本发明涉及一种耐热容器盖。
背景技术
韩国实用新型授权第20-0360704号开发了一种容器盖,所述容器盖将添加剂容纳在容器盖的另外的底盖内,开封盖时使添加剂添加到容器内容物中,从而使易变质的添加剂也保持新鲜度,饮用时即刻添加到容器内容物中。
而且,韩国专利授权第10-1344480号、韩国专利授权10-1342876号及韩国专利授权第10-1499752号曾开发了将添加剂容纳在容器盖内,与容器内容物一同饮用的容器盖。韩国专利授权10-1344480号由于密封板具有透湿性,因此,存在不易长期保管的问题,韩国专利授权10-1342876号虽然利用铝丝来密封而得以改善透湿性,但需增加其他的组装装置,因此,存在组装性不佳、对外部冲击的抵御力较弱的问题。而且,韩国专利授权10-1499752号虽然组装性及使用性好,但其耐热性弱,因此,实际上难以容纳70至80度的需要杀菌的内容物。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决所述问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种耐热容器盖,所述耐热容器盖先将由铝丝而制成的密封板结合到密封板座后,结合到容器中,在无任何工程变化的情况下,可利用现有工程进行生产,并且,提供耐热密封性。
本发明的其他目的在于,提供一种耐热容器盖,所述耐热容器盖先将由铝丝而制成的密封板结合到密封板座,然后将密封板座插入固定在外盖,通过电磁炉加热将密封板密封结合在容器上,开封耐热容器盖时,密封板座与外盖同时开放,因此,使用方便。
本发明的其他另一目的在于,提供一种耐热容器盖,所述耐热容器盖使用容纳添加剂的另外的容器,利用熔接容器入口的密封板进行耐热密封,因此,即便因温度变化而产生膨胀及收缩,也不会发生透湿或密封变化保持其性能,因此,用于医疗或有变质可能性的天然溶液或散发香气的咖啡等添加剂也能使用于在无任何香味变化的情况下可散发出宛如刚煮出来的咖啡似的香气的新概念即食温藏饮料。
为了达成所述目的,本发明提供一种耐热容器盖,其中,包括:内盖,具备:插入管,利用卡钩插入于容器的入口;排出口,形成为通过小径管与插入管相连接,并从小径排出容器内容物;容器,安装在小径管的底面,上部被开放,在内部容纳添加剂;

在容器(1)的入口(2)的上端内侧,包括:内侧凹槽(4'),与所述挂钩(113')相结合;内侧挂钩(3'),由内侧凹槽(4')在入口上端突出;上端凹槽(6),所述水平部(111)以与上端壁(5)的表面保持水平的方式插入于容器(1)的入口(2)的上端壁(5)的内径侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐热容器盖,其中,密封板(300)同时熔接水平部(111)和上端壁(5)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐热容器盖,其中,与外盖(400)的密封板座固定突起(420)结合的密封板座(300)与外盖400形成为一体。
7.一种耐热容器盖,其中,包括:内盖(100),具备:插入管(120),利用卡钩插入于容器的入口;排出口(140),形成为利用小径管(145)与插入管(120)相连接,从小径管(145)排出容器内容物;容器(200),安装在小径管(145)的底面、上部被开放、在内部容纳添加剂;
密封板(220),其具有耐热性,熔接密封容器(200)的上端壁;
密封板座(300),具备:卡环(310),形成在密封板座的结合对应部位,用于插入密封板(220);外径(320),插入于外盖(400)的侧壁(401)的内部上端;密封坝(340),向下突出以密封所述插入管(120)的内径部;以及
外盖(400),在侧壁(401)的内部形成有用于插入结合所述密封板座(300)的密封板座固定突起(420),在开封容器内容物时,所述外盖使密封板座(300)一起分离。
8.根据权利要求7所述的耐热容器盖,其中,卡环(310)形成为可临时固定密封板(220)的手柄(222)的长度和容器(200)上端外侧的局部的高度。
9.根据权利要求6所述的耐热容器盖,其中,为了形成排出口(140),支撑插入管(120)和容器(200)的小径管(145)形成为直径从插入管(120)的下端至容器(200)的侧壁下端逐渐变小的结构。
