Documents of the prior art
Patent document
Patent document 1: japanese patent No. 5387385
However, in a roof structure in which a roof lining having a rectangular opening is coupled to a lower surface of a sunroof unit having a rectangular opening by a hook and loop fastener, a gap is formed between the lower surface of the sunroof unit along the opening and an upper surface of the roof lining, and even if it is desired to additionally mount a long lamp body in the gap to indirectly illuminate the vehicle interior, if there is no gap capable of accommodating the lamp body between the lower surface of the sunroof unit and the upper surface of the roof lining in the first place, there is a problem in that if the gap is formed only with difficulty: the hook and loop fastener may peel off, the headliner may be misaligned with respect to the sunroof unit to spoil the appearance, or the headliner may not be firmly supported with respect to the sunroof unit.

Detailed Description
First embodiment
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9. In the present specification, the front-rear direction, the left-right direction (vehicle width direction), and the up-down direction are defined with reference to an occupant seated in a driver's seat.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the roof of the vehicle has a pair of left and right roof side rails 11, 11 extending in the front-rear direction along both vehicle width direction side portions thereof, the vehicle width direction outer sides of the left and right roof side rails 11, 11 are covered with a pair of left and right roof side panels 12, and a space between the left and right roof side panels 12, 12 is covered with a roof panel 13 located above the vehicle interior. A rectangular sunroof opening 13a is formed in the center of the roof panel 13, and the sunroof unit 14 is supported so as to fit into the sunroof opening 13 a. The lower surface of the sunroof unit 14 is formed of a metal sunroof frame 15 formed in a rectangular frame shape, and a sunroof opening 15a that is smaller than the sunroof opening 13a of the roof panel 13 is formed in the center of the sunroof frame 15. The sunroof opening 13a of the roof panel 13 is covered with a roof glass 34 slidable in the front-rear direction, and a sun visor 35 that blocks sunlight is disposed below the roof glass 34 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction.
The lower surface of the roof is covered with a roof lining 16 constituting the ceiling of the vehicle compartment, and a sunroof opening 16a having substantially the same shape as the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 is formed in the center thereof. Both vehicle width direction side edges of the roof head lining 16 are fixed to lower ends of the left and right roof side rails 11, 11.
A front reinforcing plate 17, a rear reinforcing plate 18, and a pair of left and right side reinforcing plates 19, which are formed of hard synthetic resin in a strip shape, are bonded to the upper surface of the periphery of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 by a hot melt adhesive. The front reinforcing plate 17 bonded so as to extend along the front edge of the sunroof opening 16a is fixed to the front edge lower surface of the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 by three clips 20 … provided at predetermined intervals in the vehicle width direction. The left and right side reinforcing plates 19, 19 bonded so as to extend along both vehicle width direction side edges of the sunroof opening 16a are fixed by coupling three 1 st hook and loop fasteners 21 … provided at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction on the lower surface of the side edge of the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 with three 2 nd hook and loop fasteners 22 … provided at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction on the upper surface of the side reinforcing plate 19. Similarly to the side reinforcing plates 19, the rear reinforcing plate 18 bonded so as to extend along the rear edge of the sunroof opening 16a is fixed to the lower rear edge surface of the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 by the coupling of the 1 st hook and loop fastener 21 … and the 2 nd hook and loop fastener 22 …. In this state, a slight gap α (see fig. 4) is formed between the peripheral edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 and the peripheral edge of the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15.
Since the front ends of the left and right side reinforcing plates 19, 19 are not connected to the vehicle width direction outer ends of the front reinforcing plate 17, and the rear ends of the left and right side reinforcing plates 19, 19 are not connected to the vehicle width direction outer ends of the rear reinforcing plate 18, the roof head lining 16 can be flexibly deformed between the opposite end portions of the front reinforcing plate 17, the rear reinforcing plate 18, and the left and right side reinforcing plates 19, 19.
As described above, when the vehicle is shipped after the factory completion, the peripheral edge of the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 and the peripheral edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 are fixed at the front edges thereof by the three clips 20 …, and at the vehicle width direction both side edges and the rear edges thereof by the nine 1 st hook and loop fasteners 21 … and the nine 2 nd hook and loop 22 ….
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a pair of right and left illumination mechanisms 23, 23 for indirectly illuminating the vehicle interior are attached to the headliner 16 along both side edges in the vehicle width direction of the sunroof opening 16a as an optional equipment for ordering by customers in the sales shop.
The spacer 24 … extends a first gap α (see fig. 4) between a side edge of the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 and a side edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 facing therebelow in the vertical direction, and the illumination mechanism 23 is attached using a space formed therein.
As shown in fig. 5, the spacer 24 has: a rectangular plate-shaped spacer main body 25 having a predetermined thickness, a 3 rd surface fastener 26 provided on the upper surface of the spacer main body 25, and a 4 th surface fastener 27 provided on the lower surface of the spacer main body 25, wherein a plate-shaped grip portion 29 is connected to one side edge of the spacer main body 25 via a small-diameter weak portion 28 that can be easily broken. The 3 rd hook and loop fastener 26 of the spacer 24 can be coupled to the 1 st hook and loop fastener 21 of the sunroof frame 15, and the 4 th hook and loop fastener 27 of the spacer 24 can be coupled to the 2 nd hook and loop fastener 22 of the roof head lining 16.
The illumination mechanism 23 includes: a light guide 30 formed of a transparent synthetic resin into a rod shape, and a pair of light sources 31, 31 provided at the front and rear ends of the light guide 30 and composed of LEDs.
Next, an operation of the embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration will be described.
In order to attach the illumination mechanisms 23 and 23 to a vehicle shipped from a factory, as shown in fig. 8 (a), first, the three 1 st and 2 nd hook and loop fasteners 21 … and 22 … that couple one side edge of the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 and one side edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 are separated, and the gap between the sunroof frame 15 and the roof head lining 16 is enlarged. In this case, the front reinforcing panel 17, the rear reinforcing panel 18, and the side reinforcing panel 19 that reinforce the peripheral edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 are not continuous but are separated at opposite end portions, so that the gap between the front edge and the rear edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 is not affected, and the gap between the side edges can be increased.
Next, as shown in fig. 8 (B), the spacer 24 is inserted into the enlarged gap between the sunroof frame 15 and the roof lining 16 by holding the grip portion 29, the 3 rd fastening tape 26 on the upper surface of the spacer main body 25 is coupled to the 1 st fastening tape 21 on the lower surface of the sunroof frame 15, and the 4 th fastening tape 27 on the lower surface of the spacer main body 25 is coupled to the 2 nd fastening tape 22 on the upper surface of the roof lining 16. Then, as shown in fig. 9 (C), the handle portion 29 is pulled out after the fragile portion 28 is bent and broken, and the handle portion 29 is removed from the spacer 24.
In this manner, the three spacers 24 … are attached to expand the gap at one side edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 from the initial α to β (see fig. 9C), and form a space extending in the front-rear direction between the lower surface of the sunroof frame 15 and the upper surface of the roof head lining 16. Then, by repeating the above operation, the gap at the other side edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 is enlarged from the first α to β to form a space.
Next, as shown in fig. 9D, the lighting mechanism 23 is inserted into the space while bending the side edge of the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16, and then fixed to the lower surface of the sunroof frame 15 with a double-sided tape 32 …, and the cushion material 33 is inserted between the lower surface and the upper surface of the roof head lining 16, thereby completing the installation of the lighting mechanism 23 (see fig. 7). At this time, when the gap β is not sufficiently expanded, the gap β can be expanded to a desired size by temporarily peeling off a part of the 3 rd and 4 th surface fasteners 26 and 27 of the spacer 24.
In this state, when the light sources 31 and 31 are energized, the light guide 30 emits light, and the light passes through the gap β between the sunroof opening 15a of the sunroof frame 15 and the sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16 and is then emitted into the vehicle interior, thereby indirectly illuminating the vehicle interior.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the sunroof frame 15 provided with the 1 st hook and loop fastener 21 … on the lower surface and the roof lining 16 provided with the 2 nd hook and loop fastener 22 … on the upper surface are coupled by the engagement of the 1 st hook and loop fastener 21 … and the 2 nd hook and loop fastener 22 …, and from this state, the spacer 24 … provided with the 3 rd hook and loop fastener 26 … and the 4 th hook and loop fastener 27 … on the upper surface and the lower surface respectively is inserted between the sunroof frame 15 and the roof lining 16, and the 3 rd hook and loop fastener 26 … is engaged with the 1 st hook and loop fastener 21 …, and the 4 th hook and loop fastener 27 … is engaged with the 2 nd hook and loop fastener 22 …, whereby the sunroof frame 15 and the roof lining 16 can be coupled with the spacer 24 … interposed therebetween, and therefore, it is possible to maintain the coupling relationship between the sunroof frame 15 and the roof lining 16 via the spacer 24 …, a gap of any size corresponding to the thickness of the spacer 24 … is formed between the sunroof frame 15 and the roof head lining 16. Further, since the illumination mechanism 23 for illuminating the vehicle interior is mounted in the enlarged gap, the vehicle interior can be indirectly illuminated by the illumination mechanism 23.
Further, since the elongated handle portion 29 is connected to the outer peripheral portion of the spacer 24 formed in the plate shape via the breakable weak portion 28, the spacer 24 can be easily attached in the narrow space between the sunroof frame 15 and the roof head lining 16 by the handle portion 29, and the handle portion 29 can be easily removed by breaking the weak portion 28 after the spacer 24 is completely attached.
Further, since the long front reinforcing panel 17, the long rear reinforcing panel 18, and the long left and right side reinforcing panels 19, 19 are provided along the front edge, the rear edge, and the vehicle width direction both side edges of the rectangular sunroof opening 16a of the roof head lining 16, and the left and right side reinforcing panels 19, 19 are coupled to the sunroof frame 15 via the spacer 24 …, even if the gap β is formed between the sunroof frame 15 and the roof head lining 16 at the position of the left and right side reinforcing panels 19, 19 by the spacer 24 …, the gap β does not affect the size of the initial gap at the position of the front reinforcing panel 17 or the rear reinforcing panel 18.
Further, since the front edge portion of the roof head lining 16 is fixed to the sunroof frame 15 by the clips 20 … having a positioning function, the roof head lining 16 can be prevented from being displaced with respect to the sunroof frame 15.
Second embodiment
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 10.
A recess 41a capable of storing articles is formed in a floor panel 41 of a trunk of an automobile, a flat portion 41b around the recess 41a is covered with a felt (carpet)42, and the recess 41a is covered with a cover 44 connected to the felt 42 via a hinge 43. As shown in fig. 10 (a), when shipped from a factory, the bottom plate 41 and the felt 42 are coupled together by the 1 st and 2 nd fastening tapes 21 and 22 provided near the hinge 43. As shown in fig. 10 (B), the lighting mechanism 23 may be attached to the shop as an optional device by separating the 1 st and 2 nd fastening tapes 21 and 22 and attaching the spacer 24 having the 3 rd and 4 th fastening tapes 26 and 27 thereto, thereby forming a gap between the base plate 41 and the mat 42 and then attaching the lighting mechanism 23 using the gap. When the cover 44 is opened, the illumination mechanism 23 emits light, and light is transmitted through the gap between the bottom plate 41 and the felt 42, whereby the recess 41a can be indirectly illuminated.
The second embodiment can also achieve the same operational effects as the first embodiment.
