初始模量和更高的最终模量。作为充气子午线轮胎(PCR和LT)中的冠带层,低初始模量使得轮胎的提升/膨胀过程成为可能而不会在生胎中产生任何变形,且高的最终模量(从低模量到高模量的转变点之后的模量)改进高速耐用性。
在美国专利3,343,363中已经公开了在室温下具有25至60g/d的初始模量和高于7.0g/d的韧性的单股加捻的尼龙6.6股线/纱线和帘线作为轮胎增强物。初始模量值根据ASTM A1380-61T确定。
在US 3,849,976中公开了高模量尼龙6.6单股、两股和三股帘线作为轮胎增强物,其具有通过在高温下在热拉伸过程期间施加高拉伸获得的高于60g/L的L5模量。
在US 4,284,117中,单股加捻尼龙、聚酯、人造丝和芳族聚酰胺纱线公开为充气子午线轮胎中的冠带层增强物。
根据US 5,115,853公开的420dx2(470分特/2)尼龙帘线具有小于276tpm帘线捻度,作为子午线充气轮胎中的冠带层加强物。
为了获得高模量帘线,已使用具有常规模量(4%伸长率下的拉伸应力水平小于1.25cN/分特或4%伸长率下的拉伸模量水平小于31.25cN/分特或35.4g/d)的现有的常规尼龙6.6纱线。由常规模量纱线制备的那些帘线由于在高温下过度拉伸而具有非常高的刚性和较低的抗弯曲疲劳性。
发明概述
本发明的目的是生产作为轮胎增强物的高模量两股和三股帘线。
如专利文献中可以看到,通过在高温下施加高拉伸,可以增加尼龙帘线的初始模量或LASE(规定伸长率下的载荷)值。为了获得稳定的(不可逆的)性能,即使在松弛状态(在实验室条件下用自由切割端调整)之后也能保持很大程度的性能,有必要将尼龙6.6纱线或帘线暴露到高于250℃的温度。在那些条件(在高温下高拉伸)下,纱线和帘线变得更加刚性,且它们部分失去它们的抗弯曲疲劳性和抗压缩疲劳性。
根据本发明,尼龙6.6帘线在230-250℃的温度范围下被拉伸高于5%且小于12%,且以每帘线150g和500g之间的缠绕张力缠绕在线轴或线管上。相同条件对于作为卷材的轮胎帘布同样适用。
发明详述
根据本发明,为了生产高模量帘线,使用高模量生尼龙6.6纱线代替常规的较低模量生尼龙6.6纱线,其导致抗疲劳性改进。
所述生尼龙6.6纱线的4%下的拉伸应力值大于1.30cN/分特,优选在1.35-1.60cN/分特之间(根据ASTM D885-16用拉伸试验机测定)。
具有高模量的高拉伸帘线保持其在线轴中的性能,因为它们不允许松弛,且它们在轮胎中使用而没有经历显著的松弛(模量降低)。
高拉伸帘布中的高模量帘线也保持其在卷材中的性能,因为它们不允许松弛,且它们在轮胎中使用而没有经历显著的松弛(模量降低)。
高模量尼龙6.6帘线的拉伸性能是在24℃和55%相对湿度的缠绕张力(ASTM D885-16)下在线管上调整24小时(不解缠)后测定的。在调整之后,帘线在从线管上解缠后1分钟内进行试验。
在帘布的情况下,在与上述相同的条件下,试验平纹(tabbies)被调整为平纹(不从平纹作为织物分离和切割帘线)。在调整之后,在1分钟内试验从平纹切下的帘线。
根据本发明的两股和三股帘线具有1.2cN/分特(30.6g/分特和34g/d模量)至2.0cN/分特(51g/分特和56.7g/d模量)的4%伸长率下的应力和4.0%至7.0%的 177℃下的热收缩率。
根据下式测定4%伸长率下的应力:
4%伸长率下的应力(cN/分特)=4%伸长率下的张力(cN)/线密度(分特)
帘线的总标称分特被认为是线密度(例如对于700分特/2帘线构造,1400分特)。
通过将4%伸长率下的应力值乘以25来计算模量值,以便找到100%伸长率所需的应力值。
纱线和帘线的热收缩率用Testrite热收缩试验机在177℃下的0.045g/分特的预张力与2分钟的暴露时间下测定。
根据本发明,帘线的热收缩率在4%和7%的限值内,优选在5.0%和6.5%的限值内。
根据本发明,帘线的总标称分特可以在300和4000分特之间变化。
根据本发明,为了具有最佳的约束力和抗弯曲疲劳性,帘线的捻系数根据下式调整在100和250之间,优选120和180之间;
捻系数=(t/m×SQRT(tex/1000)
高模量尼龙6.6帘线可用作充气轮胎和机械橡胶制品的增强物。

Claims (7)
1.两股或三股浸渍和热定型的聚酰胺6.6帘线,其由聚酰胺6.6生纱线制成,所述生纱线根据ASTM D885-16用拉伸试验机测定的4%伸长率下的拉伸应力值大于1.30cN/分特,所述帘线的特征在于,
- 其根据ASTM D885-16用拉伸试验机测定的4%伸长率下的应力高于1.2cN/分特且小于2.0cN/分特,
- 和在177℃下在0.045g/分特预张力与2分钟的暴露时间下测定的其热收缩率高于4.0%且低于7.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的帘线,其中所述生纱线的4%伸长率下的应力值在1.35和1.60cN/分特之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的帘线,其中所述生纱线的4%伸长率下的应力值高于1.35cN/分特且小于1.50cN/分特。
4.根据权利要求1所述的帘线,其具有5.0至6.5%的热收缩率。
5.根据权利要求1所述的帘线,其总帘线分特为最小300分特和最大4000分特。
6.根据权利要求1所述的帘线,其根据下式计算的捻系数为最小100和最大250:
捻系数=(t/m×SQRT(tex/1000))。
7.根据权利要求6所述的帘线,其捻系数在120和180之间。
