本发明提供新型活塞头的制备工艺,包括活塞体和密封件,活塞体包括上板体和下板体,上、下板体之间夹有密封件;密封件包括中心固定连接件和弹性密封环,中心固定连接件的上、下端面分别与上、下板体的中心固定,中心固定连接件上绕其轴线均布四个沿其径向的导向柱,每个导向柱前端均具有套管,套管套于导向柱上,导向柱上套有弹簧,弹簧一端与中心固定连接件抵触,另一端与套管的后端面抵触;套管的前端面具有弹性推动臂,弹性推动臂一侧面与弹性密封环内侧面贴合,四个弹性推动臂与弹性密封环的接触面的总周线长度占弹性密封环内侧面周长的75‑95%。本发明的有益效果是对油缸体内壁的加工精度要求低,密封补偿性能好。

本发明涉及新型活塞头的制备工艺。
背景技术
在现有的技术中油缸活塞头的密封多采用斯特封圈和格来圈,由于圈体本身是正圆形,这就要求缸体内壁需具有一定的圆形精度,如果缸体内壁加工部标准则严重影响活塞的密封性,由此必然造成加工难度的增加。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供新型活塞头的制备工艺,对油缸内壁的加工精度降低了要求,从而降低设备成本,密封性能良好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:高密封性活塞头,包括活塞体和密封件,所述活塞体包括上板体和下板体,所述上、下板体之间夹有所述密封件;
所述密封件包括中心固定连接件和弹性密封环,所述中心固定连接件的上、下端面分别与所述上、下板体的中心固定,所述中心固定连接件上绕其轴线均布四个沿其径向的导向柱,每个所述导向柱前端均具有套管,所述套管套于所述导向柱上,所述导向柱上套有弹簧,所述弹簧一端与所述中心固定连接件抵触,另一端与所述套管的后端面抵触;
所述套管的前端面具有弹性推动臂,相邻的两个弹性推动臂间具有空隙,所述弹性推动臂一侧面与所述弹性密封环内侧面贴合,四个所述弹性推动臂与所述弹性密封环的接触面的总周线长度占所述弹性密封环内侧面周长的75-95%;
所述弹性密封环外侧边缘伸出所述上、下板体外侧边缘,所述弹性密封环为弹性材料制成。
所述弹性材料为橡胶。
所述弹性密封环外边表面具有多个盲孔。
所述弹性密封环边缘具有内扣边,所述弹性推动臂的上、下面上具有与所述内扣边匹配的外翻边,所述内扣边和所述外翻边相扣合。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,设备成本降低,密封补偿性高。

具体实施方式
如图所示,新型活塞头的制备工艺,包括活塞体和密封件,活塞体包括上板体1和下板体2,上、下板体1、2之间夹有密封件;
密封件包括中心固定连接件5和弹性密封环3,中心固定连接件5的上、下端面分别与上、下板体1、2的中心固定,中心固定连接件5上绕其轴线均布四个沿其径向的导向柱6,每个导向柱6前端均具有套管9,套管9套于导向柱6上,导向柱6上套有弹簧7,弹簧7一端与中心固定连接件5抵触,另一端与套管9的后端面抵触;
套管9的前端面具有弹性推动臂8,相邻的两个弹性推动臂8间具有空隙,弹性推动臂8一侧面与弹性密封环3内侧面贴合,四个弹性推动臂8与弹性密封环3的接触面的总周线长度占弹性密封环内侧面周长的75-95%;相邻的两个弹性推动臂8之间保留空隙和对四个弹性推动臂8与弹性密封环3的接触面的总周线长度的限定保证了弹性推动臂8最大限度对弹性密封环3启到支撑推动作用的同时还保证了相邻弹性推动臂8之间能具有足够的弹性运动空间。
弹性密封环3外侧边缘伸出上、下板体1、2外侧边缘,弹性密封环3为弹性材料制成。弹性材料优选为橡胶。弹性密封环3在弹簧7和弹性推动臂8的作用下保持其外边缘始终与油缸内壁紧密贴合,从而起到良好的密封效果。
为了使弹性密封环3具有更大的伸缩能力,从而更进一步降低对缸体加工精度的要求,弹性密封环外边表面具有多个盲孔4。
弹性密封环3边缘具有内扣边10,弹性推动臂8的上、下面上具有与内扣边10匹配的外翻边11,内扣边10和外翻边11相扣合。避免油液通过上、下板体1、2之间的空腔渗入,更进一步保证了整体活塞头的密封效果。

1.高密封性活塞头,其特征在于:包括活塞体和密封件,所述活塞体包括上板体和下板体,所述上、下板体之间夹有所述密封件;
所述密封件包括中心固定连接件和弹性密封环,所述中心固定连接件的上、下端面分别与所述上、下板体的中心固定,所述中心固定连接件上绕其轴线均布四个沿其径向的导向柱,每个所述导向柱前端均具有套管,所述套管套于所述导向柱上,所述导向柱上套有弹簧,所述弹簧一端与所述中心固定连接件抵触,另一端与所述套管的后端面抵触;
所述套管的前端面具有弹性推动臂,相邻的两个弹性推动臂间具有空隙,所述弹性推动臂一侧面与所述弹性密封环内侧面贴合,四个所述弹性推动臂与所述弹性密封环的接触面的总周线长度占所述弹性密封环内侧面周长的75-95%;
所述弹性密封环外侧边缘伸出所述上、下板体外侧边缘,所述弹性密封环为弹性材料制成。

3.根据权利要求2所述的高密封性活塞头,其特征在于:所述弹性密封环外边表面具有多个盲孔。
